新时期我国公民意识教育的理性思考

为实现全面建成小康社会的奋斗目标,坚持中国特色社会主义政治建设是一个重要内容,而发展社会主义民主政治建设又需要一个坚实的社会基础,这就是一个普遍民众都具有较强公民意识的现代社会。文章在对公民和公民意识进行阐述的基础上,分析了当前我国民众公民意识教育的重要性,及加强公民意识教育的有效途径。     

论河北省红色旅游的可持续性发展

河北是红色旅游大省,有丰富的革命传统文化资源,但目前存在着缺乏保护意识、产业化程度低等诸多问题。科学合理地开发和利用,促进红色旅游的可持续性发展,不仅能促进地方经济的发展,而且具有深刻的教育意义。     

Cross-document event clustering using knowledge mining from co-reference chains

Unifying terminology usages which captures more term semantics is useful for event clustering. This paper proposes a metric of normalized chain edit distance to mine, incrementally, controlled vocabulary from cross-document co-reference chains. Controlled vocabulary is employed to unify terms among different co-reference chains. A novel threshold model that incorporates both time decay function and spanning window uses the controlled vocabulary for event clustering on streaming news. Under correct co-reference chains, the proposed system has a 15.97% performance increase compared to the baseline system, and a 5.93% performance increase compared to the system without introducing controlled vocabulary. Furthermore, a Chinese co-reference resolution system with a chain filtering mechanism is used to experiment on the robustness of the proposed event clustering system. The clustering system using noisy co-reference chains still achieves a 10.55% performance increase compared to the baseline system. The above shows that our approach is promising.     

中国主要禾本科植物颖果形态的基本类型与系统分类

本文在观察了31个族109个属324种禾本科植物果实形态的基础上，探讨了重要性状演化的趋势及其与分布区和生境条件的关系。根据果实大小，整体形状，腹面和脐的形态，胚与果的长度比值，果端有无茸毛，花柱是否宿存，尤其横切面轮廓等，将禾本科的颖果形态划分为三大类型七个亚型。  经过与细胞染色体、胚体、幼苗和植株各方面数据的互相印证，证明与颖果形态的七个基本类型相对应，在系统分类上是七个亚科。     

我国受控企业反倾销应诉的博弈分析

本文分别2001年政府出台“谁应诉,谁受益”原则前后这两阶段出口企业的反倾销应诉进行了博弈分析,在此基础上给出了理想模式-受控企业联合应诉,并提出应对措施。

Microfluidics-based devices: New tools for studying cancer and cancer stem cell migration

Cell movement is highly sensitive to stimuli from the extracellular matrix and media. Receptors on the plasma membrane in cells can activate signal transduction pathways that change the mechanical behavior of a cell by reorganizing motion-related organelles. Cancer cells change their migration mechanisms in response to different environments more robustly than noncancer cells. Therefore, therapeutic approaches to immobilize cancer cells via inhibition of the related signal transduction pathways rely on a better understanding of cell migration mechanisms. In recent years, engineers have been working with biologists to apply microfluidics technology to study cell migration. As opposed to conventional cultures on dishes, microfluidics deals with the manipulation of fluids that are geometrically constrained to a submillimeter scale. Such small scales offer a number of advantages including cost effectiveness, low consumption of reagents, high sensitivity, high spatiotemporal resolution, and laminar flow. Therefore, microfluidics has a potential as a new platform to study cell migration. In this review, we summarized recent progress on the application of microfluidics in cancer and other cell migration researches. These studies have enhanced our understanding of cell migration and cancer invasion as well as their responses to subtle variations in their microenvironment. We hope that this review will serve as an interdisciplinary guidance for both biologists and engineers as they further develop the microfluidic toolbox toward applications in cancer research.     

元代河北书院述论（上）

由于理学北传以及元朝政府对书院扶持政策等各种因素的促动,元代河北书院处于上升状态,不仅数量骤增,而且涌现了以封龙书院为代表的一些著名书院。此期河北书院不仅传播理学及经史道德,而且也实施科技教育,培养专门人才,由此体现了其与南方书院以程朱理学及科举考试为中心的别样特色。
