海带多酚提取工艺优化及抗氧化性研究

以海带多酚为研究对象,考察提取温度、料液比和超声时间对海带游离多酚和结合多酚提取率的影响、采用正交试验对多酚提取工艺进行优化,并通过测定多酚对DPPH自由基的清除能力评估其抗氧化性.结果表明,海带多酚的最佳提取工艺为:料液比为1:30(g/mL)、提取温度为40℃、超声时间为30 min.在此工艺条件下,海带总多酚的提取率为2.74%.当浓度为2.0 mg/mL时,游离多酚和结合多酚对DPPH·的清除率分别为41.72%和19.37%,表明海带多酚具有一定的抗氧化活性,且游离多酚的抗氧化活性高于结合多酚。

 In the present paper, an brief historical account and the comments on the modern taxonomic systems of the genus Triticum L. are made. The author suggests that principles to determine a species be (1) a special type of genome, and (2) reproductive isolation. The principles to determine a subspecies are the special co-type of genome and incomplete reproductive isolation. There are no differences on the level of genome constitution and no reproductive isolation between the varieties or concultivars. Multi-lagged-input iterative dynamic linearization based data-driven adaptive iterative learning control

This article presents a multi-lagged-input based data-driven adaptive iterative learning control (M-DDAILC) method for nonlinear multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) systems by virtue of multi-lagged-input iterative dynamic linearization (IDL). The original nonlinear and non-affine MIMO system is equivalently transformed into a linear input-output incremental counterpart without loss of dynamics. The proposed learning law utilizes the desired trajectory to cancel the influence from iteration-by-iteration variations, as well as additional multi-lagged inputs to improve control performance. The developed iterative estimation law is more effective and also makes estimation of the unknown parameters easier because the dynamics for each parameter to represent are decreased by dividing the system into multiple components in the multi-lagged-input IDL formulation. Moreover, the proposed M-DDAILC does not need an explicit and accurate model. It is proved to be iteratively convergent with rigorous analysis. Both a numerical example and a practical application to a permanent magnet linear motor are provided to verify the validity and applicability of the proposed method.     

武汉城市圈产业结构转换能力比较分析——基于“两型社会”的视角

两型社会建设给武汉城市圈提出了新要求,各地应形成资源节约利用、环境负面影响小的产业结构。文章以此为目标,构建了产业结构转换能力指标体系,运用因子分析法分析了武汉城市圈九个城市由传统产业向＂两型产业＂的转换能力,并对各城市＂两型产业＂的转换速度进行了比较,结果表明武汉城市圈各产业发展现状离＂两型产业＂还有一段距离,各城市在产业转换能力和转换速度方面都有待进一步加强。     

Ajax安全性问题及对策

系统全面地分析了Ajax应用程序的安全隐患,包括Ajax程序对传统Web程序中存在的一些安全隐患如SQL注入攻击、跨站脚本攻击XSS、跨站请求伪造攻击CSRF等进一步加重以及新增的如JSON注入、JSON劫持等额外的安全隐患,对每种情况作了具体的分析,给出了对应的解决方法.并针对Ajax程序本身的特点,给出了一个以严格输入验证和Web入侵检测为总体指导思想的解决策略.     

云计算平台下网络课堂生成性教学设计框架研究

针对远程教育中网络课堂存在的问题,更好地提高网络课堂的教学质量,实现"以学生为中心"的教学理念。根据生成性教学的基本思想,利用云计算平台的特征,设计和实践了基于云平台的生成性教学目标、开放性的教学活动、动态的课程资源、交互性的教学过程、发展性的教学评价等提高网络课堂生成性的措施,激发了学生自主学习的兴趣和热情,帮助他们体验新技术变革带来的学习快乐,并在Java语言程序设计网络课堂中得以实施,具有相当明显的教学效果。     

营业税改征增值税下税制改革的困境及出路

当前我国营业税改征增值税过程中存在的税率的确定困难和税收征管难度加大等困难,本文以为应在保证地方政府财政收入基础上,要清晰明确"营改增"税种、税率的同时,通过加强"营改增"征管衔接工作和"营改增"日常管理工作及强化宣传、咨询、培训、服务工作等途径来提高税收征管能力,解决当前"营改增"税制改革的困境。     

儿童、少年篮球运动员选材标准的研制过程与方法

经经验初选、统计筛选(主成份分析和聚类分析)、小样本测试检验和专业理论知识分析评定4个步骤,在初步拟定的40项选材指标中选出6大类、16项指标为本课题的选材指标。旨在建立全国统一的各年龄段儿童、少年篮球运动员的选材指标体系,并制定选材标准及评价方法。
