阐述了软件复用技术的分类、益处和应用途径．并通过实例阐明了软件复用技术在考试系统中的应用，考试管理系统中的可复用部件主要分为常用键盘操作的复用、错误处理程序的复用、典型操作、典型结构的复用。     

基层电大教师的专业身份危机

由于电大运作模式的弊端、教师管理的失范、实践理念的偏差和教师专业发展的滞后造成了基层电大教师身份的内部分化和外部泛化的＂身份危机＂。基层电大教师的教学工作和课程开发明显分离,网络教学新的特征和内涵进一步细化了电大教师的角色,教师岗位职能的细化使教师角色同一化,基层电大大量的管理工作进一步泛化了教师的角色,这些都不利于教师的专业发展。基层电大应通过纯化教师角色和控制教师工作量来提高外部认同度,通过建立教师专业发展标准和教学知识评价机制、重视教学理念的先进性、强调教学创新能力来提高内部认同度。     

An analysis of the nature of classroom activities: A comparative study of an immersion English class and a non-immersion English class in the mainland of China

This study was designed to investigate the nature of activities in an immersion English class and a non-immersion English class in the mainland of China, and to find out the differences between these two types of class through data gained from observation and interviews. Spoken discourse analysis was used to analyze the data, where Engeström??s activity complex system was used as the analytical framework to examine the nature of activities in the two types of classes. The results showed that it is the dynamic and situated nature of activity that makes a difference between the activities in these two classes. The interaction among the activity components, the social relations emerging through the process, the use of target language as the main mediational tool, and the subject content revealed in the activities enhance our emic understanding of the nature of activities. Implications can be drawn for English language teaching and for students?? English language learning for the schools in the mainland of China. This study contributes to both immersion education and classroom interaction.     

校所合作:独立院校实用型生物技术人才培养新尝试

根据生物技术专业的学科特点,针对目前新型技术农民短缺的实际,结合独立学院学生培养模式特点,就学生校外实习基地建设的人才培养模式进行了初步探索和实践。文章总结了近几年来宁波大学科技学院和实践基地单位——宁波市农业科学研究院合作的理由、具体合作的方式及取得的成绩,并对存在的问题及解决办法作了简要分析。经过多年的实践,双方把具体的合作事项列入教学计划,合作单位在提供实践基地的基础上,还提供了较为全面的技术和学术指导,帮助学生真正达到学以致用的目的。     

Wearable skin-like optoelectronic systems with suppression of motion artifacts for cuff-less continuous blood pressure monitor

According to the statistics of the World Health Organization, an estimated 17.9 million people die from cardiovascular diseases each year, representing 31% of all global deaths. Continuous non-invasive arterial pressure (CNAP) is essential for the management of cardiovascular diseases. However, it is difficult to achieve long-term CNAP monitoring with the daily use of current devices due to irritation of the skin as well as the lack of motion artifacts suppression. Here, we report a high-performance skin-like optoelectronic system integrated with ultra-thin flexible circuits to monitor CNAP. We introduce a theoretical model via the virtual work principle for predicting the precise blood pressure and suppressing motion artifacts, and propose optical difference in the frequency domain for stable optical measurements in terms of skin-like devices. We compare the results with the blood pressure acquired by invasive (intra-arterial) blood pressure monitoring for >1500 min in total on 44 subjects in an intensive care unit. The maximum absolute errors of diastolic and systolic blood pressure were ±7/±10 mm Hg, respectively, in immobilized, and ±10/±14 mm Hg, respectively, in walking scenarios. These strategies provide advanced blood pressure monitoring techniques, which would directly address an unmet clinical need or daily use for a highly vulnerable population.     

办公建筑孔洞设置对工业厂房通风优化模拟研究

基于计算流体力学CFD软件,建立了数值模型,并对工业厂房的风环境进行了模拟,分析了办公建筑不同的孔洞开启方案对工业厂房通风的影响。研究结果表明:倾角为60°的倾斜孔洞和中心高度为12m的孔洞可以使工业厂房通风效果达到最佳状态。在此基础上,优化了孔洞的设置方式,并结合模拟进行了验证,为工业厂房类建筑通风设计提供决策参考。     

有机溶剂对黄粉虫N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶活力的影响

以黄粉虫为材料,以N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAGase,EC 3.2.1.52)为研究对象.考察了几种有机溶剂对NAGase活力的影响.结果表明:甲醇、乙醇、正丙醇、乙二醇和丙三醇对NAGase的作用均表现为低浓度时对酶有激活作用,随着浓度的升高,激活作用减弱并速转为抑制作用;N,N—二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和二氧六环对酶的抑制作用呈现明显的浓度效应,随浓度增大酶活力迅速下降.进一步研究二氧六环的抑制作用动力学,结果表明:二氧六环对酶的抑制作用是可逆过程,抑制类型都表现为混合型抑制.测得二氧六环对游离酶的抑制常数K I为8.1%,对酶-底物络合物的抑制常数K IS为30.0%.

本文以高级技工学校专业英语课程的复合型管理为理念,对高级技工学校专业英语课程的特点进行阐述并对现行的专业英语课程管理的利弊进行分析。在此基础上,对专业英语复合型管理的概念及途径进行论述,进一步阐明在高级技工学校专业英语课程复合型管理的意义,以期达到对高级技工学校外语课程的全面构建与管理。
