基于AHP方法的我国信息安全政策方案优化决策研究

由于网络化进程的不断深入,传统的信息安全政策法规已不能很好地适应当今社会公众对信息安全政策法规的需求,为此,工信部于2010年起草了《信息安全条例》。本文运用层次分析法(AHP),通过对现行信息安全政策法规的实施绩效进行评价,从而产生优选方案,进而为信息安全政策法规的优化决策提供一定的参考。     

Ion concentration polarization on paper-based microfluidic devices and its application to preconcentrate dilute sample solutions

Microfluidic paper-based analytical devices (μPADs) are a promising solution for a wide range of point-of-care applications. The feasibility of inducing ion concentration polarization (ICP) on μPADs has thus far attracted little attention. Accordingly, this study commences by demonstrating the ICP phenomenon in a μPAD with a Nafion ion-selective membrane. We are the first to measure the current-voltage curve on a Nafion-coated μPAD in order to indicate that the ion depletion occurs and the ICP is triggered when the current reaches the limiting current. The ICP effect is then exploited to preconcentrate fluorescein on μPADs incorporating straight and convergent channels. By an optimal geometric design, it is shown that the convergent channel results in a greater preconcentration effect than the straight channel. Specifically, a 20-fold enhancement in the sample concentration is achieved after 130 s given an initial concentration of 10^?5 M and an external potential of 50 V. By contrast, the straight channel yields only a 10-fold improvement in the concentration after 180 s. Further, the practical feasibility of the proposed convergent-channel μPAD is demonstrated using fluorescein isothiocyanate labeled bovine serum albumin. The experimental results show that a 15-fold enhancement of the initial sample concentration (10^?5 M) is obtained after 120 s given an external potential of 50 V.     

教材中的数学史:目标、内容、方式与质量标准研究

从世界范围看,数学教育中的数学史研究热度不断升温。教材中融入数学史需要解决:目标与价值取向、内容与原则、可能的方式、质量标准等问题。教材中融入数学史服务于数学自身和数学教学,可实现"文化""探究"与"发生"价值。素材选取应以一手原始文献为主,遵循科学性、适切性和有效性原则,以附加式、复制式、顺应式和重构式四种方式融入教材。     

试论社会公平保障体系的完善与贫富差距的缩小

我国社会主义经济的快速发展给国家带来了强盛和人民生活水平的大幅度提高,与此同时贫富两极分化也日趋严重。借鉴国外发达国家经验,在社会保障方面,从我国的实际出发,基于立法、税收、保险、社会救助和社会公益等方面提出可行性的建议。尤其在缩小贫富差距方面,提出政府要加大对经济落后地区的投入和扶持,同时要打破行业垄断,建立健全劳动力市场的就业平台,对低收入家庭加大帮扶的力度。从而缩小贫富差距,促进社会的公平与和谐,实现伟大的中国梦。     

Diatom-inspired multiscale mineralization of patterned protein–polysaccharide complex structures

Marine diatoms construct their hierarchically ordered, three-dimensional (3D) external structures called frustules through precise biomineralization processes. Recapitulating the remarkable architectures and functions of diatom frustules in artificial materials is a major challenge that has important technological implications for hierarchically ordered composites. Here, we report the construction of highly ordered, mineralized composites based on fabrication of complex self-supporting porous structures—made of genetically engineered amyloid fusion proteins and the natural polysaccharide chitin—and performing in situ multiscale protein-mediated mineralization with diverse inorganic materials, including SiO₂, TiO₂ and Ga₂O₃. Subsequently, using sugar cubes as templates, we demonstrate that 3D fabricated porous structures can become colonized by engineered bacteria and can be functionalized with highly photoreactive minerals, thereby enabling co-localization of the photocatalytic units with a bacteria-based hydrogenase reaction for a successful semi-solid artificial photosynthesis system for hydrogen evolution. Our study thus highlights the power of coupling genetically engineered proteins and polysaccharides with biofabrication techniques to generate hierarchically organized mineralized porous structures inspired by nature.     

大学生的阅读需求与馆藏建设

通过对上海电机学院图书馆2011年图书流通清单数据的挖掘和分析,提出了大学生阅读需求的主分量分析与提取方法.比较了常用的“使用效率”和新建议的“加权使用效率”提取大学生阅读需求主分量方法的结果,认为该方法是提取大学生阅读需求主分量的更好方法.根据本科生阅读需求,提出一种改善馆藏结构以适应该需求的方法.     

基于文献计量分析的我国信息检索相关性研究

采用文献计量分析与内容分析等方法,对信息检索相关性研究进行系统的梳理和全面的回顾。通过对文献年度分、被引情况、文献来源、高产机构及作者分布情况的统计分析,总结信息检索相关性研究的发展,指出我国现有研究中的不足,并提出相应改进建议。     

两当起义代表性遗址与习仲勋复信虎志道

两当起义是习仲勋等同志在中共地下陕西省委领导下举行的陇原第一次武装起义,但目前对起义的研究还比较薄弱。通过文献和实地的调查研究,两当起义代表性遗址--两当兵变旧址（张家大院）虽几经辗转,但终于保留至今并得以修复,具有重要的文化价值和历史意义,作为纪念馆其价值将会越来越大。其中展示的重要史料--习仲勋给虎志道的复信,是习仲勋同志论述两当起义的唯一专文,此信成因以及信中所述“两当兵变”称谓和对两当起义正名,还有信中提及的几个重要人,都可以分别细致探讨,以便把两当起义研究推向深入。

NBA 停摆自组织特点分析

文章采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法以及自组织理论的相关原理对 NBA 停摆的自组织特点进行了分析,探讨了 NBA 停摆自组织形成的条件、演化动力以及有序发展的原因。研究认为 NBA 联盟停摆的整个过程具备了自组织演进发展的条件,劳资双方的纠纷最终目的就是在出现新的问题时,通过进一步的合作协商,摒弃落后的协议,在新的环境下达成双方利益上的一种平衡态。
