Finite-time synchronization for periodic T–S fuzzy master-slave neural networks with distributed delays

Finite-time (FT) synchronization for periodic T–S fuzzy master-slave neural networks (NNs) with distributed delays is addressed in this work. A fuzzy controller is designed for the salve NNs to synchronize the master NNs in FT and a synchronization error system (SES) is derived. Sufficient conditions are established to guarantee that the SES is FT bounded by using the mode and fuzzy basis dependent Lyapunov function. A new algorithm is proposed to obtain the suboptimal boundary of the SES to analyze how the periodic characteristics affect the system boundary. Finally, a numerical example is provided to demonstrate the validity of the fuzzy controller and the iterative algorithm for the boundary.     

国际成人能力评估项目的述评——基于OECD首次成人技能调查结果的分析

国际成人能力评估项目（PIAAC）是世界经济合作与发展组织（OECD）2013年第一次在24个国家和地区开展的针对成人能力问题而进行的较大规模调查。其目的是了解当今各国成人能力（技能）的现状,成人能力之间的相互影响;工作、生活中成人能力的运用情况以及成人能力与经济、劳动力市场和社会的关系,从而为各国制定教育及经济政策提供依据。这项调查以经济全球化为背景,以信息通信技术为主线,提出了成人关键信息处理能力,即读写能力、计算能力、问题解决能力;通用能力,如合作能力、自我管理能力等,调查了这些能力的现状及分布情况,以及在工作中成人能力应用的状况。这项调查还从社会人口学的视角,研究了教育程度、性别、移民与成人能力的相互关系,探讨了成人能力与社会效益的问题。PIAAC不仅为我们提供了大量、翔实的调查数据和分析,也为国际成人教育研究提供了科学研究成人能力的量表。PIAAC的贡献对于国际成人能力研究具有奠基和里程碑式的作用。     

文旅融合背景下公共文化服务的内涵拓展与模式创新

随着文旅融合在理论与实践层面的不断推进,公共文化服务的内涵与发展模式也需要进一步拓展与创新。文章以云南丽江推进公共文化服务空间重构提升城市文化消费结构与质量为案例,指出在新时代文旅融合背景下公共文化服务需要把民众“需要的”和“想要的”有效结合起来,通过构建具有地方感与体验性的文化场景,以促进文化消费来连接公共文化服务与文化旅游产业。文章认为具体重构路径在于打造文化综合体、深挖地方性知识、强化整体性治理,另外还要为未来大文化体系预留可操作的空间。     

Correlation of Serum Homocysteine Levels with the Severity of Coronary Artery Disease

Coronary artery disease (CAD) has become the most common cause of mortality in the entire world. Homocysteine is implicated as an early atherosclerotic promoter. We studied the relationship between levels of serum homocysteine with severity of coronary artery disease. Total of 70 subjects who scheduled for coronary angiogram consented to participate in this study. In all the patients Gensini scoring system was used to assess the severity of CAD. Venous samples were taken from the patients in fasting state before angiography. Homocysteine levels in patients were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbant method and were compared with respective Genseni scores of participants. Fasting serum homocysteine levels in CAD patients were significantly higher than patients without coronary artery disease (p < 0.001). Also Homocyseine levels correlated significantly with increasing severity of CAD (p < 0.001). Serum homocysteine levels correlated well with the severity of CAD.     

A Case of Sanfillippo’s Disease Correlating Clinical and Biochemical Findings

The mucopolysaccharidoses (MPSs) are a heterogeneous group of rare inherited disorders caused by deficiency of lysosomal enzyme necessary to break down mucopolysaccharides or glycosaminoglycans (GAGs). We had combined clinical findings and ophthalmological features. Biochemical test for urine glycosaminoglycans was done for confirmation of diagnosis in the patient. The case of Sanfillippo’s disease was characterized by delayed development, hyperactivity with aggressive behaviour. Coarse facial feature, hirsutism and sleep disorder. Urine GAG tests for MPS was positive in the case. Based on clinical findings and biochemical tests for MPS, this case was diagnosed as a type III mucopolysaccharidoses. Urinary GAG’s electrophoresis is an important screening test for MPS suspected cases.

信息技术推动社会发展,网络的广泛应用带动了信息存储和传播方式的变更。网络环境下,为推动资源的免费利用,国外开展了开放存取运动,这是传统出版方式和信息获取方式的变革,促进了科研工作的大力发展。在开放存取中,资源形式多种多样,资源的利用非常便利,交流十分便捷,作者提交论文选择性付费,读者利用资源完全免费。     

Effect of Lecithin on <Emphasis Type="SmallCaps">d</Emphasis>-Galactosamine Induced Hepatotoxicity Through Mitochondrial Pathway Involving Bcl-2 and Bax

Twenty four Wistar strain albino rats were used for the investigations. Lecithin 50 and 100 mg/kg b wt was administered for 1 week by oral route. Liver damage was induced by intra peritoneal administration of 400 mg/kg b wt d-galactosamine on the last day. At the end of the study animals were sacrificed and liver enzyme levels, histopathology, mitochondrial integrity, expression of p53, Bax and Bcl-2 mRNA levels were studied. Increases in the liver enzyme levels by d-GalN were significantly inhibited by pretreatment with lecithin. Histopathological observation further confirmed the hepatoprotective effect of lecithin. In addition, the disruption of mitochondrial membrane, up regulation of Bax and down regulation of Bcl-2 mRNA levels in the liver of d-GalN intoxicated rats were effectively prevented by pretreatment with lecithin. The results of the present study validate our conviction that d-GalN causes hepatic damage via mitochondrial pathway involving Bax and Bcl-2.

自《高等学校信息公开办法》(以下简称《办法》)颁布以来,高校成为信息公开的义务主体,但据统计结果来看,高校信息公开与教育部所要求的政策标准还存在差距,政策效果不明显。文章结合高校门户网站所公开信息的相关内容及数据,利用调查研究法和链接分析法,对《办法》实施以来的政策效果进行定性和定量结合分析,并借鉴国外的政策经验来探索我国的解决之道。
