From Inarticulacy to Care

This article seeks to critically re-open the closed structure of news coverage of ethnic minorities by proposing a dialogical model of representation, which evokes mutual understanding across differences through well-crafted narratives of minority experiences. Informed by Mikhail Bakhtin and Charles Taylor, it explores the notion of “dialogue” within journalistic narratives and delineates two dialogical approaches, namely the evaluative articulation of moral values and the polyphonic incorporation of different voices. The former suggests that journalists should employ nuanced languages to situate ethnic minorities’ aspirations and experiences in a common “horizon of significance”. The latter challenges the hegemonic monologue of an ostensibly objective narration and accentuates the manifold voices from ordinary people, urging the journalists to rethink their positionality as narrators. Two cases are analyzed to reveal how the dialogic representation can be realized in news reporting, calling for a transition from “ethics of inarticulacy” to ethics of care in journalism practices.     

期刊PR8指数:一个新的跨学科期刊评价指标及其实证研究

[目的/意义] 基于论文被引频次8个区段百分位数排序（percentile rank 8,PR8）赋分,尝试构建新的跨学科期刊评价指标：期刊PR8指数（journal index for PR8,JIPR8）,并检验JIPR8的跨学科期刊评价效果。[方法/过程] 选择JCR中8个学科301种期刊作为研究对象,分别计算每种期刊的JIPR8,并与其他几个跨学科期刊评价指标进行比较,检验JIPR8跨学科期刊评价的敏感度和稳定性,以及与其他跨学科期刊评价指标的相关性。[结果/结论] 在选择的所有指标中,8个学科301种期刊JIPR8的变异程度最低,说明其用于跨学科期刊评价的稳定性最好;不同分区期刊（Q1、Q2、Q3和Q4） JIPR8的组间差异性较为明显,仅次于期刊影响因子百分位（journal impact factor pencentile,JIFP）,表明其对优秀和一般期刊的区分度较好。认为JIPR8是一个非常理想的跨学科期刊评价指标。     

中文科研论文未被引探索Ⅲ：科学交流相关性情境下的竞争-选择机制

[目的/意义]与众多基于未被引现象的统计分析不同,本文利用演绎分析方法探索论文未被引的产生机制。[方法/过程]将未被引现象置于科学交流的宏大背景下,提出论文未被引的竞争-选择机制,指出竞争-选择机制是以文献内容为基础的相关判断与抉择过程,同时受到文献外在特征的深刻影响,以此为基础从时间维度及空间维度展开具体分析过程。[结果/结论]从时间演化角度上看,新旧相关文献间的竞争是引发论文未被引现象的主要原因;从时间截面上看,在问题解决循环往复过程中,文献查询、文献参考及新潜在相关信息表达中的同质文献竞争是产生论文未被引现象的重要原因,而引用选择是以竞争为背景的自发自组织过程。     

网络环境下信息过滤机制及其实现研究

论述了信息过滤研究的原理、模型以及目前的主要应用领域,并在此基础上设计了一个针对图书情报机构和特定学术用户的基于异构多代理的Web信息过滤推荐系统。     

图书馆普通员工职业胜任力研究主报告

本研究采用定性与定量相结合的方法,探索我国图书馆普通员工的职业胜任力特征.在专家访谈和关键事件行为访谈基础上,编制“图书馆员自我评价问卷”,并以此为测量工具在全国范围内实施问卷调查.根据对2799个有效样本的统计分析,建立我国图书馆普通员工职业胜任力模型和胜任力测评量表,阐释图书馆普通员工职业胜任力及其子维度的表现特征,探讨个人、教育、工作等因素对胜任力的影响,以及胜任力对工作满意度、离职倾向和组织承诺3个绩效指标的预测作用.     

Smart responsive organic microlasers with multiple emission states for high-security optical encryption

Modern high-security cryptography and optical communication call for covert bit sequences with high coding capacity and efficient authentication. Stimuli-responsive lasing emissions with easily distinguishable readout are promising in the coding field as a novel cryptographic primitive, while the application is frequently restricted by the limited number of emission states. Here, we report a strategy of achieving multiple competitive lasing signals in responsive organic microspheres where a donor–acceptor pair was introduced. The competitive lasing from the donor and acceptor was reversibly switched by modulating the competition between the radiative rate of the donor and the rate of energy transfer, and the generated multiple lasing signals enabled a quaternary coding for recognizable cryptographic implementation. Data encryption and extraction were demonstrated using a 4 × 4 microlaser array, showing vast prospects in avoiding the disclosure of security information. The results offer a comprehensive understanding of excited-state dynamics in organic composite materials, which may play a major role in high-security optical recording and information encryption.     

教师教学能力发展管见

教师的教学能力是影响教学质量的关键因素。从教师教学活动全过程的三个阶段分析教师的教学能力。将教师教学能力归纳为教学认知能力、教学操作能力、教学监控能力,并分析这三类教学能力的培养途径。指出在教学能力的形成、发展和发挥的过程中,教学动机、知识水平、教学经验将起到重要的作用。     

县级财政中教育所占比例的估计

教育支出占其财政支出的比例是衡量各级政府努力程度和教育供给水平的一个重要指标。本文使用2004年、2005年全国1700多个县的数据对该比例进行分析。分析认为这一比例同地方人均财政总收入和其他指标有明显的相关关系,并对这些相关性做了合理的经济解释。同时本文估计了各县教育支出占财政的比例,并应用该比例对各县剥除转移支付后的教育供给能力进行了预测,这也为教育转移支付研究中教育供给能力的测算提供了一条可行的途径。     

消费需求与技术创新关系研究

技术创新与消费有着密切的关系。消费需求是技术创新的基础和动力,消费需求的变化引导技术创新的发展方向;而技术创新则是通过消费需求这一中心环节实现消费再创新的重要手段。当前消费中的生态需要和可持续发展需要的显性化在客观上要求技术创新实行生态化转向。     

关于“烟草花叶病毒的感染和重建实验”的几个疑惑点探析

主要以Fraenkel-Conrat H,Williams R C于1955年发表的《Reconstitution of active tobacco mosaic virus from Its inactive protein and nucleic acid components》(《活性烟草花叶病毒活性蛋白及核酸成分的重组》)及Fraenkel-Conrat H,Singer B于1957年发表的《Virus reconstitution:Ⅱ.Combination of protein and nucleic acid from different strains》(《病毒重组:Ⅱ来自不同品系的蛋白质与核酸的结合》)两篇论文为依据,对学生在学习烟草花叶病毒的感染和重建实验过程中经常产生的三个疑惑点进行探析.
