浅谈“形”在中国画创作中的重要作用

中国画是我国文化的一种象征,历代来形成了以代表文人士大夫思想感情的“文人画”为主流。中国画中写意画是画家们所追求的最高境界。它以达意、畅怀为目的。“以线造型”的独特方式决定了它有别于西方艺术客观再现对象的艺术形式。本文从中国画的“造型”特点、历代大师成功的先例、经验及初学者认识“形”的重要性等方面加以论述,深入浅出地阐明了所要表达的观点。     

鸭毛水解生产复合氨基酸的研究

研究了酸、碱条件下不同化学药品对鸡毛降解的影响,并在水解温度恒定、水解剂硫酸3mo1/L或氢氧化钠3mo1/L及常压条件下,采用正交试验研究了固液比、助剂用量、水解时间对水解率的影响。在水解温度110℃及常压条件下,水解剂为3mol/L硫酸处理的最佳水解工艺为固液比1∶15,水解时间11h。3mo1/L氢氧化钠作为水解剂时的最佳水解工艺为固液比1∶15,水解时间10h。     

Optofluidic planar reactors for photocatalytic water treatment using solar energy

Optofluidics may hold the key to greater success of photocatalytic water treatment. This is evidenced by our findings in this paper that the planar microfluidic reactor can overcome the limitations of mass transfer and photon transfer in the previous photocatalytic reactors and improve the photoreaction efficiency by more than 100 times. The microreactor has a planar chamber (5 cm×1.8 cm×100 μm) enclosed by two TiO(2)-coated glass slides as the top cover and bottom substrate and a microstructured UV-cured NOA81 layer as the sealant and flow input∕output. In experiment, the microreactor achieves 30% degradation of 3 ml 3×10(-5)M methylene blue within 5 min and shows a reaction rate constant two orders higher than the bulk reactor. Under optimized conditions, a reaction rate of 8% s(-1) is achieved under solar irradiation. The average apparent quantum efficiency is found to be only 0.25%, but the effective apparent quantum efficiency reaches as high as 25%. Optofluidic reactors inherit the merits of microfluidics, such as large surface∕volume ratio, easy flow control, and rapid fabrication and offer a promising prospect for large-volume photocatalytic water treatment.     

基于科技与人文融合的数字文化治理体系建设研究

[目的/意义] 数字文化资源成为大数据时代最重要、最基础的战略性资源之一,被赋予了新的价值和新的应用需求,为了解决数字文化资源开发和应用中的问题,提出了基于科技与人文融合的数字文化治理体系的建设。[方法/过程] 通过界定数字文化治理的内涵,分析数字文化治理的必要性,明确数字文化治理过程,从治理主体层面、数据层面、治理机制层面和治理技术层面4个层面架构了数字文化治理参考框架。[结果/结论] 并从数字文化治理机制保障,多元主体需求保障和治理质量保障3个角度出发,提出了数字文化治理的策略,为数字文化资源的创新性开发和价值创造提供借鉴。

在研究建立了动作协调能力的理论框架与测验体系和方法的基础上 ,针对 1499名男女儿童在 9项动作协调能力的测试成绩所反映出来的行为结果 ,从项目性质、动作特征并结合年龄特征、性别特征以及增长曲线对各类测验项目进行深入的综合分析 ,找出引起上述行为结果的原因 ,使我们对这一年龄阶段儿童动作协调能力的发展规律有一客观全面更加理智的认识

21世纪是生物的世纪。要求高校培养的人才不仅具备掌握基本理论的能力，而且具备创新理论和实践的能力。为此，首先要制定明确的培养目标，其次是确定全面提高学员综合素质的基本要求，再次是确定学员的专业知识结构和能力结构，这样可根据社会发展对人才的培养要求，努力培养具有较强创新能力的专门人才。     

The effects of forearm fatigue on baseball fastball pitching,with implications about elbow injury

This study investigated the contribution of flexor muscles to the forearm through fatigue; therefore, the differences in forearm mechanisms on the pitching motion in fastball were analysed. Fifteen baseball pitchers were included in this study. Ultrasonographical examination of participants’ ulnar nerve in the cubital tunnel with the elbow extended and at 45°, 90° and 120° of flexion was carried. A three-dimensional motion analysis system with 14 reflective markers attached on participants was used for motion data collection. The electromyography system was applied over the flexor carpi ulnaris, flexor carpi radialis and extensor carpi radialis muscles of the dominant arm. Flexor carpi ulnaris muscle activity showed a significant difference during the acceleration phase, with a peak value during fastball post-fatigue (P = 0.02). Significant differences in the distance between ulnar nerve and medial condyle on throwing arm and non-throwing arm were observed as the distance increased with the elbow movement from 0° to 120° of flexion (P = 0.01). The significant increase of the flexor carpi ulnaris muscle activity might be responsible for maintaining the stability of the wrist joint. The increased diameter might compress the ulnar nerve and cause several pathological changes. Therefore, fatigue in baseball pitchers still poses a threat to the ulnar nerve because the flexor carpi ulnaris and flexor carpi radialis all originate from the medial side of the elbow, and the swelling tendons after fatigue might be a key point.     

TGFU教学法在网球教学中的应用效果研究

采用TGFU教学法及多媒体教学法对辽宁省大连市与北京市等地的业余网球培训学校进行研究。改进授课方法,将学员分成改进教学组与非改进教学组。实验结果发现,运用TGFU教学法教学的学生和非改进教学法对比存在着显著差异。改进教学组的学员对网球学习兴趣有了显著提高,而在技术和基本功上面不如运用普通教学法的学员扎实,这也是改进教学的不足之处。随后在改进组加入了多媒体教学,其提升兴趣方面效果显著,在问卷调查中得出：想继续学习网球和明显对网球产生了兴趣的人数占到了80%以上。从而为选拔网球人才培养优秀网球运动员提供了有力的支持。
