应用表象训练对分立运动技能学习与保持的实验研究——以背向滑步推铅球和挺身式跳远为例

将表象训练运用于田径分立运动技能教学实践中,结果表明:在田径分立运动技能的教学中,运用表象训练可以促进运动技能的形成与保持,提高教学质量与效果;可最大限度地发挥学生的主观能动性,调动学生的学习兴趣,激发有效的学习动机;可以缓解学生的状态焦虑水平,增强自信心,有利于学生在技能表现中充分发挥自己的表象能力.     

天津市普通高校民族传统体育师资现状分析和发展对策研究

文章运用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查等研究方法对天津市普通高校民族传统体育专业教师专业水平、学历状况、年龄分布、职称比例等现状进行了调研和分析,强调在推进民族传统体育课程改革的同时,必须提高现有民族传统体育师资专业水平,并从整体上就如何优化其年龄结构、学历结构和职称结构以及如何加强体育院校民族传统体育专业师资的培养,以满足高校民族传统体育开展的需要提出了相应的发展对策。     

一种分级图像水印

数字水印技术作为版权保护的重要手段,已得到广泛的研究和应用.将图像作为水印比用序列号和文本在受攻击时容易辨别,但由于其数据量巨大,一般很难完整嵌入.文中提出了一种分级图像作为数字水印的算法.为实现水印图像的嵌入,将水印图像进行了分级处理,一部分作为盲水印在空域嵌入,另一部分作为公开水印在频域嵌入.实验表明该算法嵌入的水印图像完整无失真,同时具有一定的鲁棒性.     

基于极化分解组合的SAR图像视觉优化和建筑物损毁评估

建筑物损毁评估对灾害应急监测具有重要意义。极化SAR图像蕴含丰富的地物信息,并且记录有目标地物的极化散射矩阵,可用于建筑物的损毁评估。针对完好和损毁建筑物两类目标的散射特征,利用Touzi分解散射角α_s1、去定向后Yamaguchi分解二次散射分量和Touzi分解散射对称度|τ₂|进行RGB彩色合成,对极化SAR图像进行视觉优化,进而利用单一时相SAR图像快速识别出不同损毁程度的建筑物区域。以2011年3月11日发生在日本东北部海域的地震为例,利用灾后的ALOS PALSAR全极化数据开展实验分析,并利用汶川地震RADARSAT-2图像对提出的方法进行验证。结果表明,通过对极化参量的组合不仅可以优化建筑物目标的视觉显示效果,同时可提高不同损毁程度建筑物区域识别度,从而大大降低灾害评估对于数据源的限制和要求。     

Rollback,scissor-like closure of the Mongol-Okhotsk Ocean and formation of an orocline: magmatic migration based on a large archive of age data

Tracing the closure of oceans with irregular margins and the formation of an orocline are crucial for understanding plate reconstruction and continental assembly. The eastern Central Asian Orogenic Belt, where the Mongol-Okhotsk orocline is situated, is one of the world''s largest magmatic provinces. Using a large data set of U-Pb zircon ages, we updated the timing of many published igneous rocks, which allowed us to recognize tightly ‘folded’ linear Carboniferous-Jurassic magmatic belts that wrap around the Mongol-Okhotsk suture and their migrations both sutureward and suture-parallel. The new successive magmatic belts reveal a rollback, scissor-like (or zipper-like) closure of the Mongol-Okhotsk Ocean that was fundamentally controlled by coeval subduction rollback and rotation of the Siberian and Mongolian-Erguna blocks. This study also demonstrates the complex mechanisms and processes of the closure of an ocean with irregular margins and the formation of a consequent orocline.

90后大学生思想意识现状调查与分析

为了更好地掌握90后大学生思想意识教育的现状,有针对性地对其进行教育,近期笔者以遵义医药高等专科学校学生为对象,进行了一次关于90后大学生思想意识教育的调查和分析。调查显示,90后大学生思想意识状况总体上是好的,但也存在一些问题需要不断的改进,以求大学生思想教育的不断完善和良性循环。

通过对政府采购法规中对询价采购方式相关规定的理解,结合实践经验,提出了询价采购中应该加以重视的关键要点,并对容易出现的一些问题进行了探讨.     

Managing IT-enabled transformation in the public sector: A case study on e-government in South Korea

The implementation of e-government is a burgeoning phenomenon across the globe. It improves and enhances the infrastructures and services provided to the citizens. However, a review of the IS literature reveals that research on the implementation of e-government is rather limited, which could be due to the general misconception of the public sectors as rigid and risk-averse establishments. The shortage of studies on e-government’s implementation presents a knowledge gap that needs to be plugged. This gap is significantly amplified by the increasing number of e-government initiatives being implemented by governments in recent years. This paper describes and analyzes South Korea’s Supreme Court Registry Office, which has implemented e-government. The case study discusses practical implications and suggests future research areas. Findings of the study include the alignment of technology and business processes, integration of resources into core business activities, integrating stakeholders’ trust and commitment, and better understanding of the role of organizational learning, which can enhance the adoption and institutionalization of e-government initiatives.     

RDA:未来的资源描述规则及其发展

《英美编目条列》（AACR）对其第二版（AACR2）进行根本性改变，新规则更名为RDA（资源描述与检索）。以FRBR为理论基础的RDA可以突破AAcR2在多样化资源描述以及动态电子资源描述方面的局限。介绍RDA的制定及其在发展规划、设计原则、结构、术语、运作方式等方面的特点以及同其他机构标准的合作情况，并通过RDA带来的影响和启示探讨当前信息资源组织规则的发展趋势。
