Simulation study on radiative imaging of combustion flame in furnace

Radiative imaging of combustion flame in furnace of power plant plays an increasingly important role in combustion diagnosis. This paper presents a new method for calculating the radiative imaging of three-dimensional (3D) combustion flame based on Monte Carlo method and optical lens imaging. Numerical simulation case was used in this study. Radiative images were calculated and images obtained can not only present the energy distribution on the charge-coupled device (CCD) camera target plane but also reflect the energy distribution condition in the simulation furnace. Finally the relationships between volume ele- ments and energy shares were also discussed.

过度运动对肾脏细胞外基质、金属蛋白酶及其抑制因子影响的实验研究

通过在不同运动负荷的运动训练状态下,观察大鼠肾脏组织Col IV、Laminin蛋白、MMP-9酶的表达和尿TP排泄率的变化,以及不同的运动负荷对MMP-9、TIMP-1和ColIVmRNA基因表达的影响,研究不同负荷的运动训练对大鼠肾脏ECM、MMP-9/TIMP-1的影响以及MMP-9/TIMP-1的变化在导致肾脏组织结构、生理功能损害上的作用,进一步探讨运动性蛋白尿的产生机制.实验结果表明:经过8周的过度训练后,C组大鼠肾脏Col IV、Laminin相对于A、B两组出现重度阳性表达,具有显著性差异:Col IV、MMP-9、TIMP-1mRNA表达显著增强,TIMP-1mRNA的表达上调了225%显著大于MMP-9mRNA表达上调147%.且尿TP排泄率也显著升高.说明过度运动训练导致ECM产生增加,降解能力下降,致使肾小球及肾小管基底膜ECM异常代谢、沉积和肾间质纤维化的发生和加剧,肾脏组织超微结构及生理功能受到损害.

Effect of a semi electro-mechanical engine valve on performance and emissions in a single cylinder spark ignited engine

In this study, an electro-mechanical valve （EMV） system for the intake valve ofa fottr stroke, single cylinder, overhead valve and spark ignition （SI） engine was designed and constructed. An engine with the EMV system and a standard engine were tested to observe the effects of the EMV on engine performance and emissions at different speeds under full load. The EMV engine showed improved engine power, engine torque and break specific fuel consumption （BSFC）. A 66% decrease in CO emissions was also obtained with the EMV system, but hydrocarbons （HC） and NOx emissions increased by 12% and 13% respectively.     

网络批注式阅读在Internet资源型学习中的应用初探

探究了网络批注式阅读作用及其在Internet资源型学习应用的可行性,设计了网络批注式阅读应用Internet资源型学习的一般流程,进而将其运用到课程教学实践,以期提高学生的网络资源管理能力和网络学习效果。实践表明,网络批注工具实现了用户与文本、用户与用户之间的互动,对培养学生网络时代良好的网络阅读习惯、高级的阅读能力将起到积极的推动作用。     

Mediated Effects of Technology Competencies and Experiences on Relations among Attitudes Towards Technology Use,Technology Ownership,and Self Efficacy about Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge

This study examined the relations of preservice science teachers’ attitudes towards technology use, technology ownership, technology competencies, and experiences to their self-efficacy beliefs about technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK). The present study also investigated interrelations among preservice teachers’ attitudes towards technology use, technology ownership, technology competencies, and experiences. The participants of study were 665 elementary preservice science teachers (467 females, 198 males) from 7 colleges in Turkey. The proposed model based on educational technology literature was tested using structural equation modeling. The model testing results revealed that preservice teachers’ technology competencies and experiences mediated the relation of technology ownership to their TPACK self efficacy beliefs. The direct relation of their possession of technology to their TPACK self efficacy beliefs was insignificant while the indirect relation through their technology competencies and experiences was significant. The results also indicated there were significant direct effects of preservice teachers’ attitudes towards technology use, technology competencies, and experiences on their TPACK self efficacy beliefs.
