中国共产党执政理念转变探论

新中国成立后,中国共产党取得了执政地位,需要从革命党转变为执政党,其中执政理念是整个转变的关键。中国共产党从革命理念向执政理念的转变,主要表现在四个方面:从斗争理念向建设理念转变;从片面发展理念向科学发展理念转变;从人治理念向法治理念转变;从专门治理理念到复合治理理念转变。     

Crafting an Occupational Identity: Learning the Precepts of Craftsmanship Through Apprenticeship

The term craftsmanship is associated with pre-industrial craft work with inferences to skilled artisanal manufacture of bespoke products. Apprenticeship learning is often perceived to be synonymous with learning craftsmanship. How then is the trait of craftsmanship through attainment of specific artisanal approaches conveyed and learnt through apprenticeship? This article presents and discusses processes imposed on and utilised by apprentices to attain precepts of artisanal approaches. The dispositional and skill elements of craftsmanship are proposed to be adopted through engagement with and development of craft and workplace specific approaches to contend with aspects of Pye’s (1968) conceptualisation of ‘workmanship of risk’ or the article’s proposed term of ‘artisanal approach of risk’.     

混合学习之教学序列实证研究

随着互联网+教育的深入发展,混合学习已成为教育改革发展的大势所趋。深入理解混合学习模式的课堂教学结构与教学序列,可为教学工作者在重塑教学结构、再造教学流程、改进教学模式等方面提供参考借鉴。首先对混合学习进行概述,并对课堂观察发展历程与研究现状进行梳理;对教学结构序列框架进行概括总结,提出观察指标体系;利用 Nvivo 软件对混合学习最典型的教学模式——翻转课堂的课例进行多维度观察与定性分析,并对混合学习教学序列进行验证。结果表明,翻转课堂是“H→L”型序列,即为教师主导、学生主体型教学结构,是高结构化与低结构化教学的融合,也是对传统课程教学序列的变革,为“教”与“学”的方式赋予了新内涵。     

天津中华武士会之研究

民国初期,以＂团结武林同道,提高中华武术,振奋民族精神＂为宗旨的中华武士会在天津成立并组织开展活动。文章通过对其特点、功能价值及终止活动的原因分析,发现中华武士会促进了武术研究工作的开展,推动了武术的城市化和国际化发展,也促进了武术传播方式的新发展,但因缺少政府支持、缺少经济实体力量支持及受到中央国术馆等武术组织的影响使其终止了活动。文章通过对中华武士会的研究为当代新环境下武术组织的发展提供思考与借鉴。     

Investigating effectiveness and user acceptance of semantic social tagging for knowledge sharing

Social tagging systems enable users to assign arbitrary tags to various digital resources. However, they face vague-meaning problems when users retrieve or present resources with the keyword-based tags. In order to solve these problems, this study takes advantage of Semantic Web technology and the topological characteristics of knowledge maps to develop a system that comprises a semantic tagging mechanism and triple-pattern and visual searching mechanisms. A field experiment was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness and user acceptance of these mechanisms in a knowledge sharing context. The results show that the semantic social tagging system is more effective than a keyword-based system. The visualized knowledge map helps users capture an overview of the knowledge domain, reduce cognitive effort for the search, and obtain more enjoyment. Traditional keyword tagging with a keyword search still has the advantage of ease of use and the users had higher intention to use it. This study also proposes directions for future development of semantic social tagging systems.     

创业团队的认知锁定对创业团队稳定性的影响——基于创业团队的多案例研究

 由于创业活动充满不确定性,创业团队的稳定性对新企业的生存和发展十分重要。目前针对创业团队的研究多从团队的异质性出发,其可能导致的不稳定性问题的研究相对匮乏。本文从创业团队认知的角度出发,通过对国内4个创业活跃程度不同地区的15个创业团队进行案例研究,分析创业团队内部的认知锁定形成及其对创业团队稳定性的影响。研究结果显示：（1）交互记忆系统对认知锁定的形成具有促进作用。高度发展交互记忆系统的创业团队最终形成创业团队内部成员间的认知锁定。（2）已形成认知锁定的创业团队倾向于利用团队内部的先前经验积累或搜索内部知识解决意外事件。（3）认知锁定可以促进创业团队的稳定性。（4）认知锁定阻碍创业团队决策模式的创新,不利于创业企业长期绩效的提升。     

女性主义翻译对传统译论的解构及其局限性

二战后兴起于西方社会的女权运动对翻译研究产生了深远的影响。女性主义者率先将性别引入到翻译主体性研究领域,使翻译研究从文本内转向文本外,这给翻译研究提供了一个全新的女性主义视角,自此翻译研究不断开拓新的领域。文章简要介绍了女性主义翻译策略及其对传统译论的解构,指出了女性主义译论的不足之处。     

影响西北少数民族传统体育进入学校体育的因素分析

我国少数民族传统体育作为世界体育文化的一个组成部分,如何将其纳入学校体育是一项非常有意义的研究项目。该文运用文献资料等方法,对影响我国西北少数民族传统体育进入学校体育的主要影响因素进行分析,针对这些影响因素提出相应的对策,以期为西北少数民族传统体育进入学校体育提供有益的参考。
