论我国公立高等学校与教师的法律关系

随着高等教育体制和教师人事制度改革的深入 ,公立高等学校与教师之间原有的行政隶属关系逐渐被打破 ,教师通过与高等学校签订聘任合同 ,与之构成受法律保护的人事关系。这一关系是一种特殊的行政法律关系。公立学校教师虽然不属于国家公务员 ,但仍应具有国家工作人员身份。教师聘任合同既不是受《合同法》调整的民事合同 ,也不是受《劳动法》调整的劳动合同 ,而更多地具有行政合同的特征

随着信息时代计算机与互联网的普及和发展，网络技术在教育中的应用越来越普遍。形势要求我们紧跟时代的步伐，充分利用网络来进行英语教学。章着重探讨了网络环境下英语教学策略的选择、设计及实施。

某市商业银行是新兴的国有股份制银行，随着该行的不断发展壮大，档案管理工作的重要性日益突显。本文针对商业银行档案管理的现状及存在的问题，提出了相关对策，以便进一步加强档案管理工作。     

Sub-lexical phonological and semantic processing of semantic radicals: a primed naming study

Most sinograms (i.e., Chinese characters) are phonograms (phonetic compounds). A phonogram is composed of a semantic radical and a phonetic radical, with the former usually implying the meaning of the phonogram, and the latter providing cues to its pronunciation. This study focused on the sub-lexical processing of semantic radicals which are themselves free standing sinograms. Two primed naming experiments were carried out to examine whether the meanings and pronunciations of the semantic radicals embedded in phonograms were activated or not during sinogram recognition. In Experiment 1, semantically opaque phonograms were used as primes. We observed facilitatory priming effects for targets which were semantically related to the semantic radicals embedded in primes, but not to the primes themselves. These effects were present for low-frequency primes, but not for high-frequency primes. Experiment 2 used only low-frequency phonograms as primes. We observed facilitatory priming effects for targets which were homophones of the semantic radicals embedded in primes, but not of the primes themselves. These results suggest that sub-lexical semantic and phonological information of semantic radicals are activated, and that the activation processes are modulated by the lexical frequency of the host phonograms. Our study shows that sub-lexical processing of semantic radicals is similar to that of phonetic radicals, indicating no fundamental difference between sub-lexical processing of semantic and phonetic radicals, supporting the view that a radical has a unique representation irrespective of its function in the orthographic system of Taft’s model.     

Optimization of biotransformation from phytosterol to androstenedione by a mutant Mycobacterium neoaurum ZJUVN-08

Biotransformation of phytosterol(PS) by a newly isolated mutant Mycobacterium neoaurum ZJUVN-08 to produce androstenedione has been investigated in this paper.The parameters of the biotransformation process were optimized using fractional factorial design and response surface methodology.Androstenedione was the sole product in the fermentation broth catalyzed by the mutant M.neoaurum ZJUVN-08 strain.Results showed that molar ratio of hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin(HP-β-CD) to PS and substrate concentrations were the two most significant factors affecting androstenedione production.By analyzing the statistical model of three-dimensional surface plot,the optimal process conditions were observed at 0.1 g/L inducer,pH 7.0,molar ratio of HP-β-CD to PS 1.92:1,8.98 g/L PS,and at 120 h of incubation time.Under these conditions,the maximum androstenedione yield was 5.96 g/L and nearly the same with the non-optimized(5.99 g/L),while the maximum PS conversion rate was 94.69% which increased by 10.66% compared with the non-optimized(84.03%).The predicted optimum conditions from the mathematical model were in agreement with the verification experimental results.It is considered that response surface methodology was a powerful and efficient method to optimize the parameters of PS biotransformation process.     

浅析甘孜州彝族服饰文化的特点

各地区的彝族服饰大体相同。但是因环境、气候的不同而使各地区的服饰又有细微的差别。例如四川彝族的服饰就形成了大、中、小裤脚三种,其中什乍地区属中裤脚,甘孜州彝族的服饰大致可归入中裤脚这一范围。但是由于受到甘孜州地理环境、气候条件和民族关系等因素的影响,所以又呈现出一定的地区特点。例如明显的头饰区别、牦牛毛纺织品等这些服饰都充分体现了甘孜洲彝族服饰文化的特点。     

Students’ changing views and the integrated-skills approach in taiwan’s efl college classes

The integrated-skills approach (ISA), which incorporates the four language skills-reading, writing, speaking, and listening-has become a dominant trend in FL college instruction in Taiwan. The purpose of the study was to examine how the ISA is being used in Taiwan’s EFL college classes, develop an understanding of students’ satisfaction with the integrated-skill class and authentic activities, and determine if students’ views about separated-skill instruction changed during the year of coursework. Data were collected from a questionnaire survey, interviews of students, and classroom observation. The results indicated that the instructor provided a wide range of authentic materials and class activities, allowing students to interact with texts and each other in a seamless integration of the four language skills. 90% of students recommended continuing to implement the ISA in class for the next academic year. Survey and interview data revealed that under teachers’ class structures, students changed their views on EFL instruction.     

浅析网络时代对高校思想宣传工作的挑战及对策

随着网络技术的发展和智能手机的普及,网络已成为大学生接收和分享信息的重要方式。然而,其中的不良信息,给大学生的价值观和世界观的培育带来了误导。作为高校思想教育工作者,我们应分析网络时代给大学生的思想宣传教育工作带来的挑战,找出应对措施,以不断提高高校思想宣传工作的效能和作用。     

基于协同效应的电力系统大规模连锁故障研究(英文)

为改善电力系统脆弱性并服务于电网规划和系统安全运行,从系统协同效应的角度探讨连锁故障的发生机理.基于复杂网络脆弱性理论,考虑电力系统的供电能力,采用最小失负荷率建立电力系统脆弱性模型.然后基于协同效应理论,考虑N-k故障情况,建立电力系统线路关键性模型,以分析影响脆弱性的关键线路.通过设置允许切负荷水平值,建立电力系统过负荷情况下的连锁故障模型.采用IEEE39算例分析验证了所提方法的有效性.分析结果表明:电网结构的薄弱点及重负荷是诱发大规模连锁故障的主要原因;高脆弱线路能够直接导致大停电事故,而低脆弱线路能够导致大规模连锁故障的发生.     

国外民俗分类发展综述

针对目前网络上流行的群众自定义标签分类,简要介绍民俗分类的定义和发展历史,重点论述民俗分类的基本特征,包括:自下而上的分类方式;由用户定义频率来决定使用书签;标签分类公开共享;扁平结构体系;提供更多检索词和检索入口;直接反映用户词汇使用习惯;易于修订等。同时,以RSS为例,介绍与其相关的技术支持及其在del.icio.us和Flickr中应用的情况。最后指出民俗分类作为一种全新分类方式将会得到广泛应用,但作为一种分类体系仍需进一步发展。
