谈语文中的"模糊性"艺术

在现实生活中 ,按照日常习惯 ,语言表达应该清楚明晰 ,否则 ,人与人的交际就会出现障碍。可是在被称为“语言艺术”的文学世界里 ,“模糊”语言却具有特别迷人的风光。值得注意的是 ,这里所说的“模糊” ,不是模棱两可 ,含混不清 ,而是指在不影响读者准确理解课文内容 ,掌握教学重点 ,以及达到一定的教学目的的前提下 ,以模糊、不确定的表达来激发、诱导读者的联想和想象 ,让学生充分发挥自己的主观能动性 ,从而进行再创造的过程中提高自己的欣赏能力 ,并获得一定的审美享受。所谓模糊性理解 ,是指读者在阅读时产生的多样性、灵活性和随机性…     

3D simulation of storm surge disaster based on scenario analysis

The occurrence of storm surge disaster is often accompanied with floodplain, overflow, dike breach and other complex phenomena, while current studies on storm surge flooding are more concentrated on the 1D/2D numerical simulation of single disaster scenario(floodplain, overflow or dike breach), ignoring the composite effects of various phenomena. Therefore, considering the uncertainty in the disaster process of storm surge, scenario analysis was firstly proposed to identify the composite disaster scenario including multiple phenomena by analyzing key driving forces, building scenario matrix and deducing situation logic. Secondly, by combining the advantages of k-ω and k-ε models in the wall treatment, a shear stress transmission k-ω model coupled with VOF was proposed to simulate the 3D flood routing for storm surge disaster. Thirdly, risk degree was introduced to make the risk analysis of storm surge disaster. Finally, based on the scenario analysis, four scenarios with different storm surge intensity(100-year and 200-year frequency) were identified in Tianjin Binhai New Area. Then, 3D numerical simulation and risk map were made for the case.     

关于我国新闻舆论监督对策的思考

我国的新闻舆论监督虽然取得长足发展，但是目前由于受法律不健全，记者的知情权、监督权缺乏实际保障．地方保护主义严重等因素制约，影响这项工作的开展。为此，我们采取的对策应是大处着眼，小处着手，多为群众解难题，不为政府出难题，充分发挥新闻舆论监督的社会教育作用。     

Polymerization of methyl methacrylate with ethylene bridged heterodinuclear metallocene of samarium and titanium-study on synergism and kinetics

Comparison of MMA polymerization results with samarocene chloride, titanocene chloride and the title heterodinuclear (Sm−Ti) catalyst, respectively, showed synergism in the Sm-Ligand-Ti system, which obviously influenced the polymerization behaviors, for example, of yeilding higher activity and higher molecular weight polymer. Kinetic studies on polymerization of MMA with ethylene bridged samarocene and titanocene chloride/Al(i-Bu)₃ showed that the polymerization rate was first-order on the catalyst concentration, and 1.9-order on the monomer.
