浅谈城市住宅的合理化设计

为创建新型、合理的城市住宅建筑，笔者认为在住宅设计中建筑师应充分重视开发和利用自然资源，提高建筑能源的利用效率；深入研究人的居住行为和精神需要，处理好人、建筑和自然三者之间的关系。本文从节能设计、过渡空间、环境设计几个方面提出了见解。

 A new status, Rodgersia aesculifolia var. henricii (Franch.) C.Y.Wu, is proposed, and two new varieties, i. e. R. sambucifolia var. estrigosa J.T. Pan, and R. pinnata var. strigosa J. T. Pan are described in this paper.     

热水浸泡法可以降低拉萨蔬菜中的农药残留

蔬菜是人们生活的必需品,多吃蔬菜有益身体健康,但是如果蔬菜上含有农药残留,就会危害人们的身体健康.在目前无法从根本上彻底解决蔬菜的农药残留问题的情况下（主要是仍存在有些菜农缺乏安全使用农药的知识,违反农药使用规定,盲目追求蔬菜产量）,我们在食用蔬菜时,有没有什么方法可以减少农药残留对人体伤害？经过实验,我们发现,在食用前用热水浸泡4～6分钟,可以大大降低蔬菜中的农药残留.     

一个交叉研究领域——动物地磁导航的研究进展

地磁场在一些动物的长距离迁徙等活动中扮演着定向和导航作用。本 文以鸟类为例 ，详细介绍动物地磁导航研究的主要进展，指出地磁场在鸟类归巢和迁徙活动中发挥重要的 “罗盘”作用。同时提出当前地磁导航研究中迫切需要解决的两个问题。     

Theoretical and Experimental Exploration of the Structures and Electronic States of Single Molecules

The scanning tunnel microscopy/spectroscopy(STM/STS) is a powerful technique in probing the surface structures and the electronic states on a single molecular scale. Although a scanning tunneling microscope has a high spatial resolution in a topographic image, the image just reflects the spatial distribution of the electronic states, instead of the geometric structure of single molecules. Moreover, some additional factors,like the influence of the substrate and the STM tip, may also affect an STM image. So, it is still a challenge to determine the molecular conformation, molecular orientation, and intramolecular structure and electronic states on a single molecular scale.     

浅析我国实行绿色国内生产总值核算的必要性一一从我国2006年各省区节能降耗情况说起

本文从我国当前严峻的节能降耗形势出发，阐述了绿色国内生产总值（GDP）的概念及绿色GDP核算的主要内容，分析了在我国实行绿色GDP核算的必要性，表现为：科学发展观呼唤绿色GDP，粗放式投资热催生绿色GDP，新政绩考核制度需要绿色GDP。     

In vitro assessment of gastrointestinal viability of two photosynthetic bacteria, <Emphasis Type="Italic">Rhodopseudomonas palustris</Emphasis> and <Emphasis Type="Italic">Rhodobacter sphaeroides</Emphasis>

The objectives of this study were to assess the potential of two photosynthetic bacteria （PSB）, Rhodopseudomonas palustris HZ0301 and Rhodobacter sphaeroides HZ0302, as probiotics in aquaculture. The viability of HZ0301 and HZ0302 in simulated gastric transit conditions （pH 2.0, pH 3.0 and pH 4.0 gastric juices） and in simulated small intestinal transit conditions （pH 8.0, with or without 0.3% bile salts） was tested. The effects of HZ0301 and HZ0302 on the viability and permeability of intestinal epithelial cell in primary culture of tilapias, Oreochrornis nilotica, were also detected. All the treatments were deter- mined with three replicates. The simulated gastric transit tolerance of HZ0301 and HZ0302 strains was pH-dependent and correspondingly showed lower viability at pH 2.0 after 180 min compared with pH 3.0 and pH 4.0. Both HZ0301 and HZ0302 were tolerant to simulated small intestine transit with or without bile salts in our research. Moreover, there was no significant difference （P〉0.05） among three treatments including the control and the groups treated with HZ0301 or HZ0302 both in intestinal epithelial cell viability and membrane permeability, showing no cell damage. In summary, this study demonstrated that HZ0301 and HZ0302 had high capacity of upper gastrointestinal transit tolerance and were relatively safe for intestinal epithelial cells of tilapias.
