Universal metadata standard

Consciousness is based on the association of notions or a neural network. Similarly, the creation of the next-generation Internet (semantic web) is impossible without attributes that allow the semantic association of documents and their integration into an information context. To achieve these goals, the Universal Metadata Standard (UMS) may serve as a basis for documentography and is functionally required for interpretation of documents by automatic operating systems.     

Formation of the scientific concepts about the documental forms of information. The legal and source-study concepts of a document

The active use of documental information in various fields of activity has resulted in the formation of four main concepts of a document: the legal, source-study, gnoseological, and management concepts. The history of the origin and development of the legal and source-study concepts is considered. The significant influence that is exerted by the positivistic philosophy on the formation of these concepts is noted.

The topics of articles in the pilot issue are analyzed. The directions of development of nanotechnologies are shown. The basic types of nanomaterials, the methods of their production, and their properties and applications are given.
