论思想政治教育学基本理论研究

我国在制度上已经建立了思想政治教育学科,现在需要重视思想政治教育学科的基本理论建设,这是获得学术界的学科认同、对社会发展和科学发展发挥作用、从学术意义上建立思想政治教育学科的基础。思想政治教育学基本理论研究,包括基础理论、基本问题、核心范畴、基本精神、基本特征、基本方法、历史、范式、经典、方法论等问题,应从学术层面做出科学的回答,充实思想政治教育学知识库。     

近十五年来高校德育社会化研究综述

高校德育社会化研究是高校德育领域的一个前沿性课题,20世纪90年代中期以来,高校德育社会化问题开始引起学者们的关注,并逐渐走进学术研究的视野。到目前为止,学术界对高校德育社会化的内涵、必然性、存在的问题和实现途径进行了初步的探讨,取得了一定的成果,但仍需进一步深化高校德育社会化的理论研究和实践探索。     

Mathematical models of canine right and left atria cardiomyocytes

Heat shock protein 90 protects rat mesenchymal stem cells against hypoxia and serum deprivation-induced apoptosis via the PI3K/Akt and ERK1/2 pathways

Mesenchymal stem cell(MSC)transplantation has shown a therapeutic potential to repair the ischemic and infracted myocardium,but the effects are limited by the apoptosis and loss of donor cells in host cardiac microenvironment.The aim of this study is to explore the cytoprotection of heat shock protein 90(Hsp90)against hypoxia and serum deprivation-induced apoptosis and the possible mechanisms in rat MSCs.Cell viability was determined by3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide(MTT)assay.Apoptosis was assessed by Hoechst 33258nuclear staining and flow cytometric analysis with annexin V/PI staining.The gene expression of Toll-like receptor-4(TLR-4)and V-erb-b2 erythroblastic leukemia viral oncogene homolog 2(ErbB2)was detected by real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR).The protein levels of cleaved caspase-3,Bcl-2,Bcl-xL,Bax,total-ERK,phospho-ERK,totaI-Akt,phospho-Akt,and Hsp90 were detected by Western blot.The production of nitric oxide was measured by spectrophotometric assay.Hsp90 improves MSC viability and protects MSCs against apoptosis induced by serum deprivation and hypoxia.The protective role of Hsp90 not only elevates Bcl-2/Bax and Bcl-xL/Bax expression and attenuates cleaved caspase-3 expression via down-regulating membrane TLR-4 and ErbB2 receptors and then activating their downstream PI3K/Akt and ERK1/2 pathways,but also enhances the paracrine effect of MSCs.These findings demonstrated a novel and effective treatment strategy against MSC apoptosis in cell transplantation.     

Clinicopathological features of atypical lipomatous tumors of the laryngopharynx

Atypical lipomatous tumor (ALT) of the laryngopharynx is rare. Here we report five cases to demonstrate their clinicopathological features. The patients were four males and one female, aged 41 to 69 years (median 53.6 years). All tumors (two in the hypopharynx and three in the larynx) presented as a slowly growing, painless mass. Symptoms included dysphagia (2/5), dysphonia (3/5), and the feeling of a foreign body in the throat (5/5). Tumors were well circumscribed or focally infiltrative, ranging from 2.0 to 5.0 cm (median, 3.4 cm) in size, and microscopically showed the typical features of lipoma-like ALT. Immunohistochemically, tumor cells were stained with S-100, vimentin, murine double minute 2 (MDM-2), and cyclin-dependent kinase 4 (CDK4). Two patients had local tumor recurrences at 6 and 14 months after initial surgery during follow-up. ALT of laryngopharynx is an indolent tumor. Immunohistochemical staining for MDM-2 and CDK4 is helpful in pathological diagnosis.     

在化学教学中应用多媒体的利与弊

随着计算机多媒体技术的发展,它在化学教学中的应用也越来越重要。多媒体在化学教学中有信息量大,直观性强,可以减轻教师工作量等优势,但也存在着盲目、过多过滥使用,以及师生双向交流少等问题。本文就多媒体技术在化学教学中的应用和其优缺点进行讨论。     

新型半导体光催化剂-Cu_2O制备和性能研究

半导体光催化氧化技术由于具有价廉、环境友好等优点,被认为在有机污水处理领域具有很好的应用前景。近十年来,P型半导体氧化亚铜以其无毒、价廉、太阳光响应及性能稳定等优点成为一种备受关注的新型光催化材料。本文综述了目前湿法制备氧化亚铜方法以及改性技术,同时介绍了氧化亚铜在光催化氧化处理水中有机污染物和分解水制备氢气两方面的应用研究现状,并对氧化亚铜今后的研究方向提出几点建议。     

IPV4与IPV6过渡技术的研究

通过对IPV4现状分析和对IPV4与IPV6的特点进行对比论述,说明IPV6取代IPV4的必然性.尽管IPV6有很多优点,但是IPV6取代IPV4却需要漫长的过程.本文阐述了主要的过渡技术以及过渡期间的各个演进阶段.     

20世纪90年代后期NBA传奇后卫进攻技术特点的分析与比较

运用文献资料法、数理统计法等研究方法对20世纪90年代后期NBA传奇后卫进攻技术特点进行分析比较,结果表明：NBA传奇后卫虽然类型特点各不相同,但他们都是篮球赛场上的核心领导者,具备良好的身体素质,娴熟的球技,清醒的头脑,宽广的视野,必胜的信心,多种多样的攻击方式和极强的组织领导能力．
