女性主义叙事学在翻译批评中的应用——以《在我的开始是我的结束》英译为例

女性主义叙事学结合社会政治语境分析故事和叙事形式中的性别政治含义。这种意识形态和叙事形式并重的方法值得借鉴到女性主义翻译批评中来,克服以往停留在故事层面上的纯政治文化批评的片面性。采用女性主义叙事学视角,结合翻译的社会政治语境,在故事和表达形式两个层面对《在我的开始是我的结束》的英译文展开女性主义翻译批评,探讨女性主义叙事学在翻译批评中的应用和意义。     

Time-frequency analysis of EEG signals evoked by voluntary,stimulated and imaginary motions

In order to investigate the characteristics of sensorimotor cortex during motor execution(ME), voluntary, stimulated and imaginary finger flexions were performed by ten volunteer subjects. Electroencephalogram(EEG) data were recorded according to the modified 10-20 International EEG System. The patterns were compared by the analysis of the motion-evoked EEG signals focusing on the contralateral(C3) and ipsilateral(C4) channels for hemispheric differences. The EEG energy distributions at alpha(8—13 Hz), beta(14—30 Hz) and gamma(30—50 Hz) bands were computed by wavelet transform(WT) and compared by the analysis of variance(ANOVA). The timefrequency(TF) analysis indicated that there existed a contralateral dominance of alpha post-movement event-related synchronization(ERS) pattern during the voluntary task, and that the energy of alpha band increased in the ipsilateral area during the stimulated(median nerve of wrist) task. Besides, the contralateral alpha and beta event-related desynchronization(ERD) patterns were observed in both stimulated and imaginary tasks. Another significant difference was found in the mean power values of gamma band(p0.01)between the imaginary and other tasks. The results show that significant hemispheric differences such as alpha and beta band EEG energy distributions and TF changing phenomena(ERS/ERD) were found between C3 and C4 areas during all of the three patterns. The largest energy distribution was always at the alpha band for each task.     

Virtual simulation of production line for ergonomics evaluation

To avoid ergonomic problems in the early planning stages of a production line and achieve more satisfactory planning and design, ergonomic simulation is particularly important in digital production line planning. An ergonomics analysis method is presented by using two theories： Ovako working posture analysis system （OWAS） and Burandt-Schultetus hand-arm force analysis （BSHA）. The processes of ergonomics analysis and simulation are discussed based on a platform of process simulation and process designer. As an example, the paper shows how ergonomics problems are considered in production line planning to make a better choice between different production line planning schemes.     

论中国传统山水画和写实风景油画中空间的构建

中国传统山水画与西方的写实风景油画对画面空间的构建有着不同的理解和表述,它们构建了两种不同类型的画面空间,体现出不同的情感特点,它们在画面空间的构建方式上的差别集中表现为透视的运用、画面色彩的表现、形体的塑造、虚实的处理这四个方面。     

基于论文合作关系的科研项目专家回避模型研究

[目的/意义]针对科研项目评审专家选取工作中的回避问题,试图提出一套可行的用于确定回避专家的模型方法,避免人际关系对评审工作的干扰,保障科研评价的规范性和公正性。[方法/过程]首先以专家与申请人之间的论文合作关系为切入点,以合作强度、合作作者深度、方向匹配度和评审业绩为主要指标;然后采用综合权重和修正TOPSIS法对各指标进行分析,构建面向科研项目的专家回避量化模型;最后根据规定的专家组成员数量,考虑年龄、机构、性别等分布情况,明确应该回避的专家。[结果/结论]经检验,该模型在给出回避专家名单时,可以有效避免"唯合作论"的问题,回避理由充分,符合科技管理部的专家选取要求,能够为专家遴选工作提供一定的决策支撑。     

第二道数字鸿沟在当代大学生群体中的表现、成因及启示

[目的/意义]旨在探究当代大学生群体中第二道数字鸿沟的表现和成因。[研究设计/方法]建构了互联网使用能力和互联网学习指数两个测度指标,通过问卷调查、描述性统计分析和多元线性回归分析收集和分析数据。[结论/发现]社会结构因素(如城乡户籍等)对当代大学生第二道数字鸿沟的影响有所减弱,内在心理情感因素(如网络自我效能等)、知识与学习能力更为关键。高校图书馆应在弥合第二道数字鸿沟中发挥重要作用。[创新/价值]研究建构了新的数字鸿沟测度指标,突出了将互联网应用于学习的动机和能力,为高校信息素养教育提供借鉴。     

The relationship between work conditions and perceptions of organizational justice among library employees

Library employees hold perceptions about the fairness of the outcomes, processes, and interpersonal treatment in their workplaces. When employees feel the workplace is fair they are more likely to feel commitment to the organization, perform in-role and extra-role tasks, and experience job satisfaction. When employees perceive injustice in the workplace, research points to negative outcomes such as withholding work or even sabotage. To understand the antecedents of organizational justice, researchers carried out a national survey of librarians to compare the predictive power of perceived organizational support, job autonomy, job feedback, and job stress. Results indicate that increasing librarians' perceptions of organizational support and their autonomy, and providing meaningful and timely job feedback can increase overall perceptions of justice. Managers can enhance a climate of justice in their workplaces by developing strategies that target organization support, autonomy, and feedback to reduce a sense of injustice between and among employees.     

“微营销”与大学生就业服务平台构建

针对目前高校就业信息服务平台存在的问题,通过分层随机抽样问卷调查（N=560）,分析微媒体在学生就业过程中的应用情况、学生的需求意愿及需要完善改进的地方,提出应充分利用微博、微信等新媒体开展微营销,构建更加合理、更加完善的就业信息平台,从而为高校就业工作提供一定的参考。     

方志学专业人才培养模式创新研究

地方志的编修在我国有悠久的历史,但"方志无学"的传统偏见使方志学学科建设和学历教育滞后。本文试以笔者所在学校为例,探讨高校方志学专业人才培养模式,指出校地合作是打破目前方志学专业发展困境的唯一办法。

大力推进新型城镇化建设是党的十八届三中全会深化改革的重要举措之一。这将促使产业结构从农业向工业升级,社会向中国特色的社会主义现代化工业社会的转变。在创建开放大学中,开放教育如何克服培养现代职业型农民大学生中的难题、并采取有效措施、提升培养质量、主动为新型城镇化建设服务是开放教育人才培养过程中亟待解决的重大改革课题。
