通过专利布局占领目标市场已成为跨国企业争夺和控制国外市场的主要手段之一.当前,专利布局战略正成为国外企业角逐中国市场的新武器.基于此,文章从专利地域和专利技术两个维度构建专利布局分析的基本框架,并且针对该研究框架,将聚类方法与多维标度法有机结合,提出一个可视化的专利布局分析方法.同时,以公路工程领域为例,从专利地域布局和专利技术布局两个方面进行专利布局的可视化实验,指出主要国家的关联图谱和主要技术类别的关联图谱,以此判别该技术领域的深层次结构,从中得到部分建设性的结论,为相关决策工作提供必要的信息支持和保障.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study was to determine the level of inter-rater reliability of the Illinois Structured Decision Support Protocol by examining the level of Child Protective Services (CPS) caseworkers' agreement regarding state interventions. The Protocol was designed to guide CPS workers to consistent decisions related to the level of state intervention in child maltreatment cases. METHOD: Forty-one workers recruited from three CPS field offices in Illinois participated in this study by assessing three cases using the Illinois Structured Decision Support Protocol. The three cases were developed based on actual cases investigated by the agency. The kappa statistic was used to calculate the level of workers' agreement. RESULTS: The result showed a weak reliability (kappa=.29). Further analysis showed that workers identified a wide range of risk factors and differing levels of intervention for each identified risk factor even among the workers who made the same final decisions. CONCLUSIONS: Decision support protocols are developed to provide systematic structures for workers' decision-making. However, this study suggested that workers demonstrated a low level of agreement on such a protocol. Several suggestions for developing more reliable computerized protocols include: more specified inquiries with criteria to assess the range of risk for a factor, consideration of interactions among risk factors, assessment of family strengths, and having the final decision made by a computerized program.  相似文献

This article illustrates how a triangular prism model (TPM) could help researchers examine challenging and successful factors to sustaining online learning communities (OLCs) for preservice and inservice teachers. The TPM was constructed on a review of the literature on activity theory. The TPM is a conceptual framework that guides empirical examination of OLCs’ ongoing development and their connections within a relevant context. This article highlights the application of this framework to two online learning communities (preservice and inservice teachers) and reviews the potential of a TPM as an analytical tool.  相似文献

This article examines a technology-rich curriculum project that was implemented in China with in-service teachers during a three-year period. The findings suggest the need to support in-service teachers to implement new technology-rich curriculum. The findings also imply the need for curriculum designers to have a good understanding of not only their team members, but also of EFL (English as a Foreign Language) teachers in order to provide appropriate and relevant technology-rich curriculum. The authors suggest important related topics for further research, such as job-embedded professional development and professional learning communities.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to examine the contexts in which action learning has been used and provide implications for the design of action learning programmes. We performed a content analysis of 127 articles (case studies and case reports included) published in Action Learning: Research and Practice between 2004 and 2012. In this study, we address the following research questions: (a) In what contexts has action learning been used? (b) What are the distinctive features of cases identified? (c) What are the implications for the design of action learning programmes? The results showed that the UK and European countries have most frequently used action learning, and the most dominant purposes for action learning were leadership development, organization development, and professional development. We also elaborated on design considerations and implications for action learning research and practice.  相似文献
