李杜与中原文化——兼论李杜异同之地域文化原因

中原文化的概念。中原文化与中华文化、河洛文化之关系。中原文化之特点:承传的正统性、崇实性、先导性、兼容性、辐射性。从杜甫的家世及青少年时期的经历看,他是在中原文化的熏陶下成长的。李白与杜甫的相同是因为都受到中华文化之哺育,都是受盛唐时代风气的熏陶,都博采了各地域文化之精华。李白、杜甫在思想、性格和创作风格上的不同,主要是因为家庭环境不同,青少年时期所受地域文化之影响不同,李白主要是受巴蜀文化之影响;杜甫主要是受中原文化之影响。     

旅游业转型升级期贵州旅游业发展思路浅析

随着我国经济结构调整和增长方式转变的需要,旅游业转型升级成为发展趋势。目前,贵州旅游业还存在旅游基础设施不完善、旅游相关产业不发达、游客结构不合理、旅游从业人员整体水平有待提升、旅游市场秩序较乱等问题。为顺应旅游业转型升级的要求,促进自身更大的发展,贵州旅游业可以从生态环境保护、旅游精品战略实施、旅游市场秩序整顿、旅游品牌的宣传、旅游从业人员的培训、国际化的标准的采纳等几个方面来促进本省旅游业的转型升级,实现旅游业的可持续发展和对经济转型升级的带动作用。     

关于“事具……”所涉引文之略详诸问题——《艺文类聚》研究之三

<类聚>之"事具……"用得相当随便:参见条多有与主条详略几同,甚至更略者;相关两者,详咯标准时有所异;参见条与主条所说有非同一回事者;或仅说到"部",或说到"篇",或仅说"篇";不少应注明"事具……"者,却未注明.以今天的立场看,"事具……"所涉而详略大致相同者,或可换成别的例子以免"累赘".研究这一问题,既使我们能更好地了解时人编纂相关书立例时或不严的情况,又可使我们得以更深入地了解古人是如何处理引文的.     

论治安调解在构建社会主义和谐社会中的积极作用

治安调解主要是解决治安纠纷,对于情节轻微、社会危害不大的部分违反治安管理行为,通过治安调解方式解决,可以将当事人之间的纠纷止于开始阶段,减少当事人的诉讼之累,使社会关系更加和谐。治安调解工作是一项系统性的整体工程,在构建社会主义和谐社会进程中,公安机关充分运用治安调解手段化解人民内部矛盾,是回应人民新期待、满足群众新要求的现实需要,也是构建新型警民关系,更好地服务社会主义和谐社会的有效手段。针对现阶段在治安调解工作中存在的“偏左”或“偏右”的误区,在加强公安机关自身建设的同时,充分调动社会积极因素,发挥人民调解的传统优势,拓宽调解渠道,丰富调解手段是治安调解更好地服务于社会主义和谐社会的有效途径。

Electromagnetic effects on the biological tissue surrounding a transcutaneous transformer for an artificial anal sphincter system

This paper reports on the electromagnetic effects on the biological tissue surrounding a transcutaneous transformer for an artificial anal sphincter. The coupling coils and human tissues, including the skin, fat, muscle, liver, and blood, were considered. Specific absorption rate (SAR) and current density were analyzed by a finite-length solenoid model. First, SAR and current density as a function of frequency (10–10⁷ Hz) for an emission current of 1.5 A were calculated under different tissue thickness. Then relations between SAR, current density, and five types of tissues under each frequency were deduced. As a result, both the SAR and current density were below the basic restrictions of the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP). The results show that the analysis of these data is very important for developing the artificial anal sphincter system.     

西北实业公司与"残留"日俘

随着抗战的结束,日军＂残留＂作为一种特殊且奇怪的历史现象出现在了山西省,说其特殊是因为这种现象仅仅出现在山西,言其奇怪是因为作为战败国的日本军队不仅没有放下武器向战胜国投降,而是继续保留其武装＂残留＂下来,企图完成其＂复兴＂的大业。然而,近年来关于山西＂残留＂日军的论著虽然不少,但对其中虽已划入日军＂残留＂总数之列但却并非武装人员的一部分——＂残留＂技术人员却大多忽略或鲜有论述,而这些技术人员几乎全部服务于阎锡山的大型官僚企业——西北实业公司。文章通过对西北实业公司＂残留＂日籍技术人员的论述来更加全面地考察＂残留＂在山西的日俘情况,从而还原历史的本来面目。     

从国家与市民社会关系的演进规律看我国市民社会的建构

国家与市民社会的关系问题是建构我国市民社会的重要问题。要实现市民社会的发展和完善,实现国家与市民社会关系的协调,就必须承认市民社会与国家的相对独立性,特别是市民社会的相对独立性。而支持国家与市民社会在相对独立基础上协调的条件或中介是法律制度。

本文以全国24省市、自治区的专家、学者、老师及社会各界专业人士、中小学校长和高校研究生、本科生的问卷调查为佐证。揭示了我国中小学书法教育存在的问题,分析了问题的原因,阐明了相应的观点。     

Carbon steel slag as cementitious material for self-consolidating concrete

This study deals with the recycling of carbon steel slag （CSS） to produce self-consolidating concrete （SCC）. Since the chemical composition of CSS is similar to that of Portland cement or blast furnace slag （BFS）, it is expected to behave similarly. In the current study, the pozzolanic activity index of CSS is examined. Furthermore, the use of CSS as a pozzolanic material to partially replace Portland cement in the production of SCC is tested. We designed concrete mixtures with different water-to- cementitious material ratios （w/cm） keeping water and superplasticizer （SP） contents constant. Results showed that the design and performance of all the concrete mixtures used in this investigation were comparable to those of SCC and high performance con- crete （HPC）. However, compared to ordinary plain concrete （OPC）, the additional CSS content increases the setting time. In the CSS mixtures set for 90 d, compressive strengths of 86%, 134% and 121% were attained as compared to the control concrete; the corresponding w/cm ratios were 0.28, 0.32 and 0.40, respectively. Verifying the soundness of the SCC for meeting the criteria for HPC, the ultrasonic pulse velocity （UPV） of CSS was found to be comparable to that of ordinary concrete. In conclusion, the recycling of CSS can be advantageously employed in the production of SCC.
