考虑供应链中断风险下的B2B电子市场采购策略研究

针对传统供应链渠道可能存在的不稳定性及中断风险,构建基于传统供应链渠道和电子市场双源渠道的二级供应链模型.并分析和比较不同的采购模式,得出零售商不同采购模式下最优采购策略的解析条件,探讨市场流动性及供应链中断概率对最优采购策略的影响.研究发现B2B电子市场能显著提高供应链的期望利润,并且第三方电子交易市场下的采购策略为最优.     

The Influences of Faculty on Undergraduate Student Participation in Research and Creative Activities

Using data collected from surveys of college juniors and seniors and faculty members in related academic departments, this study examined whether faculty teaching and research orientations, as well as faculty external funding, had any impact on undergraduate student participation in research and creative activities. The results of the study indicated that faculty research orientation and external funding were indeed positively related to student participation in research activities. However, faculty members’ teaching orientation was not significant. Further analyses indicated that faculty teaching and research orientations had different impacts on a range of research and creative activities by undergraduate students. The findings from this study provide insight on ways of improving college teaching and learning as well as informing the development of institutional academic policies related to faculty and undergraduate education. Shouping Hu is Associate Professor of Higher Education at Florida State University. He received his M.S. degree in Economics and Ph.D. in Higher Education from Indiana University. His research and scholarship focus on college access and success, student engagement, and higher education policy. Kathyrine Scheuch is the Deputy Director of Research and Evaluation in the Division of Community Colleges, Florida Department of Education. She received her Ed.D. in Higher Education from Florida State University. Her research interests include undergraduate research activities and minority student issues. Joy Gaston Gayles is Associate Professor of Higher Education at North Carolina State University. She received her Ph.D. in Higher Education from Ohio State University. Her research interests include the college student experience and its impact on student development and learning.

车道被占用时的道路通行能力评估模型

研究车道被占用对城市道路通行能力的影响,参考高速空气动力学激波理论,均值双样本T检验,多元回归分析及类比法,分别构建横截面实际通行能力评估、差异检验、交通流堵塞激波和时间预测模型,使用Matlab、Sas、Lingo软件编程,求解了模型中所涉及的各问题并给出了结论。     

生物科学专业植物学野外实习教学模式体系构建

植物学野外实习是生命科学各专业教学的重要组成部分.近几年来,在提前对实习地点的情况进行详细了解的基础上,制定出切实可行的实习计划,实习前进行充分的动员工作.在野外实习过程中,使学生掌握所在地区常见的植物种类、形态特征和识别要点,学会植物标本的采集制作、植物检索表的编制、工具书的熟练使用等专业技能,同时,让学生积极地开展一些小专题调查研究,培养学生初步开展科研工作的能力和创新素质,并将学生的组织管理和宣传教育工作,贯穿于整个实习过程的始终.最后,客观公正地对学生实习成绩进行量化考核.通过已构建的植物学野外实习教学模式体系,能够促进教学任务高质量地完成.

Being (Dis)Engaged in Educationally Purposeful Activities: The Influences of Student and Institutional Characteristics

The self-reported experiences of 50,883 undergraduates at 123 institutions were analyzed using a multinomial hierarchical model to identify individual and institutional characteristics associated with varying levels of student engagement in educationally purposeful activities. Parental education and student academic preparation were positively associated with higher levels of engagement. White students were generally less engaged than students from other racial and ethnic groups whereas men were more likely to be either disengaged or highly engaged compared with women. Students at public institutions and research universities were less engaged than their counterparts at private colleges and other institutional types. Individual student perceptions of certain aspects of the institutional environment affected engagement in complicated ways.

Reconsidering the Relationship Between Student Engagement and Persistence in College

Using data from two rounds of surveys on students in the Washington State Achievers (WSA) program, this study examined the relationship between student engagement in college activities and student persistence in college. Different approaches using student engagement measures in the persistence models were compared. The results indicated that the relationship between student engagement and the probability of persisting was not linear. Even though a higher level of social engagement was related to an increased probability of persisting, a higher level of academic engagement was negatively related to such probability. The findings have strong implications for educational research, policy, and practice.

本文综述了植物新品种保护制度的重要意义,以及省近年来新品种保护实施情况,针对当前新品种保护工作存在的认识不足、保护意识不强、品种权申请量少、结构单一等问题,提出了应该切实加强扩大宣传培训、加大政府扶持和监管力度以及建立完善促进新品种保护的机制等对策措施,为我省科研育种创新和种业健康发展提供制度保障。
