德育教育要做到敢于实践

德育工作是一门实践性很强的工作。实践性是学校德育工作的生命,离开了实践,德育工作会成为无源之水、无本之木,也就失去了生命力,只有把德育工作植根于丰富的实践之中,才有旺盛的生命力。德育工作没有固定的模式,全靠我们大胆地去试、去闯。多年来,笔者以很大精力投入于学校德育工作实践,先后进行了少则数小时、多达数年的德育工作实验。归纳起来,主要是围绕着对学生思想道德素质的培养,组织、指导学生进行道德实践,指导学生在假期社会实践等几方面做一些尝试。     

科技外语课程体系教学模式的思考与实践

随着就业市场对高素质的复合型外语人才越来越多的需求,高校的科技外语类课程面临着较大的压力和挑战。本文通过阐述制约课程发展的诸多因素,对科技外语类课程的教学设计做出经验总结并提出初步畅想,以期解决科技外语专业人才培养中存在的不足,有效提升外语专业人才的培养质量。     

基于AR的地理学习活动流程设计

地理学科作为一门拥有着众多复杂地理元素的课程,如何能将复杂的地理元素更好地呈现给学习者一直都是探索的热点问题。增强现实技术作为一种能将虚实进行恰当结合的技术,正好可以契合地理教学中所面临的问题。在国内,增强现实技术作为一种初步应用于教学的技术,其具体应用流程缺乏,本文拟在活动理论的指导下,以实际课堂为出发点,整合增强现实的特点,以体验式学习为教学形式,构建基于增强现实的初中地理学习活动设计流程,尝试这一技术在地理课堂中应用的方式。     

Convergent genomic signatures of high-altitude adaptation among domestic mammals

Abundant and diverse domestic mammals living on the Tibetan Plateau provide useful materials for investigating adaptive evolution and genetic convergence. Here, we used 327 genomes from horses, sheep, goats, cattle, pigs and dogs living at both high and low altitudes, including 73 genomes generated for this study, to disentangle the genetic mechanisms underlying local adaptation of domestic mammals. Although molecular convergence is comparatively rare at the DNA sequence level, we found convergent signature of positive selection at the gene level, particularly the EPAS1 gene in these Tibetan domestic mammals. We also reported a potential function in response to hypoxia for the gene C10orf67, which underwent positive selection in three of the domestic mammals. Our data provide an insight into adaptive evolution of high-altitude domestic mammals, and should facilitate the search for additional novel genes involved in the hypoxia response pathway.     

Understanding divergent domestication traits from the whole-genome sequencing of swamp- and river-buffalo populations

Domesticated buffaloes have been integral to rice-paddy agro-ecosystems for millennia, yet relatively little is known about the buffalo genomics. Here, we sequenced and assembled reference genomes for both swamp and river buffaloes and we re-sequenced 230 individuals (132 swamp buffaloes and 98 river buffaloes) sampled from across Asia and Europe. Beyond the many actionable insights that our study revealed about the domestication, basic physiology and breeding of buffalo, we made the striking discovery that the divergent domestication traits between swamp and river buffaloes can be explained with recent selections of genes on social behavior, digestion metabolism, strengths and milk production.     

新时期地方科技管理部门职能定位研究

2004年,科技部召开了全国地方科技工作会议,把大力推进地方科技工作作为新时期科技工作的重点。地方科技管理部门作为区域创新系统中一个重要主体,如何最大限度发挥自身作用是一个值得思考的问题。要搞好地方科技工作,首先要认清地方科技管理部门的职责和工作重点。本文从区域创新系统的角度出发,分析了各级科技管理部门的职权范围和影响科技管理部门工作的因素,对于不同级别的地方科技管理部门的工作重点进行了分析,以期为地方科技管理部门职能充分发挥提供政策建议。     

中国利率市场化中的交易成本问题初探

交易成本经济学认为,市场化利率的形成过程就是交易成本约束下货币的市场价格不断趋于合理的过程。所以,我国利率市场化的过程也就是利率形成中的交易成本不断降低的过程。因此,如何降低交易成本也就成了我国利率市场化过程中非常重要的一步。分析了我国利率形成中的各种交易成本问题,以力图从交易成本这一新的视角来解读我国的利率市场化。     

VFP数据库在Authorware中的应用

本文分析了VFP数据库与Authorware的优点和缺点,介绍了数据库的有关概念,结合某高校录取查询系统的设计,阐述了ODBC数据源的配置方法以及在Authorware中数据库的打开和关闭方法,结合应用重点论述了在Authorware中如何对数据库进行交互性操作。     

Replication,pathogenicity, and transmission of SARS-CoV-2 in minks

Minks are raised in many countries and have transmitted severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) to humans. However, the biologic properties of SARS-CoV-2 in minks are largely unknown. Here, we investigated and found that SARS-CoV-2 replicates efficiently in both the upper and lower respiratory tracts, and transmits efficiently in minks via respiratory droplets; pulmonary lesions caused by SARS-CoV-2 in minks are similar to those seen in humans with COVID-19. We further found that a spike protein-based subunit vaccine largely prevented SARS-CoV-2 replication and lung damage caused by SARS-CoV-2 infection in minks. Our study indicates that minks are a useful animal model for evaluating the efficacy of drugs or vaccines against COVID-19 and that vaccination is a potential strategy to prevent minks from transmitting SARS-CoV-2.

今年春节过后,笔者和两位北京的朋友周艾若、曾俊伟,同时收到寄自新加坡的一只大信封.这件题为"敬请出任(海外首届创会)顾问"的"专函",于首行文字称"新加坡徐霞客学会于2007年9月7日在社团注册局审批下正式成为非营利、义务的文化社团".函件由该学会会长许铭真签发.这就是说,在海外研读中国古代文化名人、明末地理地质学家,旅行探险家、游记文学家徐霞客,继美国旧金山之后的第二个研究会宣告成立了.作为中国徐霞客研究会的成员,闻之欣喜异常.……
