电声双模式助听下听障儿童对声母、韵母、声调、扬扬格词识别研究

为了解听障儿童电声双模式助听和电模式助听下辨听声母、韵母、声调、扬扬格词识别的差异情况,采用2×4实验设计,运用计算机辅助汉语普通话言语测听系统的“声母、韵母、声调和扬扬格词”测试,调查听障儿童在电声双模式助听和电模式助听下的识别情况,比较两者之间的差异,进一步探索助听器补偿效果对听障儿童声母、韵母、声调、扬扬格词识别的影响.研究发现电模式助听受到对侧配戴助听器的显著影响,具体表现为:(1)在电声双模式助听下听障儿童对声母、韵母、声调、扬扬格词的识别均优于电模式,其中对声母和扬扬格词影响显著,对韵母和声调影响不显著;(2)电声双模式助听可以改善声母、韵母、声调、扬扬格词识别在助听器各听力补偿效果之间的差异.     

高校“校园游”管理模式思考

作为国人心中独具特色的人文景区,高校一直以其优美的环境、独特的建筑、深厚的底蕴吸引着众多的游客。但大量游客"游览"也给校园管理带来了很大困扰。文章评析当前国内各高校校园游各种治理模式,提出综合多种治理模式协同管理的建议。     

反思“实物档案”本质及其对档案工作的影响

20世纪90年代初至今,“实物档案”概念之争尚未成定论.实践中,“实物档案”概念已得到档案管理部门不同程度的认可,且“实物档案”管理工作已开展得有声有色.针对此种情况,笔者拟通过反思“实物档案”概念本质及其对档案工作的影响,抛砖引玉,推动档案学专业术语规范性建设,维护档案学术的权威与严肃性.     

The current state of human performance technology: A citation network analysis of Performance Improvement Quarterly, 1988–2010

This study conducted a citation network analysis (CNA) of human performance technology (HPT) to examine its current state of the field. Previous reviews of the field have used traditional research methods, such as content analysis, survey, Delphi, and citation analysis. The distinctive features of CNA come from using a social network analysis approach to see relational and network patterns in the citation data. This CNA found that the Performance Improvement Quarterly network showed more widely but loosely connected and less centralized structural attributes than the human resource development network; the 10 most influential articles in the field were identified; frequently co‐cited articles were recognized as having a strong relationship by subsequent researchers; and five cohesive subgroups showed key topics in the field (performance, instructional design, performance support, organization/workplace, and transfer of training). Implications from the results of the CNA were elaborated on for future research in HPT.     

工作资源对高校图书馆员敬业度影响机制的实证研究

[目的/意义]探讨工作资源对高校图书馆员敬业度的影响与机制，以期为高校图书馆实施人力资源管理和提升图书馆员的敬业度提供参考。[方法/过程]选取湖南各高校图书馆的358名馆员为研究对象，考察工作资源对高校图书馆员敬业度的预测作用以及心理资本与组织承诺在两者之间的中介作用。[结果/结论]描述性统计与差异分析、相关分析和逐步回归分析的结果表明，不同性别的高校图书馆员在组织承诺量表得分上存在显著性差异，男性馆员组织承诺得分显著高于女性，不同性别馆员在其余得分上均不存在显著性差异。不同婚姻、年龄、学历、职位、职称者在各量表得分上均不存在显著性差异。高校图书馆员工作资源、心理资本、组织承诺与敬业度的两两相关都达到统计显著性水平。工作资源对高校图书馆员的敬业度具有正向预测作用，心理资本和组织承诺能够在工作资源对高校图书馆员敬业度的影响中起部分中介作用。丰富高校图书馆员工作资源，增进其组织支持感，增强其心理资本和组织承诺，是促进高校图书馆员敬业度提升的有效路径。     

Bio-inspired untethered fully soft robots in liquid actuated by induced energy gradients

Soft robotics with new designs, fabrication technologies and control strategies inspired by nature have been totally changing our view on robotics. To fully exploit their potential in practical applications, untethered designs are preferred in implementation. However, hindered by the limited thermal/mechanical performance of soft materials, it has been always challenging for researchers to implement untethered solutions, which generally involve rigid forms of high energy-density power sources or high energy-density processes. A number of insects in nature, such as rove beetles, can gain a burst of kinetic energy from the induced surface-energy gradient on water to return to their familiar habitats, which is generally known as Marangoni propulsion. Inspired by such a behavior, we report the agile untethered mobility of a fully soft robot in liquid based on induced energy gradients and also develop corresponding fabrication and maneuvering strategies. The robot can reach a speed of 5.5 body lengths per second, which is 7-fold more than the best reported, 0.69 (body length per second), in the previous work on untethered soft robots in liquid by far. Further controlling the robots, we demonstrate a soft-robot swarm that can approach a target simultaneously to assure a hit with high accuracy. Without employing any high energy-density power sources or processes, our robot exhibits many attractive merits, such as quietness, no mechanical wear, no thermal fatigue, invisibility and ease of robot fabrication, which may potentially impact many fields in the future.

Expression and Reception: An Analytic Method for Assessing Message Production and Consumption in CMC

This article presents an innovative methodology to study computer-mediated communication (CMC), which allows analysis of the multi-layered effects of online expression and reception. The methodology is demonstrated by combining the following three data sets collected from a widely tested eHealth system, the Comprehensive Health Enhancement Support System (CHESS): (1) a flexible and precise computer-aided content analysis; (2) a record of individual message posting and reading; and (3) longitudinal survey data. Further, this article discusses how the resulting data can be applied to online social network analysis and demonstrates how to construct two distinct types of online social networks—open and targeted communication networks—for different types of content embedded in social networks.
