高职商务英语专业发展及其实践教学模式研究

由于对实践教学及其体系构建等方面缺乏研究,我国高职院校商务英语专业在快速发展的同时,正在遭遇毕业生实践能力不强、就业途径不畅等棘手问题。构建商务英语专业"开放式"实践教学模式对培养学生的技能和能力非常有效,它通过三级实训,从单项到综合、从简单到复杂、从校内到校外,梯次进行,循序渐进,达到了学校培养与用人单位的岗位需求无缝对接的效果,从而缩短学生在校学习和工作岗位之间的距离。     

一个基于数据仓库的通用情报处理系统模型

情报处理是情报学研究的重要组成部分。依据数据仓库的特性,对数据仓库在情报资源处理中的应用进行了可行性分析。利用情报处理主题的层次结构,建立了情报处理实例的多维概念模型,进而提出了一个通用的情报处理系统的实现模型。在数据仓库的基础上,整合了独立分散的信息资源并引入反馈机制,增强了情报搜集、处理、分析和服务能力,较好地发挥情报处理系统的作用,提高了情报处理的效率。     

混凝土随机骨料分布模型研究

混凝土是由粗骨料、水泥砂浆及界面粘结带组成的复合材料。依据富勒抛物线和蒙特卡罗方法生成混凝土随机骨料分布模型,进而对复杂的力学行为进行计算机的模拟,该模型为混凝土结构的模拟分析和计算提供平台。     

用OCTAVE方法分析电子政务系统的信息安全

利用OCTAVE方法的基本原理,从资产保护的角度出发,分析了当前我国电子政务系统所面临的主要威胁以及信息安全保护的主要目标。以此为基础,讨论了我国相应的电子政务信息安全的应对策略,并认为建立一套基于资产的信息安全分析方法是很有意义的。

Direct observation of nodeless superconductivity and phonon modes in electron-doped copper oxide Sr1−xNdxCuO2

The microscopic understanding of high-temperature superconductivity in cuprates has been hindered by the apparent complexity of crystal structures in these materials. We used scanning tunneling microscopy and spectroscopy to study the electron-doped copper oxide compound Sr_1−xNd_xCuO₂, which has only bare cations separating the CuO₂ planes and thus the simplest infinite-layer structure of all cuprate superconductors. Tunneling conductance spectra of the major CuO₂ planes in the superconducting state revealed direct evidence for a nodeless pairing gap, regardless of variation of its magnitude with the local doping of trivalent neodymium. Furthermore, three distinct bosonic modes are observed as multiple peak-dip-hump features outside the superconducting gaps and their respective energies depend little on the spatially varying gaps. As well as the bosonic modes, with energies identical to those of the external, bending and stretching phonons of copper oxides, our findings reveal the origin of the bosonic modes in lattice vibrations rather than spin excitations.     

New types of topological superconductors under local magnetic symmetries

We classify gapped topological superconducting (TSC) phases of one-dimensional quantum wires with local magnetic symmetries, in which the time-reversal symmetry is broken, but its combinations with certain crystalline symmetries, such as , , and , are preserved. Our results demonstrate that an equivalent BDI class TSC can be realized in the or superconducting wire, which is characterized by a chiral Z^c invariant. More interestingly, we also find two types of totally new TSC phases in the and superinducting wires, which are beyond the known AZ class, and are characterized by a helical Z^h invariant and Z^h⊕Z^c invariants, respectively. In the Z^h TSC phase, Z pairs of Majorana zero modes (MZMs) are protected at each end. In the case, the MZMs can be either chiral or helical, and even helical-chiral coexisting. The minimal models preserving or symmetry are presented to illustrate their novel TSC properties and MZMs.

在调研和专家座谈的基础上,重点从业务构成、行业形势入手,对我国科技情报行业的现状进行了比较全面的回顾和分析.运用竞争情报中的SWOT方法,力求深入地对科技情报行业自身优势和劣势、外部机会和挑战进行了剖析,对可能的发展对策进行了初步分析.     

智能检索系统中用户兴趣模型构建技术研究

阐述了智能检索系统中基于贝叶斯推理网络的用户访问兴趣模型的构建过程以及其所依赖的技术原理;描述了在实现智能检索系统目的下引入用户兴趣学习层的知识库组织结构以及检索模型的匹配问题;介绍了模型中基于本体论的知识组织方式以及引入贝叶斯网络来动态调整用户兴趣概念权重并建立用户兴趣模型的技术。     

科技工作者的职业发展需求现状及政策建议——基于安徽省的调查

本文以安徽省科技工作者为调查对象,基于4024份安徽省科技工作者的调查问卷数据和33位科技工作者的座谈调研记录,从人才培养支持、人才评价发现、开展学术合作交流、服务科技经济融合、开展科普和科技志愿活动、科研环境和学风作风建设六个方面系统了解了科技工作者的职业发展关切需求。研究发现,科技工作者对知识更新、长期稳定的科研经费支持和更加自主的科研环境需求强烈;在人才分类评价、非公组织人才社会化评审、青年科技人才宽松考评环境方面呼声较高;期望建立高水平、跨学科学术交流渠道和平台;对建立优化产学研合作机制、科技成果转化专业化服务需求迫切;呼吁搭建科普能力培训、科普产品供需对接和服务等平台;期望更加自由民主的学术氛围和有效的维权渠道。基于此,对于更好地满足科技工作者职业发展需求提出针对性的政策建议。
