Cross-cultural influence on communication effectiveness and user interface design

The objective of this study was to investigate the impact of cultural diversity on communication effectiveness with different communication styles and to apply the results in the field of user interface design for computer-based communication systems. The scope of this study was limited to the relationship between context and verbal/nonverbal communication, and also the relationship between power distance and communication interaction. The results indicated that high context people (HCP) had better communication effectiveness in comprehending nonverbal clues than low context people (LCP), while LCP had better communication effectiveness in verbal communication than their counterparts. It was also found that high power distance people (HPDP) could not communicate as effectively as low power distance people (LPDP) during communication with interaction, but there was no significant difference between HPDP and LPDP in dealing with communication without interaction.

以唯物史观和唯物主义辩证法两大锐利思想武器作为马克思主义生产力理论方法论基础的确立,是马克思主义生产力理论成为科学的理论以及与西方经济学理论相区别的最本质的特征;马克思主义生产力理论方法论基础、所揭示的基本原理(生产力发展规律)与其科学的分析框架之间的内在逻辑一致性,是马克思主义生产力理论科学性的本质体现;邓小平关于“科学技术是第一生产力”的思想,是马克思主义生产力理论在当代中国的创造性发展。     

认证机构服务质量对关系质量影响实证研究

摘要：本文在认证行业领域,研究了认证机构服务质量对关系质量的影响。在认证机构服务质量4维度结构（即过程服务能力、过程交互质量、潜在服务能力和结果质量）及关系质量3维度结构（即合作性、适应性和关系氛围）的基础上,构建了认证机构服务质量对关系质量的影响模型。对721家企业的实证研究表明,过程服务能力、结果质量两个维度对认证机构和顾客之间的关系质量有显著影响,而过程交互质量、潜在服务能力两个维度对两者关系质量的影响不显著。最后对认证机构如何提高其服务质量,维持良好的顾客关系提出了建议。         

Non-Rigid Medical Image Registration with Joint Histogram Estimation Based on Mutual Information

A mutual information-based non-rigid medical image registration algorithm is presented. An approximate function of Hanning windowed sinc is used as kernel function of partial volume (PV) interpolation to estimate the joint histogram, which is the key to calculating the mutual information. And a new method is proposed to compute the gradient of mutual information with respect to the model parameters. The transformation of object is modeled by a free-form deformation (FFD) based on B-splines. The experiments on 3D synthetic and real image data show that the algorithm can converge at the global optimum and restrain the emergency of local extreme.     

走向"复杂"范式的校本行动研究

中小学教师的教育研究经常被界定为校本行动研究,按照行动研究的设想,教师通过发现问题、制订计划、采取行动、反思改进等步骤构成的“反思性实践循环”,能使研究工作不断深入。但在中国,行动研究却表现出形式化、表面化、肤浅化等弊端。研究工作华而不实,个中原因涉及制度缺陷     

蒋国基:水乡梦,一支笛

正"回想起曾经的一路,竹笛是我全部的梦,这个梦因我的真心喜爱和坚持而成真。如今唯一的念想,就是把自己的笛声,再应着这从未改变的水乡味道带给更多的人。"这是中国民族管弦乐学会常务理事、浙江省民族管弦乐学会会长、著名笛子演奏家蒋国基把新出版的专辑送给笔者时说的一番话。蒋国基常喜欢用"生命不息,笛声不止"勉励自己。他的专辑名为《水乡梦,一支笛》     

农业部门劳动力转移的经济增长效应研究

伴随着中国快速城市化,农业部门劳动力转移,未来中国仍然拥有比较充足的劳动力供给.基于三个假设前提,采用反事实度量,假设农业劳动力向第二三产业转移,部门劳动生产率相等,研究农业劳动力转移的经济增长效应,利用2000-2013年数据,研究发现:劳动力从传统产业向现代经济部门转移使实际经济总量低于潜在生产总值;从是否考虑技术进步可以看出,技术进步在中国2000—2013年经济增长作用不明显,中国仍然是粗放型的经济增长方式.然而,随着中国产业结构升级,技术进步在中国经济发展中将发挥重要作用.同时政府要重视解决农业劳动力向现代经济部门转移就业问题.     

《墨子》宗教观念英译变异研究——以李绍崑英译本为例

对《墨子》中的三个主要宗教概念——“天”“鬼”“帝”进行探析.以李绍崑英译本为例,指出将三者分别翻译为“Heaven”“Ghost”与“God”是对原作概念的变异,并从译者的文化身份、中英两种语言差异及其《墨子》译介的短缺等方面分析其变异原因.     

A Road of Peace and Exchange --Silk Road Successfully Listed as World Cultural Heritage

Pioneered over 2,000years ago, the Silk Roads started at Chang＇an, capital of the Western Han Dynasty, stretched through Hexi Corridor; the Pamirs, Central Asia and Western Asia, and eventually reached Africa and Europe. Over the sweep of history, the Silk Roads served as an artery of transportation, cultural exchange and trade contact between East and West, bearing the spirit of peace, cooperation, openness, inclusiveness, mutual learning and mutual benefit.
