基于情境感知的高校移动图书馆个性化推荐模型研究

针对高校移动图书馆个性化推荐的不足,利用情境感知技术和数据挖掘技术,从用户的物理情境信息、基本情境信息、社会网络3个方面获取用户的情境信息;采用向量空间模型的表示方法,提出一种基于情境感知的高校移动图书馆个性化推荐模型,并介绍模型的运行过程及相关环节,以期解决移动图书馆用户情境敏感性的个性化需求。     

Cornuside alleviates experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis by inhibiting Th17 cell infiltration into the central nervous system

The present study was conducted to clarify the therapeutic effect of cornuside on experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis(EAE) and its influence on T helper 17(Th17) cell and regulatory T(Treg) cell infiltration into the central nervous system. Rats were randomly placed into four treatment groups: control, EAE, EAE+cornuside, and EAE+prednisolone. The neurological function scores of rats were assessed daily. On the second day after EAE rats began to show neurological deficit symptoms, the four groups were treated with normal saline, normal saline, cornuside(150 mg/kg), and prednisolone(5 mg/kg), respectively. The treatment was discontinued after two weeks, and the spinal cord was obtained for hematoxylin and eosin(HE)and luxol fast blue staining, as well as retinoic acid receptor-related orphan receptor γ(RORγ) and forkhead box protein P3(Foxp3) immunohistochemical staining. Blood was collected for Th17 and Treg cell flow cytometry testing, and the serum levels of interleukin(IL)-17 A, IL-10, transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β), IL-6, IL-23, and IL-2 were measured via enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Compared with rats in the EAE group, rats in the EAE+cornuside and EAE+prednisolone groups began to recover from neurological deficits earlier, and had a greater degree of improvement of symptoms. Focal inflammation, demyelination, and RORγ-positive cell infiltration were reduced by cornuside or prednisolone treatment, whereas the Foxp3-positive cell numbers were not significantly different. Meanwhile, the number of Th17 cells and the IL-17 A, IL-6,and IL-23 levels were lower in the blood after cornuside or prednisolone treatment, whereas the number of Treg cells or the levels of IL-10, TGF-β, and IL-2 were not markedly different. Cornuside can alleviate symptoms of EAE neurological deficits through its anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects, and Th17 cells may be one of its therapeutic targets.

柠檬酸和草酸对茶园土壤铅生物有效形态的影响

为了探讨柠檬酸和草酸对茶园土壤中铅的化学形态的影响,采集无污染茶园土壤,喷施180mg/kg的硝酸铅,平衡后再添加不同浓度的柠檬酸或者草酸,分析土壤中水溶性铅和交换态铅含量的变化.结果表明,一定浓度的柠檬酸或者草酸对于土壤中水溶态铅和交换态铅的含量有降低作用,其效果与酸的类型和浓度有关.草酸对于土壤中有效性形态铅的降低作用优于柠檬酸,输入酸对于水溶态铅的降低作用强于对交换态铅的降低.当酸浓度达到0.2mmol/kg时,其降低作用最佳,之后随着输入酸浓度的升高,反而会增加土壤中有效性形态铅的含量.     

基于Kano模型的政府数据开放平台用户体验要素分类研究

以经典用户体验模型为基础,建立了政府数据开放平台用户体验的要素体系,运用Kano模型的问卷处理方法、传统分类和Better-Worse分类方法对每个用户体验要素进行了归类,并精确识别出当改善某特定用户体验要素时对提高用户满意度和防止用户不满意度的影响。结果显示,在45个要素中,7个属于魅力因子,26个属于一维因子,6个属于必备因子,4个属于无差异因子,2个属于反向因子。此外,通过敏感度排序得出需改进要素36个,并筛选出"建议反馈功能"等7个要素为关键因素,以期为政府数据开放平台合理分配资源以改善服务质量提供参考。     

Mixed H∞ and passivity control for a class of stochastic nonlinear sampled-data systems

In this paper, we consider the problem of mixed H_∞ and passivity control for a class of stochastic nonlinear systems with aperiodic sampling. The system states are unavailable and the measurement is corrupted by noise. We introduce an impulsive observer-based controller, which makes the closed-loop system a stochastic hybrid system that consists of a stochastic nonlinear system and a stochastic impulsive differential system. A time-varying Lyapunov function approach is presented to determine the asymptotic stability of the corresponding closed-loop system in mean-square sense, and simultaneously guarantee a prescribed mixed H_∞ and passivity performance. Further, by using matrix transformation techniques, we show that the desired controller parameters can be obtained by solving a convex optimization problem involving linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Finally, the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed method in practical systems are demonstrated by the simulation studies of a Chua’s circuit and a single-link flexible joint robot.     

河北省医学图书馆电子资源建设调查分析

以河北省11个设区市的医学图书馆为样本,通过问卷调查和电话调查获得原始数据并进行统计分析,从而了解河北省医学图书馆电子资源的硬件软件配置、电子文献经费、数字资源建设情况等,就电子资源建设的相关问题提出建议与对策。     

档案微信公众号用户持续使用的理论模型及实证研究

本文借鉴扩展的ECM-ISC理论模型,结合档案微信公众号的特性,将信息质量、服务质量、交互质量和用户习惯等引入模型中,构建了档案微信公众号用户持续关注的行为模型,探讨影响用户持续使用意愿的关键因素及作用机制,并提出相关假设,运用实证方法对模型进行检验分析,得到了若干结论。最后据此提出了一些提升档案微信公众号用户持续使用意愿的建议和对策。
