生物工程专业学生科研素质培养的研究与探索

科研素质是生物工程专业创新人才专业能力素质基本要求的核心.在生物工程专业学生科研素质培养方面,经过6年的深入探索与实践,提出了"五会—四知—三懂—两能—一有"的生物工程专业创新人才专业能力素质的基本要求;建立了一个适应培养专业创新人才需要,提高学生科研素质的"311"理论课程教学模式及"5+1"实验课程教学新模式;构建了一个融课程学习、参与教师科研、课外科技活动、毕业论文与设计四位一体的学生科研素质培养体系,实现了教学相长的良性互动;并有计划、有组织、有目标、有措施地组织学生参加科学研究,形成了"抓关键、构载体、搭平台、重核心、强管理、立创新、求特色"的学生科研素质培养模式,发挥了学生的主体作用,取得显著成绩.     

湖南瓦乡人舌运动类型的遗传学研究

调查了湖南苗族瓦乡人291例中学生(男142例,女149例)的舌运动类型(卷舌、叠舌、翻舌、尖舌、三叶舌).研究结果表明:5种舌运动类型的出现率男女间仅尖舌存在显著性别差异;5项舌运动类型中翻舌基因、尖舌基因、三叶舌基因间存在彼此互作关系,且翻舌基因与卷舌基因也存在互作关系.通过与国内其他已研究的群体比较,湖南苗族瓦乡人的叠舌和三叶舌出现率较高,而尖舌出现率较低,卷舌率和翻舌率处于中等水平,且瓦乡人各舌运动类型出现率大多数与其他人群存在明显差异.     

小波分析在钢板裂纹电涡流检测中的应用

在钢板的表面裂纹的在线检测中,经常利用电涡流检测技术,但是获得信号比较微弱,而且干扰严重;文章将小波变换引入到信号的处理中,对检测信号进行除噪,并加强其特征值,进而得到较好的检测信号。     

恶性肿瘤中bFGF与血管生成的关系

肿瘤的增长和转移依靠肿瘤微血管的生成为其提供营养和途径.研究表明.碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)与许多恶性肿瘤中的微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)有关,bFGF表达越高,其肿瘤组织中MVD也越高,表明bFGF与恶性肿瘤的血管生成关系密切.     

高职艺术类课程对学生创新能力的培养

艺术设计类课程教学目标是：通过学习艺术设计,丰富大学生的视觉、触觉;发展大学生的空间思维和创新能力;激发大学生的创造精神以及艺术设计的实践能力,达到能用艺术设计来表达自己的思想和情感,从而提高大学生的审美能力。在高职院校开设艺术设计类课程,要积极鼓励大学生进行自主参与、学科探究、知识交叉的学习方法,充分发挥每一个大学生的创造性和主动性,不断体验美好的生活、人性的完善和亲情、友情的珍贵,从而陶冶自我的审美情操,发展自身的人文精神。     

The Obstacles in Cross-cultural Communication

In Cross-cultural communication,the ability of the languages and the ability of the cultures ale the crucial factors in the communicating activities.People with the sanle cultural background communicate with each other easily and smoothly,and understand each other better,and there are fewer or no obstacles in their communication at all.The different cultural backgrounds and traditions,the different social customs and everyday living habits,and the different values all will affect the communication quality and will surely result in obstacles in cross-cultural communication.The obstacles which frequently occur in the cross-cultural communication are:ethnocentrism,stereotyping,prejudice,and the different cultural backgrounds.In order to do away with the obstacles and to make the communication smoothly and successfully,the communicating parties both should observe the cooperative principles and politeness principles.And what's more,they must discard their own prejudices,and respect others,together to fulfill the cross-cultural communicating activities.     

从《歧路灯》看清代中叶市民经济生活的文化蕴涵

李绿园的长篇小说《歧路灯》以18世纪的河南开封为背景,对清代中叶多姿多彩的社会生活和文化风习作了详细的描绘。借助小说中对"质当"、"滚算"等经济行为的描写,我们可以从中解读清代中叶的市民经济活动,并管窥其中的文化蕴涵。     

Emission and drying kinetics of paper mill sludge during contact drying process

The emission and contact drying kinetics of the paper mill sludge （PMS） were studied through experiments carried out in a paddle dryer. To get a better understanding of its drying mechanism, a penetration model developed by Tsotsas and Schlünder （1986） was used to simulate the drying kinetics of the PMS. The result indicated that this kinetics could be divided into three phases： pasty, lumpy and granular phases, and could be successfully simulated by the penetration model as the related sludge parameters were integrated into the model. The emission rate curves of the volatile compounds （VCs） were interrelated to the drying rate curve of the PMS, especially for volatile fatty acids （VFAs） and ammonia in this study.     

Distributed anonymous data perturbation method for privacy-preserving data mining

Privacy is a critical requirement in distributed data mining. Cryptography-based secure multiparty computation is a main approach for privacy preserving. However, it shows poor performance in large scale distributed systems. Meanwhile, data perturbation techniques are comparatively efficient but are mainly used in centralized privacy-preserving data mining （PPDM）. In this paper, we propose a light-weight anonymous data perturbation method for efficient privacy preserving in distributed data mining. We first define the privacy constraints for data perturbation based PPDM in a semi-honest distributed environment. Two protocols are proposed to address these constraints and protect data statistics and the randomization process against collusion attacks： the adaptive privacy-preserving summary protocol and the anonymous exchange protocol. Finally, a distributed data perturbation framework based on these protocols is proposed to realize distributed PPDM. Experiment results show that our approach achieves a high security level and is very efficient in a large scale distributed environment.     

以《背影》教学看语文新旧课程散文阅读教学的特点

在新课改中,语文课程应致力于学生语文素养的形成与发展,阅读教学则是实现这一目标的重要途径。课堂阅读教学必须关注学生的生命价值,给学生以主：力探索、自主支配的时间和空间,借此来构建平等、合作、民主的良好的师生关系。作为新的教学方式,它是对传统教学方式的挑战与革新,以新旧教材《背影》为例,对散文阅读教学进行探讨。
