高职院校“四位一体”绿色教育体系的构建

绿色教育是科学发展观指导下的科学教育观。以高职绿色教育为研究基点,深入分析当前高职绿色教育存在的主要问题,提出融绿色校园、绿色教学、绿色管理、绿色服务"四位一体"的高职绿色教育体系基本框架。     

大学生在线知识建构行为及序列模式分析

为解决新时代下各种复杂问题,当代大学生应该具备知识建构能力,特别是学生能够通过在线协作平台不断进行提问、解释,从而共同解决问题并进行知识创造。由于学习过程数据可从在线学习平台获得,使得分析大学生知识建构的动态发展及序列模式成为可能。上海某高校教育技术专业的27名三年级学生参与了课程学习,并利用在线论坛进行了一学期的协作交互,共发帖787条。本研究采用内容分析法对所有帖子进行编码,利用滞后序列分析得到该课程三个协作阶段的编码行为序列。研究发现,随着协作的深入知识建构的层次逐渐提升,在不同协作阶段会出现不同的序列模式。分析在线学习行为及序列模式有助于教师更好地诊断影响学习结果的潜在问题,从而调整教学策略以促进其知识构建过程。     

面向突发重大公共卫生事件应急决策的境外公共卫生战略情报体系研究——以应对新冠肺炎疫情为例

文章首先分析了我国疫情监测主要情报渠道,建议通过建立境外公共卫生战略情报体系丰富情报渠道类型和情报来源。文章基于中国科学院科技战略咨询研究院的境外公共卫生战略情报体系实践工作,从人员、情报、技术、组织等四个方面分析了境外公共卫生战略情报体系的组成要素,从监测预警重大疫情风险、维护全球公共卫生安全、支持经济发展、宣传正确传染病防控知识、吸收借鉴国外有益做法等五个方面总结了境外公共卫生战略情报体系在突发重大公共卫生事件应急决策中的作用。     

Chinese number‐naming advantages? Analyses of Chinese pre‐schoolers' computational strategies and errors

Simplicity in number naming in a language (e.g. ‘ten‐two’ in Chinese is simpler than the irregular ‘twelve’ in English) has been used to explain cross‐cultural disparities in children's computational competence. In contrast to previous research focusing only on whether children can provide the correct answers, in this study (N?=?117 and 92) we examined Chinese pre‐schoolers' computational strategies in depth and individually so as to examine their understanding of the base‐10 system and place value. The results showed that despite the fact that many can give the correct answers, there is strong evidence that Chinese pre‐schoolers do not have adequate understanding of the base‐10 number system and place value, suggesting that the advantages of the simpler number‐naming system are limited.

A distributed model for managing academic staff in an international online academic programme

Online delivery of programmes of Higher Education typically involves a distributed community of students interacting with a single university site, at which the teachers, learning resources and administration of the programme are located. The alternative model, of a fully “Virtual University”, which assumes no physical campus, poses problems of resource provision, recognition, and accreditation. We describe here an intermediate solution, based on an established on-ground university, but in which both students and teachers are distributed worldwide. We discuss the issues of management, communication, and quality assurance that are faced in implementing this fully distributed model. We describe the solutions we have applied in a wholly online programme of Higher Education which is delivered to over 2,000 graduate students in more than 100 countries by a worldwide pool of instructors.
