《李白集》中的苏轼诗——《上清宝鼎诗》作者考

现在通行的《李白集》中 ,一般在集后《诗文拾遗》或《集外诗文》中皆以宋代黄伯思《东观馀论》所记为据 ,录有《上清宝鼎诗》一首 ,作为李白之佚诗。对于此诗之真伪 ,除了王琦曾疑为“乩仙之笔”或“好事者为之”外 ,后世皆未作深入讨论 ,而往往只是因袭王说。实际上 ,不仅《东观馀论》所记是错误的 ,王琦所疑也是没有根据的。这首诗的作者是有名可考的——在苏轼诗集中 ,它以《李白谪仙诗》为题 ,完整地保留着。考察这首诗在苏集中的著录及流传情况 ,可以确认其作者为苏轼。     

Effects of angiotensin Ⅱ on connexin 43 of VSMCs in arteriosclerosis

Objective： To observe the effect ofangiotensin Ⅱ （Ang Ⅱ） on expression of gap junction channel protein connexin 43 （Cx43） in the proliferation process of vascular smooth muscle cells （VSMCs） during the early stage of arteriosclerosis. Methods： Thirty-two adult male rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups. Rabbits in Group A were fed common diet while others in Groups B, C, and D were fed high-cholesterol diet. Losartan （10 mg/（kg.d）） and ramipril （0.5 mg/（kg-d）） were added in the diet of Groups C and D, respectively. The animals were sacrificed after 8 weeks and abdominal aortas were removed and dissected. The expression of Cx43 was assayed using RT-PCR and Western Blotting analysis. Results： Cx43 was increased markedly in both protein and mRNA level in Groups B, C, and D fed high-cholesterol diet compared with that in control group （P〈0.01）. Cx43 level in losartan or ramipril treated groups was higher than that in control group （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）, but lower than that in high-cholesterol diet groups （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Cx43 level was upregulated in VSMCs during early atherosclerosis. Losartan and ramipril can inhibit the expression of Cx43.     

Effect of temperature on batch elastase production by Bacillus sp. EL31410

The production of elastase by Bacillus sp. EL31410 at various temperatures was investigated. In order to study the effect of temperature on elastase fermentation, different cultivation temperatures, ranging from 39 ℃ to 28 ℃, were evaluated in shake flask. The result indicated that 37 ℃ was best for cell growth at earlier stage; while maximum elastase activity was obtained when the cells were cultivated at 30 ℃. This result was verified by batch fermentation in 5-L bio-reactor under 37 ℃ and 30 ℃ temperature, respectively. The specific cell growth rate at 37 ℃ was higher than that at 30 ℃ during earlier stage of cultivation. The maximum value [5.5 U/(h-g DCW)] of elastase formation rate occurred at 24 h at 30 ℃ compared to 4.6 U/(h-g DCW) at 30 h at 37 ℃. Based on these results, two-stage temperature shift strategy and oscillatory temperature cultivation mode were evaluated in the next study.
