The didactics tradition in South Africa: a reply to Richard Krüger

There has been a growing interest in the European Didaktik tradition as part of a process of ‘internationalizing’ curriculum studies. Krüger provides useful insights into some aspects of Didaktiek in South Africa. However, the essay does not contextualize this tradition within the broader history of South African education. This reply contends that Didaktiek was interwoven with ‘fundamental pedagogics’ and as a consequence played a role in reproducing apartheid ideology—it did not provide a language of critique or possibility. This is one reason why the tradition has seen its demise in post‐apartheid South Africa. I argue that curriculum theory, which crucially deals with the relationship between schooling and society and highlights the socially constructed nature of schooling, offers a more useful alternative for critiquing apartheid education policy and for charting a process of transformation of education in South Africa.

大学生体质健康标准信息管理系统的设计与实现

针对《学生体质健康标准》,结合实际工作的需要,运用软件工程自顶向下的开发方法对系统进行分析与设计,利用面向对象的开发工具Visual Basic 6.0和数据库开发工具Visual Foxpro 7.0实现该信息管理系统.     

浙江省城市化与碳排放关系研究

浙江省正处于城市化的快速发展阶段,高耗能产业快速发展,能源消费增长迅速,导致浙江省碳排放量逐年增加。在计算和分析浙江省2000—2012年城市化水平与碳排放量的基础上,运用EVIEWS7.0计量分析软件,实证检验了浙江省城市化与碳排放之间的协整关系,以及浙江省城市化发展对碳排放的长期弹性和短期弹性,同时还探究了这两者之间的因果关系。最后根据实证结果进行了综合总结并提出了有关降低浙江省碳排放的建议。     

Biofunctionalized nanoslits for wash-free and spatially resolved real-time sensing with full target capture

We propose biofunctionalized nanofluidic slits (nanoslits) as an effective platform for real-time fluorescence-based biosensing in a reaction-limited regime with optimized target capture efficiency. This is achieved by the drastic reduction of the diffusion length, thereby a boosted collision frequency between the target analytes and the sensor, and the size reduction of the sensing element down to the channel height comparable to the depletion layer caused by the reaction. Hybridization experiments conducted in DNA-functionalized nanoslits demonstrate the analyte depletion and the wash-free detection ∼10 times faster compared to the best microfluidic sensing platforms. The signal to background fluorescence ratio is drastically increased at lower target concentrations, in favor of low-copy number analyte analysis. Experimental and simulation results further show that biofunctionalized nanoslits provide a simple means to study reaction kinetics at the single-pixel level using conventional fluorescence microscopy with reduced optical depth.     

我国台湾地区首座法学文献信息中心的创建历程——“台湾高等法院”日据时期法律文献撷英

作为具有重要历史价值的珍贵法律文献,“台湾高等法院”日据时期的法律文献经过台湾大学师生的分类整理,并根据五条编目的原则进行加工之后,按照语种,主要分为中文文献、日文文献、西文文献;按照载体形式不同,分为图书和期刊.由于在较长的历史时期内,这些文献的保存条件较差,所以应当加强这批文献的保护与利用,并充分发掘这些史料的学术价值.     

灰树花液体培养基配方的研究

通过正交交互设计试验优化灰树花的液体培养基配方,确定玉米粉和葡萄糖有交互作用,其比例为3∶2时为最优搭配。获得灰树花液体培养的最优配方为黄豆粉2%,玉米粉3%,葡萄糖2%,磷酸二氢钾0.05%,硫酸镁0.2%,豆油0.05%。将灰树花在50L发酵罐中进行深层培养,转速140r/min和通气量为300L/min,菌丝体产量为14.69g/L。     

天津软土地区十字板测试的几点应用

收集了天津开发区、天津港、临港工业区、大港区等距海岸较近的区域及保税区空港物流加工区、东丽区滨海国际机场等距海岸较远的区域十字板原位测试资料,结合软土地区实际工程,用十字板来确定一些岩土参数,给以后的工作加以指导和借鉴。
