第25～29届奥运会奖牌走向趋势和项目分布特征研究

采用文献资料法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,对第25～29届奥运会各国和地区所获奖牌的结构数量、项目分布等指标进行分析,以期为下一届奥运会定位、计划的制定与实施提供理论依据。研究表明,金牌的分布已经分散,获金牌国家数量增多;目前中国奖牌数处于第1集团,仅位于美国之后,但金牌数已超过美国,位于第1位;奖牌榜前3强的奖牌项目分布,主要集中分布在游泳、田径等大项上;中国部分优势项目金牌饱和度较高,夺金增长空间不大,国家应重点支持潜优势项目,以扩大夺金点。     

以大学生数学竞赛为契机,加强《竞赛数学》课程建设

简述全国大学生数学竞赛的情况,提出了以此为契机加强《竞赛数学》课程建设的几点必要性及实施措施。     

Educational gaps in medical care and health behavior: Evidence from US Natality data

The US Natality files provide information on medical procedures and health related behavior during pregnancy and childbirth. The data set represents nearly the universe of mothers who give birth in the US, providing the most complete coverage possible of medical care and health behavior among a specific patient population. We document gaps in outcomes by education of the mother and the changes in these educational gaps during 1989-2002.     

论德育的功能

对德育功能概念的理解影响对德育存在的价值和意义的认识。正确的德育功能观有助于德育目标的确定,有助于适度、适当的德育评价的形成,有助于适当、适度的德育实践。依据人们对于德育功能的诸多认识,再依据适度、分层的原则,可以大体将德育的主要功能分为社会性功能、个体性功能、教育性功能。德育的社会性功能是指德育对社会发展所能发挥的客观作用;德育的个体性功能是指德育对德育对象个体发展能够产生的实际影响;德育的教育性功能指德育的“教育”或价值属性以及德育作为教育子系统对平行系统的作用两个方面。     

基于混沌加密和HVS在数字水印算法中的应用

针对混沌系统和人类视觉特性改进一种鲁棒性数字水印算法。原始图像经过离散小波变换提取子带系数,二值灰度数字水印图像信号在嵌入时经过Logistic混沌映射预处理,结合人眼视觉特性,水印图像嵌入到重要的子带系数中,实验证明该方案对常见的图像处理如噪声、剪切、旋转等攻击具有很好的鲁棒性。     

Does student self‐assessment empower or discipline students?

Student self‐assessment is a popular practice for enhancing student empowerment in the assessment process. However, in recent times various writers have questioned whether the practice of student self‐assessment automatically enhances student autonomy. Some writers have even warned that students' participation in the assessment process may discipline, rather than empower, students. How can student self‐assessment be practised in a way that empowers its students instead of disciplining or controlling them? It is argued that student empowerment can only be realized if the ways that power is exercised over students in self‐assessment practices are first understood. This paper examines the issues of power that underlie student self‐assessment practices and analyses how different notions of power enhance or undermine student empowerment. The notion of the teacher's unilateral power as the basis for student self‐assessment is critically examined against three contrasting notions of power in student self‐assessment: sovereign power, epistemological power and disciplinary power.     

论武术竞赛中比赛服装的要求及其作用

随着武术竞赛活动日趋增多,为了在世界范围内更快更好地推动武术运动的发展,不仅需要提高武术裁判员的业务水平和运动员的竞技能力,还要注重武术比赛服装的选择。文章分析了现代武术竞赛中比赛服装的流行趋势,研究了武术竞赛中对服装的要求以及比赛服装在武术竞赛中的作用,旨在更好地促进武术运动的发展。     

Web2.0在我国省市级公共图书馆应用的调查与分析

选取我国所有省级及省会城市图书馆49所,对其采用Web2.0技术的现状进行调查,涉及到RSS、Blog、Wiki、IM、Tag、Ajax、Toolbar和SNS等在内的10项技术,并对各技术及其应用情况进行了分析。调查结果显示,我国省市级图书馆还处在Web2.0应用的初级阶段,所调查的图书馆中,超过一半的图书馆使用了Web2.0技术为用户提供服务,主要涉及RSS、Blog、IM、Tag技术,IM的应用最为广泛,Wiki和Toolbar则没有被应用,有近37%的图书馆没有采用Web2.0。从图书馆理念、技术、馆员素质与用户信息素养等方面分析了原因,提出了具体的应对措施。
