In 1991, the Reference and Information Services staff of the Alfred Taubman Medical Library at the University of Michigan gathered data on the use of the reference desk, including the frequency and types of assistance requested by different user groups throughout the year. 13国大学机构知识库发展概况

1介绍 2005年5月10-11日。CNI、ISC以及SURF基金会举办了名为“创建机构知识库的战略”的研讨会。会议的目的是要广泛了解当前机构知识库在学术机构中的发展，并且对国家政策与战略的形成进行探讨。在会议的准备过程中，组织者就从十三个国家收集了机构知识库建设的有关信息，这3个国家包括澳大利亚、加拿大、美国、十个欧洲国家——比利时、法国、英国、丹麦、挪威、瑞典、芬兰、德国、意大利以及荷兰。
