谈美国实用主义的形成对建设社会主义核心价值体系路径选择的启示

实用主义是"美国精神".美国实用主义的形成,对于我国核心价值体系建设的路径选择所提供的启示是:以民族振兴为路径前提,以人本主义为路径基础,以解放思想为路径依靠,以循序渐进为路径进程.     

FRFT-OFDM系统联合同步算法

研究OFDM系统中的同步问题. 通过对LFM信号在分数阶傅里叶域能量汇聚性的分析,提出一种基于FRFT的具有较低复杂度的联合载波频率、采样频率以及符号定时的同步算法.该算法在分数阶傅里叶域对由插入到OFDM符号中的LFM信号所产生的对称点进行搜索,结合FRFT的时移、相移以及分数阶卷积等性质,对3种偏差进行估计.仿真结果表明,该算法的性能随LFM信号长度的增加而提高,且优于其他同类算法.     

Physical Performance Tests in Job Selection a Model for Empirical Validation

Abstract

The aim of this study was to establish the net energy cost of dribbling a soccer ball. Eight male footballers ran for 5 min on a treadmill at speeds of 9, 10.5, 12 and 13.5km ·h ^–1 while dribbling a football against a rebound box; running at each of these speeds without the ball constituted controls. Oxygen uptake ([Vdot]O ₂ ), perceived exertion (RPE) and blood lactate levels were measured and compared between the two conditions. The energy expended increased linearly with speed for both exercise modes, the mean increment of 1.24 kcal·min ^–1 caused by dribbling being independent of the speed of motion. Individual differences in efficiency of dribbling could not be explained by considering different patterns of stride characteristics. Similarly, RPE showed a constant elevation for dribbling over running at each speed, and a linear increase with speed of motion for both modes. Blood lactate increased disproportionately with speed for dribbling, onset of metabolic acidosis being attained at a lower speed for the experimental task. It was concluded that dribbling a ball does significantly increase the energy cost and perceived exertion of motion, as well as inducing disproportionate rises in blood lactate when performed at high speeds.

Theory in the flesh: Toward an endarkened epistemology

In her article "The substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen: Examining an endarkened feminist epistemology in educational research and leadership," Professor Dillard delineates a set of proposals for the study of educational inequity. Professor Wright in his response, "An endarkened feminist epistemology? Identity, difference and the politics of representation in educational research," comments on Professor Dillard's proposals and furthers her analysis by an integration of the cultural studies literature. The author enjoins this conversation in this article by reviewing the proposals by feminists of Color to further social justice in solidarity with Professor Dillard's analysis. In particular, feminists of Color are examined, expanding the definition of "data" to include artistic production such as poetry, personal reflections, and autobiographical essays. The integration of spirituality as it relates to secular teaching is another innovation proposed by various writers. Feminists of Color have also chosen to construct theory and a political agenda for achieving social justice rather than only engaging in intellectual debates that deconstruct existing paradigms. Professor Dillard is part of a cadre of feminist writers who advocate radical changes in the academy to eradicate educational inequity.

柔性订购契约下的闭环供应链系统利润协调机制研究

研究柔性订购契约下具有单一生产商、单一零售商的闭环供应链系统的利润协调机制。建立了分散决策、集中决策的生产商、零售商利润模型,得到了两种决策模式下的最优订购量、生产商利润、零售商利润、闭环供应链系统利润;讨论了集中决策模式下,柔性订购契约与生产商、零售商利润的关系并提出利润协调机制;最后给出算例验证本文的理论成果。     

对中国乒乓球"海外兵团"现象的理性思考

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对中国乒乓球“海外兵团“现象的成因、对乒乓球运动发展的影响等进行了剖析,认为乒乓球“海外兵团“现象的形成是我国乒乓球运动发展水平较高、世界乒乓球运动发展不平衡以及世界体育交流的结果,提出应理性看待中国乒乓球“海外兵团“现象。     

基于集群创新的政策创新与设计研究

在分析总结我国产业集群发展演化和缺陷的基础上,提出了集群创新的三个路径、政策创新促进集群创新的"五轮驱动"机制,并从政府公共政策角度出发,提出并分析了馈式动态循环的政策设计流程.以此为基础,设计出一组以集群可持续发展为目标的政策设计框架.     

具有R&D产品的伯川德竞争下的R&D策略研究

以R&D产品的双寡头竞争模型为基础,研究了产品差异化市场情形下企业R&D策略行为的绩效。研究结果表明,从利润最大化角度来看,企业应该选择R&D卡特尔策略。
