在国际社会发展与变迁过程中，世界政治历经威斯特伐利亚格局，维也纳格局，凡尔赛格局和雅尔塔格局，世界政治格局形式发生了几次重大的变化，这些变化与社会进步的要求相适应，如今，世界政治新格局的酝酿与形成也必然要适合国际社会日益进步与文明的根本要求。     

“一带一路”战略与来华留学生教育:基于2004-2014的数据分析

来华留学生教育是"一带一路"建设的重要内容,为战略顺利实施提供人才支撑和智力支持。近10年来,"一带一路"沿线国家来华留学生规模逐步扩大、比例稳步提升并保持较高的年增长率;呈现出学历生后来居上、高学历人才增多、自费生是主力军、周边国家占主体的特点。沿线国家来华留学生教育还存在总体规模偏低、结构有待优化、资助体系尚未建立、推介手段单一等问题。推动沿线国家来华留学生教育,不仅需要政府在宏观层面制定方针政策、创新工作机制,扩大教育规模;更需要高校积极参与,开设特色学科专业和课程、创新培养模式,提升教学质量。     

磺化STY／MA／HPMA共聚物的合成及阻垢性能测定

通过苯乙烯 (STY)、马来酐 (MA)、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯 (HPMA)共聚 ,然后磺化来合成磺化STY/MA/HPMA共聚物 ,并对其阻垢性能进行了测定 当该阻垢剂浓度为 2 0mg·L-1、pH =8、温度为 5 4℃、 [Ca2 + ]=6 7 88mg·L-1时 ,阻垢率达 85 %

阐述了任务型教学法的定义及特征,设计了一堂应用任务型教学法的大学英语写作教学课。并通过分析任务型教学法应用于大学英语写作教学中的优点和不足,得出结论:任务型教学法在大学英语写作教学中的应用是可行的。     

Mechanisms of adopting and reformulating comprehensive sexuality education policy in Ethiopia

ABSTRACT

Over the past few years, international organisations have advanced Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) as a global policy to promote sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) and address gender-based violence in schools. This paper analyses policy adoption, transfer mechanisms, and reformulation of CSE in Ethiopia, a late adopter of the policy. To do this, we identify education policy transfer mechanisms and apply a gender analysis by focusing on conceptualisations of gender relations in the uptake and reformulation of CSE policies. Drawing on document analysis and stakeholder interviews, the paper reveals that CSE in Ethiopia is largely a donor-driven agenda, advanced through dissemination and networking strategies. CSE is particularly embraced by the Ministry of Health, international organisations and NGOs in Ethiopia, but at the same time, the Ministry of Education and other critics continue to resist adoption, emphasising cultural differences. As a result, CSE in Ethiopia is (re)formulated and reflects narrow conceptualisations of how CSE can address gender-based violence, restricting its focus to health and development outcomes.     

Contextualised self-beliefs in totality: an integrated framework from a longitudinal perspective

The present longitudinal research investigation explored the differential effects of contextualised self-efficacy beliefs (i.e. task, course, global) on the concepts of personal resolve and effective functioning, and two adaptive outcomes, namely: school experience and academic achievement. 291 (141 girls, 150 boys) Year 7 secondary school students participated in the study, which spanned the course of four time points. Subsequent SEM analyses produced the following results, for example: (i) Time 1 task self-efficacy positively influenced Time 2 personal resolve and Time 2 effective functioning, (ii) Time 2 personal resolve positively influenced Time 3 contextualised self-efficacy beliefs, (iii) Time 2 effective functioning positively influenced Time 4 school experience, and Time 4 academic achievement, and (iv) Time 3 task-specific self-efficacy positively influenced Time 4 academic achievement and Time 4 school experience. This evidence, collectively, provides grounding for further research development (e.g. the importance of effective functioning) and educational practices for implementation.
