关注高校贫困生:问题、原因与对策

20世纪 90年代中期以来 ,我国高校贫困生人数和比例迅速增长 ,贫困生问题日益突出。这不仅严重影响了贫困生的正常生活、学业 ,而且引发越来越多的家庭和社会问题 ,制约了我国高等教育和基础教育事业的健康发展。本文在对当前我国高校贫困生问题的现状和原因进行深入分析的基础上 ,从政府、高校和社会三个层面提出了切实解决贫困生问题的对策 ,其中政府统筹、政策导向 ,尽快完善贷学金制度是解决问题的根本。

分析我国科技期刊编辑现状和新时期编辑职业能力的新要求,通过对出版格局的统筹策划能力、专业领域的预研判断能力、新媒体技术的开发应用能力、出版大数据的挖掘分析能力、出版实践的组织协调能力、面向国际战略的综合拓展能力等6个方面的解析,提出了当今科技期刊编辑所应具备和培养的全媒体出版的适应能力.

Helical angle measurement of worm by a coordinate measuring machine and its uncertainty evaluation

The purpose of the study concerns the measurement of worm’s helical angle by a coordinate measurement machine in the ambient industrial environment. The novel measurement method and sampling strategy were described firstly. This method used the coordinate measurement machine to measure both of the worm gear’s left and right surfaces. The worm surface was reconstructed based on the measured data of all the sampling points. Then a middle cylinder was established to truncate the fitted worm surfaces, and the truncated spiral lines were straightened to calculate the helical angle. The measurement uncertainty of worm’s helical angle was evaluated by taking the difference of calculated helical angles along the truncated spiral lines on both the left and right side surfaces of the worm. Twenty-four measurement experiments show that the maximum measurement error of the proposed method is 0.105, and the measurement error ratios are all less than 3.5?. The result means that the measurement method can realize the precision measurement of worm’s helical angle and can be employed in the generally industrial application.

宗教史研究是陈垣先生史学研究中用功最勤、成就最突出的范畴。他的贡献主要表现在以下几方面：用科学方法解决了中西回历相互对照；用文字勘同方法解决了伊斯兰教、景教、一赐乐业教、火袄教、摩尼教的古今异译，分清了各教之间的差别；用进步的史观阐明域外各国、各族人入华后的“华北”，为中华民族形成提供了历史依据；发掘了数以百计的重要史料。     

潮州产10种野菜中硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐及Vc的含量

利用分光光度法测定了潮州产10种野菜中硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐的含量，利用氧化还原滴定法测定了维生素ca含量．结果表明：月光花、决明、铁苋菜和叶下珠的硝酸盐含量低于轻度污染水平（432mg／kg鲜重），亚硝酸盐含量低于无公害蔬菜亚硝酸盐含量的限量标准（44．0mg／kg鲜重），它们属于一级野菜，可以安全食用；鸡矢藤、白勒和苎麻的硝酸盐含量低于785mg／kg，属于中度污染水平，亚硝酸盐含量低于无公害蔬菜亚硝酸盐含量的限量标准，属二级蔬菜范围，不宜生食，煮熟或盐渍可安全食用；鳢肠硝酸盐含量高于785mg／蚝而低于1440mg／kg，亚硝酸盐含量低于无公害蔬菜亚硝酸盐含量的限量标准，维生素C含量高于50mg／100g鲜重，属于三级蔬菜，不可生食和盐渍，可熟食。牡荆和肖梵天花虽然硝酸盐含量很低，但维生素C含量较低，亚硝酸盐含量高于无公害蔬菜亚硝酸盐含量的限量标准，所以不宜食用．     

Molecularly imprinted polymers as the extracted sorbents of clenbuterol ahead of liquid chromatographic determination

A pre-treatment methodology for clenbuterol hydrochloride (CLEN) isolation and enrichment in a complex matrix environment was developed through exploiting molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs). CLEN-imprinted polymers were synthesized by the combined use of ally-β-cyclodextrin (ally-β-CD) and methacrylic acid (MAA), allyl-β-CD and acrylonitrile (AN), and allyl-β-CD and methyl methacrylate (MMA) as the binary functional monomers. MAA-linked allyl-β-CD MIPs (M-MAA) were characterized by Fourier transform-infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy and a scanning electron microscope (SEM). Based upon the results, M-MAA polymers generally proved to be an excellent selective extraction compared to its references: AN-linked allyl-β-CD MIPs (M-AN) and MMA-linked allyl-β-CD MIPs (M-MMA). M-MAA polymers were eventually chosen to run through a molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction (MISPE) micro-column to enrich CLEN residues spiked in pig livers. A high recovery was achieved, ranging from 91.03% to 96.76% with relative standard deviation (RSD) ≤4.45%.

The Development of the Olympic Narrative in Chinese Elite Sport Discourse from Its First Successful Olympic Bid to the Post-Beijing Games Era

Abstract

As a phenomenon exogenous to China, the Olympics have been proactively interpreted in the local context since China’s entry (and subsequent re-entry in 1984) into the Olympic movement. With China’s increasing involvement in promoting three bids to host the Olympic Games, two of which were successful, respectively, in 2001 and 2015, the nature of the discourse of key stakeholders in relation to Chinese elite sport has both reflected and reshaped the meaning of the Games to Chinese elite sport. This paper examines the discursive construction process of the Olympics in the Chinese elite sport system by key stakeholders through analyzing statements of political figures on sport and Olympic phenomena, Chinese elite sport policy documents, and the commentaries of leading Chinese sport academics. The analysis of discourse highlights two main features in the construction of the Games in official accounts during the period under investigation. The development of these two themes reflects the nature of the Chinese Olympic discourse, manifests the political power over the interpretation of the Olympics in Chinese context, and continues to characterize the on-going major themes in Chinese elite sport policy.     

基于ReHo方法的不同性别中国象棋大师静息态脑功能磁共振成像研究

基于ReHo分析方法从rs-fMRI角度探讨中国象棋高水平运动员的性别差异。收集第一届全国智力运动会中国象棋项目大师级运动员和匹配的对照人群,采集每位被试者的rs-fMRI数据,应用DPARSF软件分析脑区局部一致性信息。结果发现女大师右侧额上回(BA10)和右侧额内侧回(BA25)的ReHo值高于男大师,对照组男女无全脑ReHo值差异。结果说明男女中国象棋大师在右侧额上回和额内侧回的ReHo值差异可能反映了不同性别中国象棋大师在性别刻板印象和认知-情绪转换脑区的自发活动一致性差异。
