我校师资队伍建设的实践与思考

从1999年组建湖州师范学院以来，我校师资队伍建设取得了明显成效，已构筑起一支数量基本满足、结构趋于合理、整体实力明显增强的师资队伍。针对本科教学工作水平评估和学校中长期发展目标和“三步走”战略，通过总结分析发展现状中存在的问题，试图提出未来师资队伍建设的初步构想。     

我党执政中自律系统与他律系统的结合类型研究

根据“三个代表”的重要思想和“与时俱进,开拓创新”的时代精神,运用组织健康运转原理,通过对我党约束机制进行历史性的分析,把自律系统和他律系统的结合类型可分为三种类型:利益一致直属相交型,利益对抗互不相容平行型和利益一致根部相交平行型,讨论了各种类型的特点和适用条件,并对我党的组织机构改善提出了合理化建议。     

为心智发展打好身体基础

我们对于学生身体活动的教育比起对于学生心智发展的教育来,近些年重视程度有所降低。这是2006年底公布的中小学生体质调研结果所显示的结论:中小学生超重及肥胖率为1/4;小学、初中生近视率分别近1/3和2/3,高中生则超出3/4。     

小学高年级写作训练中教材板块特点的利用

在朝鲜族小学汉语教学中,针对朝鲜族高年级学生掌握汉语的程度,可利用教材板块特点,采取"先说后写,连句成段,从段到篇,整体训练"的作文训练模式,在对学生进行口语表达训练和阅读理解训练的同时进行写作训练,简化写作训练的难度,提高写作教学的效果。     

Adaptive synchronization of chaotic Colpitts circuits against parameter mismatches and channel distortions

In this work, synchronization of chaotic Colpitts circuits, using adaptive controllers to combat circuit parameter mismatches and channel distortions, is studied by numerical simulations. Synchronization errors caused by different main circuit components are compared, and compensation for time-constant and time-varying circuit parameter mismatches is demonstrated. Different kinds of channel distortions, including time-constant and time-varying channel attenuation, Additive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN) are all investigated by numerical simulations and discussed. Simulation results indicated that the synchronization performance of chaotic Colpitts circuits can be greatly improved by applying adaptive controllers when parameter mismatches and channel attenuation are considered as time-constant or time-varying, but have no obvious enhancements regarding the effect on AWGN channel.     

高校思想政治教育课程体系的路径:从“思政课程”到“课程思政”——以机械制造类课程为例

高校"课程思政"工程的实施,迫切需要创新高校专业课教学模式,将"隐性思政"融入到专业课教学的各方面,实现从高校"思政课程"到"课程思政"的顺利转化,最终达到"全课程、全员育人理念"。本文以机械专业制造类课程为例,分析机械专业制造类课程思想政治教育的现状,并从多个角度讨论机械专业制造类课程实践"课程思政"的新路径,探索机械专业课程在新时代实践"课程思政"的大思政育人新格局。     

印第安纳波利斯儿童博物馆的场景式项目学习

印第安纳波利斯儿童博物馆基于美国K-9国家课程标准,开发了几十门项目学习课程,根据项目学习原则布置各个场景,为家长、学校、学生提供真实化情境、问题化引导、职业化体验的"Hands on"式教育。     

浅析大学英语大班教学的困难与对策

我国高校自扩大招生以来,大学英语大班授课的情况日益普遍,给我们的教学带来了不少困难和问题,严重地影响了我们的外语教学质量.文章着重介绍大学英语大班教学中所出现的一些主要问题,并进一步探讨了一些提高大学英语大班教学质量的途径.     

Personalized learning in iSTART: Past modifications and future design

Abstract

Computer-based learning environments (CBLEs) provide unprecedented opportunities for personalized learning at scale. One such system, iSTART (Interactive Strategy Training for Active Reading and Thinking) is an adaptive, game-based tutoring system for reading comprehension. This paper describes how efforts to increase personalized learning have improved the system. It also provides results of a recent implementation of an adaptive logic that increases or decreases text difficulty based on students’ performance rather than presenting texts randomly. High school students who received adaptive text selection showed increased sense of learning. Adaptive text selection also resulted in greater pre-training to post-training comprehension test gains, especially for less-skilled readers. The findings demonstrate that system-driven, just-in-time support consistent with the goals of personalized learning benefit the efficacy of computer-based learning environments.     

论中国西部粮食安全的思路与对策

西部大开发 ,一退三还 ,使得本来粮食短缺、经济落后的西部地区粮食安全雪上加霜 ,进而成为中国粮食安全的隐患。本文认为解决西部粮食安全的思路在于走区域大循环之路 ,并从粮食流通体制、提高粮食自给率、增加稳定的供应和提高西部农民购买力等方面采取对策 ,以实现西部和全国粮食安全的良性循环和可持续发展。
