楚汉文化品牌与徐州城市文化创新发展

楚汉文化是体现徐州城市文化品格的核心内容，其品牌内涵为“彭祖故国、刘邦故里、项羽故都”。建议徐州城市文化创新发展的基本路径是：文化资源的整理与评估-文化产品的创意与开发-城市文化品牌的培育与营销-文化产业的整合与升级-文化战略的确定与实施；可供讨论的徐州城市文化发展战略思路是：“明确一个文化品牌，启动两大文化项目，建设三条文化产业带、确定四大文化发展基地、推进五大文化产业园区（城）、扶持六大文化产业、培育七大文化市场、八大政策保障”。     

The nature and correlates of underachievement among elementary schoolchildren in Hong Kong

This study investigated for the first time several characteristics of underachievement in a large sample of Hong Kong elementary schoolchildren. More males were identified as underachievers than females, but the ratio was substantially less than the two-to-one rate typically found in the American literature. The stability and persistence of underachievement increased during the elementary school years, and the stability of underachievement tended to be higher in subject matter that was relatively more difficult, which varied with gender. Underachievement became more specific to particular academic subjects rather than more general across the elementary grades. Parents and teachers, but not the children themselves, perceived that underachievers were more capable than same-grade nonunderachievers (who score lower on ability tests), although this awareness is more likely directed at male than female underachievers, which has been observed in other samples. In grades 1-4, teachers provided extra mentoring, communications, and support to underachievers. Thereafter, underachievers became more disruptive, impatient, and aggressive in school and perhaps at home. At that point, teachers became less supportive, offered less extra mentoring, and applied greater behavioral control over underachievers. Underachieving children also perceived that their parents became less supportive and used more discipline in grades 5-6 relative to grades 3-4. These correlates of underachievement suggests the existence of a syndrome of underachievement that separates underachievers from children who have the same grades but lower mental ability.

北京市不宜提"首都教育"

首都教育这一概念表达的其实只是北京市的一种良好愿望.首先,概念论证缺少完备性.首都是国家概念,而作为直辖市之一的北京市,自提这一概念不一定适宜.其次,不仅存在概念定义难的问题,实践上也存在实行难和坚持难的问题.最后,按照首都教育的核心设想,将涉及一系列权力格局变化和组织构架的变动,而这个问题目前不可能提到议事日程上来,而且即便提到议事日程了,议事是否会成功也还不确定.因此,这一概念还缺乏多边商定而坚实的意志基础.     

Toddlers' Attachment Security to Child-Care Providers: The Safe and Secure Scale

Attachment relationships of toddlers (N = 45) to their child-care providers were investigated. Children's behaviors with their mothers were observed at home at 24 months and with their child-care providers at 26 months. Attachment Q-Sort procedures were used at home (90 items) and in child care (78 items); the latter yielded a 15-item Safe and Secure Scale describing the safe haven and secure base functions of attachment relationships in child care—being able to (a) seek and receive positive attention, (b) feel safe and protected, (c) receive support for exploration, (d) receive consolation when distressed, and (e) seek and accept assistance. Independent observational measures of child-care quality also were obtained at 24 months. As hypothesized, the Safe and Secure Scale was related to proximal rather than distal indicators of child-care quality, and it was a stronger measure than the child-caregiver Q-security score that was based on all 78 items. Child-mother and child-caregiver security were significantly related.     

面向工程应用的工程制图教学模式探索

工程制图作为一种语言,把工程师的设计思想表达为产品,因此工程制图本身是一门应用性极强的专业基础课程。工程制图在高等工科院校中具有举足轻重的地位,并且历史悠久。但是,近年来我国工业飞速发展,尤其是“中国制造2025”的宏伟战略的提出,使传统工程制图教学模式与现代化工业人才培养的矛盾日益突出[1]。传统的教学模式亟待改进,以适应日新月异的市场需求。     

提高电路理论教学时效与实效探讨

质量是高等教育的生命线,创新是高等教育的灵魂,电类专业在电路理论课时减少的情况下,如何确保教学内容不受影响,有不少同行作过探讨,笔者在提高课堂授课的时效和实效上进行了探讨,注重多媒体教学与传统教学的结合,授课激发学生学习兴趣,强调理论、注重实用,同时重视作业环节。     

理性与证据制度:一个初步性的讨论

理性传统一直是西方文明中的核心命题,它对整个西方文明产生过深远影响。作为西方文明重要组成部分的法律文明也深受其影响,不仅法律本身是理性的产物,而且一些构成法律制度基础的自然法学与实证主义法学都是理性话语的产物。同样证据制度的形成与演化以及具体运用也都在理性的作用下展开。     

美国本科教学的启示——以北亚利桑那大学为例

美国北亚利桑那大学本科教学具有如下特点:成熟且富有成效的管理制度、有序安排课程表和课程教学、丰富而高效的网络资源、相互协作的教学风格、学生的积极参与和充分的师生互动、多样而综合的考核方式等。北亚利桑那大学的本科教学对我国本科教学有很大启示,给学生更多自主选择、尽快完成数字化课程网络辅助教学平台建设、增加师生互动、综合考评学生等。
