美国:推崇文明与践踏文明

看看美国这一世界头号强国究竟是个什么样子,是我多年来的愿望。去年随山东省新闻电视考察团赴美考察,圆了我的了解美国之梦。我们在美国停留时间短暂,可以说是走马观花,谈不上深入了解,所以只能谈一些粗浅的看法和体会。美国人创造了高度的社会文明。由于经济的高度发达,科学技术的普遍应用,“硬件”文明可谓之现代化。在纽约、洛杉矶、华盛顿的机场,每几分钟就有一架飞机起降。纽约到华盛顿的绿荫大道上,单向4～6个车道几乎排满了各式各样的小汽车,但交通井然有序。城市建筑风格独特,新颖别致,摩天大楼与豪华别墅相结合,纵横     

第十一届世界技巧锦标赛双人项目选手身高、体重、年龄及运动年限指标调查与分析

本文通过对第十一届世界技巧锦标双人项目选手共６８人的身高、体重、年龄及运动年限指标的普查结果进行统计学分析，找出了优秀选手和一般选手的差异，提出了双人项目配对选手身高差、体重差和年龄差的最优化指标．     

Introducing computer literacy skills for physicians

Computers are integral to medical practice, education, and research. While medical students learn computer skills during their training, many practicing physicians do not have the same computer experience. To familiarize this group with the exciting developments in medical informatics, the Himmelfarb Health Sciences Library and Department of Computer Medicine at the George Washington University Medical Center organized a workshop "Introducing Your Office Computer!" for attending physicians. The workshop featured a short lecture/video presentation on computer applications in medicine followed by a "computer fair" of five computer applications. Eleven physicians attended the workshop. Feedback was very positive; many called later to request more detailed instructions on using the programs demonstrated. It was a valuable experience for the staff, and new bridges were built between departments and clients.     

数据、档案及其共生演化的微观机理解析北大核心CSSCI

从微观机理视角分析数据与记录因子的本质联系,构建档案的记录结构模型,探讨数据与档案的双轨共生机理和动态演化路径,对我国档案数据化实践提出若干建议。记录因子是逻辑上不可再分的独立记录单元。数据本质上是记录因子的结构化集合。档案具有原始记录性,其壳层结构模型由“记录核”“记录幔”“记录壳”“记录表”构成,“记录核”中的记录因子以隐性或非结构化形态存在。数据与档案分别处于“信息世界”和“机器世界”,是两种彼此相互依赖、共存互补的记录资源。数据与档案的演化分为“档案到档案”“档案到数据”“数据到数据”“数据到档案”四种路径,记录因子在“隐含态”“黏着态”“离散态”“集合态”“聚合态”之间动态变化。档案管理机构应当建立数据和档案双轮驱动的工作机制,开展记录因子抽取技术攻关,进行档案数据本体建设试点,推动国家层面档案数据资源中心协作网络的规划建设。     

陕西省宝鸡市陈仓区吴山祭祀遗址2016–2018年考古调查与发掘简报北大核心CSSCI

吴山遗址位于陕西省宝鸡市陈仓区新街镇庙川村北侧吴山东麓山前台地。2016年,中国国家博物馆、陕西省考古研究院、宝鸡市考古研究所、陈仓区博物馆组成联合考古队,对遗址进行考古调查和勘探,确认遗址面积约为10.2万平方米,发现各类遗迹单位106处。经国家文物局批准,2018年对吴山遗址进行考古发掘,揭露面积800平方米,发现车马祭祀坑8座,坑内均有驷马一车,出土青铜车马器、玉器、铁器、骨器等232件组。吴山遗址祭祀坑与陕西凤翔雍山血池秦汉祭祀遗址2016年发掘的A类坑类型相近,年代相近。综合历史文献和考古发现,吴山遗址出土的铁锸应与玉人、玉琮、车马器具有同样的祭祀属性,并用于祭祀特定对象炎帝。吴山遗址应是秦灵公所作吴阳下畤。     

普通高校成人教育管理模式的困境及对策

近年来,随着终身教育理念的提出,成人教育逐渐迎来了新的发展契机,对提升成人的专业知识与技能水平、为企业输送优质人才起到了重要作用。对于继续教育学院而言,其教育管理工作的有效性会深刻影响成人教育的教学成效,而影响教育管理有效性的主要因素,则是学院所采取的教育管理模式。文章着眼于我国成人教育面临的新形势,对比了几种主流的成人教育管理模式,通过分析当前成人教育管理工作面临的困境,阐述了教育管理模式的改进策略。     

Serials standards work: the next frontier

Serials, one of the more complicated areas of library technical endeavors, has lacked the benefit of standards for a long time. Even now, with standards beginning to be available, the majority of institutions are not working within standard serials formats. A survey to determine the use of serials standards in libraries was conducted in 1988 by the American Library Association, Resources and Technical Services Division, Serials Section, Committee to Study Serials Standards. In the spring of 1988 a survey was sent to a group encompassing the Association of Research Libraries members, CONSER participants, United States Newspaper Program participants, Microform Project libraries, and some vendors and librarians who attended the Committee meetings on a regular basis. The survey questionnaire assessed the current level of serials standards awareness of librarians and vendors. Topics included the type of serials systems used, standards relevant to serials control and union listing and whether or not they are implemented, types and levels of training staff received in the application of standards, benefits of the standards, and areas where standards are most needed.
