基于模糊综合评判法的湖南省高校实验室评估系统的开发

高校实验室评估工作的科学、公平、有效与学校教学质量和办学水平有着密切的关系。首先,依照湘教通〔2008〕306号文件中公布的评估方案,在收集参与此次评估人员对该文件中评估指标体系的权重意见的基础上,用模糊层次分析法完成对各指标项权重的赋值;其次,根据模糊综合评判法原理,以Windows Server 2003+IIS6.0为系统平台,采用Microsoft Visual Studio 2005作为开发环境、C#作为开发语言、Microsoft SQL Server 2005作为网络数据库,采用ADO连接,以B/S结构模式开发出湖南省高校实验室评估系统。     

以大学联盟为平台推进协同创新的实践探索

大力推进协同创新是建设创新型国家的根本路径,是高校加强科技创新、增强科学研究能力的必然要求和发展方向。大学联盟作为加强高校之间合作与协作的重要平台,对高校推进协同创新具有特别的现实意义。重庆市大学联盟成立后,积极建立协同创新机制,共享协同创新资源,搭建协同创新机构,大力推进协同创新,努力提高科技创新能力。     

欧洲国家高等教育质量保障中的学生参与政策

在利益相关者治理理论、"多元价值"教育评价思想以及博洛尼亚进程的影响下,英、法、德、意等欧洲国家纷纷出台了有关学生参与高等教育质量保障的政策。通过对学生参与质量保障的权利给予立法保障,吸纳学生参与高等教育管理机构和各级质量保障机构,以及充分发挥学生组织的作用等政策措施,欧洲国家在质量保障中实现学生的全面、充分参与。     

Medical students' perceptions and performance in an online regional anatomy course during the Covid-19 pandemic

The present study evaluated the students' psychological well-being, experiences, performance, and perception of learning regional anatomy remotely. A regional anatomy remote learning curriculum was designed and learning materials were delivered virtually to 120 undergraduate medical students at Jinan University, China. All the students consented and voluntarily participated in this study by completing self-administered online questionnaires including the Zung's Self-Rating Anxiety and Depression Scales at the beginning and end of the learning session. A subset participated in focus group discussions. Most of the students (90.0%) positively evaluated the current distance learning model. More than 80% were satisfied with the content arrangement and coverage. Many students preferred virtual lectures (68.2%) and videos showing dissections (70.6%) during the distance learning sessions. However, writing laboratory reports and case-based learning were the least preferred modes of learning as they were only preferred by 23.2% and 14.1% of the students, respectively. There was no significant lockdown-related anxiety or depression reported by students using depression and anxiety scales as well as feedback from focus group discussions. The surveyed students' confidence scores in distance learning were significantly higher after 5 weeks than at the beginning of the session (3.05 ± 0.83 vs. 3.70 ± 0.71, P < 0.05). Furthermore, the present results showed no significant differences between the current group's academic performance in the unit tests as well as the final overall evaluation for different parts of the course compared to that of the previous year's cohort. The findings above were congruent with focus group discussion data that the use of the online teaching platform for regional anatomy significantly improved the students' confidence in virtual and self-directed learning and did not negatively affect their academic performance.

The Teacher''s Role in Facilitating Memory and Study Strategy Development in the Elementary School Classroom

The efforts of 69 elementary school teachers to instruct children in cognitive processing activities were observed. Although the teaching of such activities was relatively infrequent, it varied by grade (occurring more often in grades 2-3 than in higher or lower grades) and by the content of instruction. Teachers of grade 4 and above more often provided rationales for the use of cognitive strategies than did teachers of younger children. In a second study, children of three achievement levels were selected from classrooms in which teachers varied in their use of suggestions regarding cognitive processes. Subsequent to training in the use of a memory strategy, children's performance on a maintenance trial was evaluated: Among average and low achievers, those whose teachers were relatively high in strategy suggestions showed better maintenance and more deliberate use of the trained strategy than did children whose teachers rarely made strategy suggestions. The role of school experience in the development of children's memory skills is discussed.

Quadrupole ion traps

During the last two decades there has been tremendous progress in the technique of trapping and cooling ions using quadrupole ion traps. Using these trapping techniques one can have charged particles of a single species confined near the trap centre, which enables to carry out studies of these ions in a well-controlled environment. The long storage times of the ions, possible in these traps, results in the elimination of transit-time broadening making it possible to do precision spectroscopic measurements on these ions. Several important experiments with single electron or ion have been undertaken to address problems related to basic physics, such as the measurement of the electron radius, precision measurements of fundamental parameters and tests of the predictions of quantum mechanics.

在旧城改造中,应尽量寻求文化保留与商业开发的和谐共存。通过恢复旧城中心区主要街道历史上的人行尺度,打造海口文化旅游商业步行街,营造海口城市特有的文化氛围使之成为海口标志性城市空间,恢复与其历史文化信息相称的魅力。另一方面把对旧城中心的建设提高到战略发展的高度,使旧城中心区居民的生活质量与环境整体性大幅度提升,实现城市更新。
