OpenURL框架结构分析

OpenURL作为一种开放式链接框架结构，与传统信息链接框架相比，增加了许多新的功能，成为信息资源整合的重要工具，受到图书情报界的密切关注，也将被美国全国信息标准组织(NISO)所接收。本文在分析OpenURL框架结构和运行机制的基础上，讨论其在信息资源整合中的使用。     

Using Research Based Assessment Tools in Professional Development in Current Electricity

We present a practical way of adapting and using four research-based assessments for different purposes in an electricity and magnetism course for K-8 science teachers. The course is designed to accomplish conceptual change toward accepted scientific conceptions as well as introducing teachers to materials and activities appropriate for their classrooms. Our data support that using the research-based tests to identify alternative conceptions and discuss test results with teachers is a promising way to use the knowledge of alternative conceptions in professional development. We also identify some mismatches between the research of conceptual change and its use in programs of professional development.

Comparison of high order aberration after conventional and customized ablation in myopic LASIK in different eyes of the same patient

Purpose: To verify whether there exists any difference in higher order aberrations after undergoing myopic LASIK (laser in situ keratomileusis) with conventional ablation and customized ablation in different eyes of the same patient. Methods: This was a prospective randomized study of 54 myopic eyes (27 patients) that underwent LASIK using the Nidek EC-5000 ex-cimer laser system (Nidek, Gamagori, Japan). Topography-guided customized aspheric treatment zone (CATz) was used in the first eye of the patient (study group) and the other eye of the same patient was operated on with conventional ablation (control group). Higher order aberrations [root-mean-square (RMS) in the 5-mm zone] of both groups were observed with the Nidek OPD-Scan aberrometer before and 3 months after LASIK. Preoperative mean refractive error was similar between two eyes of the same patient (t=?0.577, P>0.05). Results: Preoperatively, higher order aberrations (RMS in the 5-mm zone) in the CATz ablation and conventional groups were (0.3600±0.0341) μm and (0.2680±0.1421) μm, respectively. This difference was not statistically significant (t=1.292, P>0.05). Three months after LASIK, higher order aberrations (RMS in 5-mm zone) in the CATz ablation and conventional groups were (0.3627±0.1510) μm and (0.3991±0.1582) μm, respectively. No statistically significant difference was noted between pre- and postoperative higher order aberrations in the CATz group (t=?0.047, P>0.05). However, a statistically significant increase in higher order aberrations was observed after conventional ablation (t=?5.261, P<0.05). A statistically sig-nificant difference was noted in the increase of higher order aberrations after LASIK between groups (t=?2.050, P=0.045). Con-clusion: LASIK with conventional ablation and topography-guided CATz ablation resulted in the same BSCVA (best specta-cle-corrected visual acuity) 3 month after LASIK. Higher order aberrations were increased, but the increase of higher order ab-errations after customized ablation treatment was less than that after conventional ablation.     

基于上市公司年报分析的图书馆与数据库商博弈思路研究

[目的 /意义]针对图书馆数字资源采购谈判中面临的不合理合约、产品高定价、高涨幅等业内难题,引入上市公司年报分析法来寻求新的博弈思路。[方法 /过程]构建产业链分析、收入-利润指标、竞争力因素分析框架,以Elsevier、中国知网、Clarivate三家数据库商为分析案例,发现竞争力、利润、续订率是数据库商最关注的3个方面,认为图书馆在与数据库商的博弈中同时存在主动性和被动性两方面,在过去的谈判思路中对营业成本与涨价幅度、利润率和参考对象、开放获取与社会责任的认知有一定偏差。[结果 /结论 ]图书馆在开放信息生态下将面临新一轮的资金压力和业务重塑,应从探索零和博弈、重复博弈的竞争性策略,资金适度向国内学术出版商倾斜,寻求媒体关注、法律支持,深化数字出版产品价格相关研究方面应对新的挑战。     

多道计数比值法探查低水平人工γ辐射的实验研究

根据环境本底与人工放射性的能量分布差异,在常规低水平γ放射性探测实验的基础上,发展出多道计数比值法,以更准确快速地实现低水平人工γ辐射探查报警。实验采用NaI(Tl)探测器、多道采集卡和Matlab软件,建立实验用的探测报警系统,在非屏蔽环境中探测本底和低水平人工γ辐射。结果表明,该法能较好地识别环境本底中混杂的低水平人工γ放射性,降低误警率与漏报率。     

普通本科学校实验教学中心的建设与思考

国家级和省级实验教学示范中心的建设,提升了高校教学实验室整体建设水平,推动了开放型和创新性实验教学的开展.高校实验教学中心的建设应该适应新形势下人才培养模式,紧跟实验教学示范中心的建设步伐,在管理制度、实验教学内容和体系,综合性、设计性、研究创新性实验建设、开放式实验教学运行、实验教师队伍建设等方面有所突破,为创新型人才培养提供良好的条件.     

大型低速回流风洞换热器设计研究

提出了用于某大气边界层风洞的新型换热装置,设计了一套水循环冷却系统。风洞内换热器是对第3拐角导流片进行特殊设计,该设计突破传统风洞换热器的设计模式,有效地降低了风洞气流的流动损失。在该设计中进行了换热系统的热力学计算、系统结构设计、流动阻力计算等。计算结果表明:对于该大气边界层风洞的技术参数,使用新型导流片换热器,可以使该风洞运转温度保持在25℃左右;该设计对于提高风洞实验数据的精度具有一定的实用价值。     

省级化学实验教学示范中心的建设与改革

以河北科技师范学院化学实验教学示范中心为例,阐述了实验教学示范中心建设与改革的重要性,同时对化学实验教学中心的进一步建设与改革提出了建议。
