走出困惑:"档案职业边缘化"的质疑与反思

一、质疑:"档案职业边缘化"? 近年来,律师边缘化、股市边缘化、学术(者)边缘化、文学(作家)边缘化等转眼间让"边缘化"成了"红人",不少人在为这种种的"边缘化"扼腕叹息.与此同时,档案学界也出现了"档案职业边缘化"的提法,对此笔者不敢苟同.     

Ultraviolet-assisted microfluidic generation of ferroelectric composite particles

We report on the feasible fabrication of microfluidic devices for ferroelectric polymers'' synthesis in a rapid and stable fashion. Utilizing micro-mixing and flow-focusing in microchannels, poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene) and copper phthalocyanine are uniformly dispersed in one hydrogel particle, which are then demonstrated to immediate and complete on-chip steady polymerization by moderate ultraviolet treatment. The advantage of our droplet-based microfluidic devices is generating versatile particles from simple spheres to disks or rods, and the lengths of particles can be precisely tuned from 30 to 400 μm through adjusting the flow rates of both disperse and oil phases. In addition, this mixed technique allows for the continuous production of dielectric microparticles with controlled dielectric properties between 10 and 160. Such a microfluidic device offers a flexible platform for multiferroic applications.     

高校仪器设备验收存在的问题及对策

以浙江师范大学为例,总结了高校仪器设备验收工作在采购合同、验收管理制度及验收方法方面存在的问题.提出了规范采购合同、健全验收管理制度、选择合理有效的验收方法的对策建议.     

African American Students in Counselor Education Programs: Perceptions of Their Experiences

The authors explored 11 African American doctoral students' perceptions of their experiences in counselor education programs, and their findings are presented. Using a phenomenological methodological framework, the authors investigated the various systems of support that students use as they navigate their respective programs. Human agency was the theoretical framework for this study, and 4 themes emerged from the data: assertiveness, more experienced African American students, race‐based organizations, and personal and professional care from advisors. Implications for students and counselor education programs are discussed.

论“发愤著书”说的源起及发展

“发愤著书”是中国古代文论史上一个由来已久的重要命题,它揭示了文学创作的动力。尽管正统的儒家文艺思想强调“发乎情,止乎礼仪”,但更多身处逆境的文学家们依然走向了一条叛逆之路,提出了“发愤著书”之说。从春秋时期孔子到明代的李贽,他们结合各自所处的时代、个人的遭遇、创作体会,对“发愤著书”理论进行补充、发展,为我们总结了古典文学创作中的“发愤”史,从中也体现了中华民族“穷且益坚”的民族精神。     

古籍中的“版权页”--牌记解析

牌记,是我国古籍收藏、整理中必不可少的古籍组成要素之一,对于古籍的版本、刊刻者和校勘者的研究都起着重要的作用。文章从牌记的概况和作用两个角度出发,试图对相当于今天之版权页的古籍牌记做一个较为系统的整理,力求呈现其全貌。     

我国文化产业政府监管的现状、问题与完善对策

我国文化产业现有的“健康型”政府监管模式,是以文化产业“健康”为监管理念,以克服“不能满足公共利益”的市场失灵为监管目标,以多部门为监管主体,全过程的行政监管,以政府为动力机制,行政监管为实施机制,以行政制度为保障机制.存在监管理念和模式定位偏差,政府监管结构不科学、不合理,机制不畅通等不足.因此,应当分业监管,确立文化产业的“健康发展型”监管模式:建构科学、合理的监督结构,建构政府主导的政府与非政府组织结合动力机制和法律监管机制,强化法律制度保障机制,从而克服“不能满足公共利益”和“无效率”的市场失灵.     

The law and special educational needs in Ireland: perspectives from the legal profession

This article outlines parents’ struggle to secure adequate educational resources for their child(ren) with special educational needs within the Irish State system. The authors challenge the view that legislation facilitates practical advances that are meaningful to individual families. This small-scale exploratory study reports the findings from five in-depth interviews with experienced legal practitioners in the area of special educational needs in Ireland. These were selected due to their involvement in a number of high profile cases taken against the State. The findings underline the challenges faced by parents pursuing the legal route and the need for supportive structures to be put in place prior to the ligation process.
