基于AD7705及FPGA的光信号采集系统设计

光电检测与数据转换是光纤光栅测温系统中的重要组成部分,为提高测量精度和稳定性,提出了以16位模数转换器AD7705为核心的光信号采集系统。阐述了FPGA控制模块的设计思路及VHDL实现方法,并以FPGA作为控制器实现AD7705逻辑控制。通过QuartusII软件进行仿真测试,结果显示：设计符合要求,系统稳定可靠。

Correlation between mean platelet volume and B-type natriuretic peptide concentration in emergency patients with heart failure

Background

In heart failure patients, mean platelet volume (MPV) may reflect increased platelet activation or increased numbers of large, hyper-aggregable platelets. B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) concentration in blood is a sensitive and specific marker of heart failure, correlating with the severity and prognosis of illness, in patients presenting with acute dyspnea to the emergency department. This study evaluated the correlation between BNP concentration and MPV.

Material and methods

Data were collected from 319 patients admitted to the emergency department of a cardiology hospital from January–July 2014. EDTA blood samples drawn at admission were analyzed using automated hematology system, and BNP concentration was measured using a fluorescence immunoassay.

Results

The study included 190 patients with and 129 without acute heart failure (AHF). These groups had BNP concentration of 200-5000 ng/L and 5-98 ng/L, respectively. MPV levels were significantly higher in the AHF group (P < 0.001). BNP concentrations were positively correlated with MPV (r = 0.41, P < 0.001) and neutrophil / lymphocyte ratio (r = 0.38, P < 0.001).

Conclusion

Increased MPV values correlate with BNP concentration, an indicator of HF severity and clinical status, in patients with AHF admitted to the emergency department.Key words: natriuretic peptide, brain; heart failure; platelet; mean platelet volume     

R＆D、国际技术外溢及人力资本一个经验研究

本文在创新驱动型增长理论的基础上，引入人力资本变量，并将研究背景放到开放型经济系统中，考察R＆D、国际技术外溢和人力资本对我国技术进步的作用。协整检验表明国内研发投入和人力资本与我国全要素生产率之间存在长期均衡关系，而国外研发则由于我国技术吸收能力的问题未能对全要素生产率产生良好的效果。进一步的误差修正模型表明人力资本对我国全要素生产率有一定的滞后效应。     

信息资源开发利用基本理论研究

信息资源开发利用是国家信息化建设的核心。本文从基本理论的角度论证分析了信息成为资源的基础和条件，信息资源和信息资源开发利用的界定，信息资源的功能、价值和类分体系以及信息资源开发利用中的各种关系和总体框架。

Learning to integrate divergent information sources: the interplay of epistemic cognition and epistemic metacognition

Learning to integrate multiple information sources is vital for advancing learners’ digital literacy. Previous studies have found that learners’ epistemic metacognitive knowledge about the nature of knowledge and knowing is related to their strategic integration performance. The purpose of this study was to understand how these relations come into play as students learn to integrate divergent information sources. To do so, we examined the contribution of scaffolds addressing the epistemic strategy of integration and epistemic metastrategic knowledge about this strategy. Participants were 99 high-achieving Arab Israeli ninth graders. All participants engaged in writing arguments based on divergent information sources. Students in the control condition received no scaffolds; students in the strategic condition received a strategic scaffold; and students in the metastrategic condition received both strategic and metastrategic scaffolds. Integration performance, epistemic metastrategic knowledge about integration, and absolutist, multiplist, and evaluativist epistemic perspectives were measured before, immediately after, and one month after the intervention. At pre-test, both epistemic metastrategic knowledge about integration and evaluativism were positive predictors of integration performance. The strategic scaffold led to a significant increase in integration performance and epistemic metastrategic knowledge. Adding the metastrategic scaffold led to greater improvement in epistemic metastrategic knowledge, but did not result in additional gains in strategic performance. An immediate decrease in absolutism occurred among all participants but was not sustained over time. A decrease in multiplism occurred only in the experimental groups and was sustained over time. The results suggest that epistemic growth can occur in both bottom-up and top-down directions.

Non-suicidal self-harm is linked to suicidal thoughts in Chinese adolescents with mood disorders: a cross-sectional report

Non-suicidal self-injury (NS SI) refers to any intentional,self-inflicted behavior that causes direct damage to body tissues (Kerr et al.,2010),and has emerged as a challenging public health issue worldwide,especially among adolescents.The most common presentations of NSSI include skin-cutting,severe scratching,and burning (Whitlock et al,2006).
