现代大学校长身份的定位--职业管理者

美英等国将大学校长的身份明确地定位于职业管理者,并且通过分配制度、遴选制度、退出制度等予以保障。中国大学校长的身份定位是学者兼管理者,这不适合中国高等教育事业发展的需要,必须将大学校长的身份明确地定位于职业管理者。国家教育行政主管部门应该在修改高等教育法时,明确界定大学校长的权利和义务,通过制度保障大学校长职业管理者身份定位的实现。

对稻田主要节肢类捕食性天敌群落的多样性,及其与稻飞虱发生之间的关系进行了研究。结果表明,不同时间、不同地点以及水稻不同生育期的天敌群落的多样性有明显差异;化学农药的使用大大降低了群落多样性。天敌群落的多样性与稻飞虱的发生有一定的相关关系,多样性高的节肢类捕食性天敌群落能抑制稻飞虱的大发生。
