对战争的反思与控诉——略论大冈升平的《俘虏记》、《野火》

大冈升平是日本战后派文学旗手之一。他的《俘虏记》与《野火》是反映第二次世界大战的记实性小说。作者以自己在战争中的亲身经历和深切体验 ,运用传统的写实和心理分析手法 ,借鉴西方现代派的表现技巧 ,描写了战争的残酷性与非人道 ,战争给日本民族和民众带来的苦难和心灵创伤 ,表现了人们强烈的反战情绪和渴求和平的愿望 ,对战争、死亡、人性、道德、人的命运及存在价值等问题作了深远的理性思考 ,体现了鲜明的时代感、强烈的反战意识和探索精神

IMPROVING CLASSROOM ENGAGEMENT AMONG HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS WITH DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR: EVALUATION OF THE CLASS PASS INTERVENTION

Off‐task and disruptive classroom behaviors have a negative impact on the learning environment and present a unique challenge for teachers to address. The aim of this study was to evaluate the Class Pass Intervention (CPI) as a behavior management strategy for secondary students with disruptive classroom behavior. The CPI consists of providing students with passes that they can either (1) use to appropriately request a break to engage in a preferred activity for a preset amount of time or (2) keep and later exchange for a preferred item or activity. Using an ABAB withdrawal design with replication through a concurrent multiple baseline across participants design, the CPI was shown to increase academic engagement, which is incompatible with disruptive behavior, in 4 students who engaged in high levels of disruptive behavior throughout the baseline condition. Results also demonstrated partial support for the durability of intervention effects over time and indicated that both teachers and students perceived the intervention to be socially feasible. Implications of the results and directions for future research are discussed.

改进遗传神经网络算法在销售预测中的应用研究

针对传统BP神经网络销售预测算法存在学习效率低、收敛速度慢、易陷于局部极小值等不足,提出改进措施:采用自适应学习效率提高算法的有效性和收敛性,采用附加动量法提高算法的适应性,采用改进的遗传算法优化神经网络的权值,利用改进遗传算法全局寻优的特性实现快速寻优及精确预测的目的。最后用实例计算验证本算法。     

Functions of Social Gatherings Involving Alcohol Consumption with Coworkers in Korea

Focusing on alcohol-involved social gatherings (i.e. drinking parties), the current study examined the reasons for and outcomes of joining drinking parties and evaluations of them. In studies 1 and 2, Korean workers (n=87) employed in the civil engineering industry and undergraduates (n=103) from various engineering majors provided desirable and undesirable reasons for and outcomes of joining drinking parties with their colleagues (coworkers for working adults and school friends for undergraduates). In studies 3 and 4, Korean workers (n=102) and undergraduates (n=89) evaluated each of the outcomes as either social, personal, or both. In study 5, Korean workers (n=108) and undergraduates (n=111) evaluated how good or bad each outcome type would be. Findings showed that among the five types of the drinking party participation outcomes, the conversation category and the work-/school-life category were the ones for which working adults and undergraduates had similar evaluations. For the group, the hierarchical relationship, and the drinking categories, however, working adults and undergraduates had different evaluations. These and other findings are presented in detail, and the implications thereof are discussed.
