Symbolic Management of the Degree of Information Security by Integer Splitting

This paper demonstrates the application of module arithmetic for controlling the level of information security by a new technique referred as integer splitting. The basic definitions and concepts of the method are provided. The mathematical function of arising transformation is described in detail; its properties were studied and the basic theorems were proven that justify the use of splitting in practical applications. An active system was designed and characteristic cases of its operation are considered.     

系统动力学视域下校园足球发展及其影响因素研究

为推动我国校园足球的发展,丰富校园足球发展理论,对我国小学一年级至大学四年级全日制在校师生,及与之对应的学生家长和所在地区的教育主管部门等进行了调查研究,借助于系统动力学理论,构建校园足球发展系统动力学模型,并利用实际调查数据对模型进行了仿真。结果表明：我国校园足球总体发展动力不强：就系统内环境而言,学生的足球运动需要、可支配运动时间、场地器材及师资力量等系统要素发展不协调,阻碍了校园足球发展;就系统外环境而言,足球的教育价值宣传力度较小、特长生升学通道不畅、足球专项资金监管力度较低等因素,影响校园足球内环境要素的发展,进而影响校园足球的发展。为促进校园足球发展,国家需要大力宣传足球运动的教育价值,完善足球特长生升学通道,加强场地器材建设和师资培训,强化校园足球专项资金的监管力度。     

不同项目选项课《学生体质健康标准》测试成绩的比较研究

通过对大学一、二年级的<学生体质健康标准>测试成绩的比较,探讨不同选项课班之间在<学生体质健康标准>的各项指标增长幅度方面的差异及其产生的原因.发现经过大学二年级一个学年后,不同项目选项课之间在<学生体质健康标准>各项指标的增幅方面也有差异,差异的产生与取决于运动项目特点的选项课教学内容有关.为使每个学生的体质都得到全面发展,应该在保持运动项目特点的基础上根据体育教学的目标确定选项课的教学内容和手段.     

Universal metadata standard

Consciousness is based on the association of notions or a neural network. Similarly, the creation of the next-generation Internet (semantic web) is impossible without attributes that allow the semantic association of documents and their integration into an information context. To achieve these goals, the Universal Metadata Standard (UMS) may serve as a basis for documentography and is functionally required for interpretation of documents by automatic operating systems.

The active use of documental information in various fields of activity has resulted in the formation of four main concepts of a document: the legal, source-study, gnoseological, and management concepts. The history of the origin and development of the legal and source-study concepts is considered. The significant influence that is exerted by the positivistic philosophy on the formation of these concepts is noted.
