公众及其培育

公众总是与大众、群众、受众等日常或学术用语混用,但公众有特定的含义,虽然是"众中之众",实际上却"与众不同".公众的重要性即表现在其对人性的意义上,也表现在其对道德是非、对政治生活、对人类未来的价值上.但现代社会对公众存在的条件进行了釜底抽薪式的破坏,公众之殇是无法回避的事实.公众之培育,没有捷径可走,只能从重建公众存在的条件入手.在公众培育的时代任务面前,学校教育也可有所作为.     

Why Implementing History and Philosophy in School Science Education is a Challenge: An Analysis of Obstacles

Teaching and learning with history and philosophy of science (HPS) has been, and continues to be, supported by science educators. While science education standards documents in many countries also stress the importance of teaching and learning with HPS, the approach still suffers from ineffective implementation in school science teaching. In order to better understand this problem, an analysis of the obstacles of implementing HPS into classrooms was undertaken. The obstacles taken into account were structured in four groups: 1. culture of teaching physics, 2. teachers?? skills, epistemological and didactical attitudes and beliefs, 3. institutional framework of science teaching, and 4. textbooks as fundamental didactical support. Implications for more effective implementation of HPS are presented, taking the social nature of educational systems into account.     

Financing and political economy of higher education: The case of Lebanon

This paper assesses the adequacy, efficiency, and equity of higher education in Lebanon in both the public and private sectors, while highlighting challenges that are specific to Lebanon. It concludes by discussing various approaches and strategies to remedy the challenges facing higher education in Lebanon.     

Assessing college students’ perceptions of a case teacher’s pedagogical content knowledge using a newly developed instrument

Ongoing professional development for college teachers has been much emphasized. However, previous research on learning environments has seldom addressed college students’ perceptions of teachers’ PCK. This study aimed to evaluate college students’ perceptions of a physics teacher’s PCK development using a newly developed instrument and workshop intervention. A mixed method design was employed incorporating both quantitative and qualitative techniques. The survey “Assessing Students’ Perceptions of College Teachers’ PCK” was adopted as the instrument of research. This survey was conducted twice in this study; with the pre-test carried out during the mid-term exam and the post-test given in the last week of the semester. The results indicate that only SMK and IRS showed significant difference in the four categories of the survey, while IOC and KSU did not. Furthermore, the organized workshops helped the case teacher to better understand students’ prior conceptions of the subject matter and learning difficulties, and further facilitated her adjustment of instructional strategies. The limitations of this study are discussed and suggestions for improvement are also provided.     

高考诗歌鉴赏题隐性要求失分举隅与应对策略研究

诗歌鉴赏题是各省高考试卷中稳定的题型,在诗歌鉴赏过程中,由于生活经验、艺术经验、思想水平、意象感悟的差异,学生失分严重。探究其原因,一方面是因为诗歌本身的简练但内蕴丰富的特点,让学生鉴赏诗歌时难于解读,诗歌读不懂,那么题目就无法解答;另一方面则是学生的粗心大意,对诗歌鉴赏题目以及出题者的意图搞不清,所以出现答非所问或者答题不完整的情况,这种丢分的现象在考试中占了大部分,在探究原因的基础上,提出相关的应对策略,以期提高学生的诗歌鉴赏能力。     

中国就业政策评价:1998-2008

从消极就业政策到积极就业政策的转变,标志着中国政府以更为积极的姿态来处理就业问题。估算结果表明,1998-2008年,我国政府为落实就业政策累计支出6169.67亿元,其中用于落实消极就业政策的支出为4144.06亿元,落实积极就业政策的支出为2025.61亿元。实证分析发现,落实积极就业政策的支出和落实消极就业政策的支出与下岗失业人员的再就业之间存在长期稳定关系,落实积极就业政策的支出每变动1%会导致下岗失业人员的再就业数量同向变动0.27%,说明我国政府用于促进就业的支出的确对再就业工作显示出了积极作用;而落实消极就业政策的支出每变动1%将引起下岗失业人员的再就业数量反向变动1.05%,这一结果表明落实消极就业政策的支出吸引了更多的失业下岗人员加入失业保险体系,同时发挥出了一种"社会稳定器"的功能。     

体育教师人格特征研究

教育是人才培养的重要阶段,体育教师的人格特征在教育中起着至关重要的作用。文章从教师的人格特征及人格魅力入手,着重了解体育教师突出的人格特征,分析了体育教师人格特征及人格魅力对学生的价值影响,以促进体育教师自我意识的形成及人格的不断完善,充分发挥其在教育教学过程中的作用。     

加强黑龙江省优秀运动队管理的研究

加强优秀运动队的管理是提高和促进优秀运动队运动成绩的根本保证。针对黑龙江省优秀运动队管理的不足之处,提出加强黑龙江省优秀运动队管理工作：完善制度管理;加大资金投入,加强梯队建设;注重团队建设。对黑龙江省优秀运动队的管理提供一些建议,以期改进黑龙江省优秀运动队的管理水平,培养高水平的体育竞技体育人才。     

关于完善中国体育纠纷解决机制的研究

2008年中国取得奥运会、残奥会的巨大成功,但同时也看到中国体育离世界体育强国的标准还很远,其中体育纠纷解决机制的不足和缺失是阻碍中国迈向体育强国的主要因素之一。文章从体育国际化的呼声、纠纷国际化的需求、法制国际化的趋势三方面论述完善体育纠纷解决机制的必然,认为修改体育法,建立以体育仲裁制度为核心的体育纠纷解决机制是中国体育纠纷解决机制的路径选择。     

基于组合赋权的EIP利益相关者满意度评价

本文构建了生态工业园利益相关者满意度的评价指标体系,用G1法与熵值法的组合方式确定指标权重,以模糊数学原理为基础构建了利益相关者满意度的综合评价模型,并对大连DDZ利益相关者满意度进行了实证研究。结果显示,大连DDZ的综合满意度较高,5个利益相关者满意度排序为:市场、社区、政府、静脉企业、其他企业。
