公民体育权利实现的困境与条件

主要采用文献资料法、逻辑归纳法等研究方法,对我国公民法定体育权利和实有体育权利在现实中存在巨大差距的原因进行了讨论。研究认为,公民体育权利实现存在的主要原因是平等问题、充分实现问题以及公民自身的权利意识、经济状况、文化水平、闲暇时间等,并在此基础上,明确提出了实现公民体育权利的经济条件、政治条件、社会条件及思想条件等基本要求。     

社会转型期传统武术发展的文化选择

社会转型是现代中国社会发展的特征,也是现代中国文化发展面临的宏观背景。传统武术是我国优秀的民族文化遗产,在我国由农业社会向工业社会转型时期,传统武术生存和发展环境逐渐消失,以技击为主要价值的传统武术要实现现代化,必然要实现自己新的文化选择即大众健身文化、现代竞技文化、校园文化三种文化的选择。     

论适应中国人特点的中老年人运动处方微机咨询系统

本研究确定出身体形态、机能、素质和定量负荷实验等九项测定指标在内的我国55～65岁中老年人健康和体质诊断系统。在实验的基础上,设计出含九种变异方案的运动处方模型,并采用模块化程序设计,用C语言建立起运动处方的微机咨询操作系统。     

我国居民体育消费需求理念与前景预测

采用问卷调查与实地考察的方法，探析了现阶段我国居民体育消费需求目的、功能、意向和促进因素等认为：我国居民的体育消费需求由不屑一顾到逐步认同，再到具有明确的目的性，实现了认识上的两次飞跃。“花钱买健康”的观念正在形成，但对个人体育消费需求的评价仍持谨慎态度从宏观和微观两个层面分析了影响我国居民体育消费需求升级的原因。在此基础上，预测体育消费需求前景。     

Optimization of cultural conditions for thermostable β-1, 3-1, 4-glucanase production byBacillus subtilis ZJF-1A5

The optimization of cultural conditions for β-glucanase production byBacillus subtilis ZJF-1A5 was investigated in flask trials. Temperature had great effect on β-glucanase production which maximized at optimal temperature of 37°C and decreased significantly when temperature was over 37°C. Charge quantity affected β-glucanase production significantly. Adding oxygen vector N-dodecane or acetic ether benefited β-glucanase production, but it depended on the concentration and charge quantity. The results of fractional factorial design showed that age and size of inoculum and shaking speed were the key factors affecting β-glucanase production and the cultivation time span to reach the highest β-glucanase activity. The optimal cultural conditions for β-glucanase production obtained with CCD were as follows: inoculum age and size (16 h, 3.82% (v/v)), shaking speed 210 r/min, charge quantity of 30 mL in 250 mL flask and initial pH 7.0, cultured at 37°C for 50 h. Repeated experimental results accorded with those predicted by a second-order polynomial model. The amount of β-glucanase, α-amylase and neutral protease produced byB subtilis ZJF-1A5 was associated partially with cell growth. Those three enzymes' activities increased following the cell growth and increased significantly when cells entered the stationary phase. 身体个性化时代武术发展策略研究

文章以身体在个性化时代的存在形态和发展趋势为理论背景,分析整理出个性化时代身体呈现私有化、形象化、多样化形态,在身体的当代形态下武术发展出现的泛身体化、边缘化的倾向的当代处境。为保证武术在国内外稳步发展应做到：把握私有化身体的媒介力,激发大众的参与热情;利用形象化身体的影响力,打造真实的功夫偶像形象;发挥多样化身体的吸引力,提高传统文化的品牌效应。     

Investigating university tutor perceptions of assessment feedback: three types of tutor beliefs

Feedback is a key element in effective teaching and learning. The issue of how teachers perceive the role of feedback will impact significantly their feedback approaches, the amount of the detail of their feedback and the time and effort expended on the feedback provision. This research was designed with the purpose of exploring how a group of over 50 tutors who were supporting an online university English course perceived, understood and interpreted the processes of assignment feedback. A factor analysis study based on questionnaire data revealed three sets of tutor beliefs towards assessment and tutor feedback: traditional–autonomous–global (TAG), student‐centred (SC) and traditional‐local (TL). Follow‐up in‐depth interviews were conducted with tutors. The TAG tutors saw scores as the most important feedback to students, but doubted the value of detailed feedback. SC tutors maintained that good tutor feedback should offer more than mere scores, and that students needed feedback in order to improve. TL tutors tended to underline all the errors and provide detailed feedback. They were negative towards the idea of their feedback being monitored. The authors identified some differing and converging tutor perceptions on assessment feedback, the understanding of which could arguably play an important role in introducing changes in tutor feedback culture.     

Beyond the paycheck: Chinese rural teacher well-being and the impact of professional learning and local community engagement

This paper proposes a theoretical framework to understand the structure and determinants for rural teacher well-being (TWB), with a focus on key factors that can mediate low pay and poor work conditions, specifically teachers’ professional learning (PL) and community engagement (CE). This framework was tested using structural equation model in a sample of 3155 rural teachers in China. The quantitative results confirmed a second-order factor structure for TWB, evidencing the significant impact of pay satisfaction and the mediating effects of PL and CE of rural teachers. Implications encourage policymakers to strengthen rural TWB by enhancing PL and community connections, while continuing to seek ways to improve pay and work conditions.     

高职高专英语专业“任务型”教学现状调查及研究

课题组对我省三所具有代表性的高职高专院校（英语专业）大二的师生进行了调查，主要采用问卷调查和访谈的方式，通过数据处理，分析目前海南高职高专院校中英语专业（综合英语）教学现状及存在问题。提出激活英语课堂的方法之一——任务型英语教学。     

压力容器的开孔补强快速判别

传统的压力容器开孔补强为等面积补强法，计算比较繁复。而通过对GB150－89《钢制压力容器》的某些公式换算、推导，可得出开孔补强的快速判别式，δe＞2δ和δe＞1δ，计算相当简便。
