文章通过文献资料的方法,综述了武术套路运动的供能和代谢特点和膳食摄入情况,针对性地概括补充糖、蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素、麦胚粉等对同项群运动员免疫机能的影响。结果显示,补充营养品可以在一定程度上提高机体的抗氧化能力,以此来提高运动员免疫力,间接促进疲劳恢复,为运动员合理的补充营养品提供科学的理论依据。

The Mitigating Effects of Intergroup Contact on Negative Stereotypes,Perceived Threats,and Harmful Discriminatory Behavior Toward Asian Americans

This study examined the ameliorating effects of intergroup contact with Asian Americans on negative stereotypes, perceived threats, and harmful discriminatory behaviors toward them. The results of multivariate regression analyses indicated that intergroup contact with Asian Americans adversely predicted negative stereotypes (i.e., excessive competence and deficient sociability), perceived realistic and symbolic threats, and active and passive harmful discriminatory behaviors toward them. The findings highlighted the utmost importance of intergroup contact in improving intergroup attitudes and behaviors.     

A U.S.-Chinese Comparison of Affectionate Communication in Parent-Child Relationships

Affectionate communication is central to the maintenance of relational closeness, but it is also subject to relational, contextual, and cultural factors. This study was designed to examine the cultural effects on affectionate communication in parent-child relationships in the United States and China. Results indicated that Chinese fathers and mothers expressed less verbal, nonverbal, and supportive affection to their children than American parents. Both Chinese and American parents expressed affection to their children more through supportive behaviors than through verbal and nonverbal behaviors. In both cultures, mothers engaged in more verbal, nonverbal, and supportive affection with their children than fathers.
