基于云计算平台的电能网损计算分析实验系统设计

智能电网要求对电网的各种计算资源进行集约化和精细化管理.为帮助学生了解计算机网络技术在智能电网中的最新应用,介绍了在四川省智能电网重点实验室的基于云计算平台的电能网损计算分析实验系统设计.该系统将“云计算”引入电力系统,利用系统内部广域网建立电力云.通过电力云最大限度地整合电力系统现有的计算能力和存储资源,为系统提供“超级计算”能力,结合电网电能损耗分析功能研究了电力云的特点,有利于学生掌握未来智能电网计算分析的新模式.     

实现自我认同的可能途径:在生活中找寻自己——基于《现代性与自我认同》的思考

安东尼·吉登斯对现代晚期的自我与社会进行了独特的分解与再组织,围绕现代性的挑战与自我认同的重塑寻求对生存困境的化解,以实现"生活政治"的追求做出创造性的回答。在个体已深深陷入现代社会生活的时代,凸显在个体身体上的社会生活意义、体现在个体社会生活中的特殊行为、个体试图勾画的自我反思性生活图景以及对达成包容性的自我实现的追求成为重新诠释自我与社会关系的新体认。正是在个体与社会关系的再认识中,深化了自我认同所蕴含的为个体"安身立命"的意义。     

Distributed Cognition as a Lens to Understand the Effects of Scaffolds: The Role of Transfer of Responsibility

Problem solving is an important skill in the knowledge economy. Research indicates that the development of problem solving skills works better in the context of instructional approaches centered on real-world problems. But students need scaffolding to be successful in such instruction. In this paper I present a conceptual framework for understanding the effects of scaffolding. First, I discuss the ultimate goal of scaffolding—the transfer of responsibility—and one way that scholars have conceptualized promoting this outcome (fading). Next, I describe an alternative way to conceptualize transfer of responsibility through the lens of distributed cognition and discuss how this lens informs how to promote transfer of responsibility. Then I propose guidelines for the creation of problem solving scaffolds to support transfer of responsibility and discuss them in light of the literature.     

新疆蒙古族那达慕的流变及影响因素分析

采用田野调查和文献资料等研究方法,对新疆蒙古族那达慕的流变状况及影响其流变的因素进行了研究。结果表明：政府部门的经济投入与政策支持促进了新疆蒙古族那达慕的快速发展;多元文化生态决定了新疆蒙古族那达慕的文化多样性;新疆蒙古族那达慕发展的结构化促进其不断的规范化;非传统安全威胁促动着新疆蒙古族那达慕的转型发展。     

创建指向转化性学习的外语教师教育“翻转课堂”

\"翻转课堂\"变革了课堂教学程序、师生角色、教育技术作用、学习时间分配和运用方式等多个方面的理念。传统的外语教师教育模式也需要转变这些理念,翻转外语教师教育课堂。依照转化性学习理论设计和实施外语教师教育项目,能够达到翻转外语教师教育课堂、促进教师有效学习和深度发展的目的。     

Roles of flotillins in tumors

The identification and use of molecular biomarkers have greatly improved the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors. However, a much deeper understanding of oncogenic proteins is needed for the benefit to cancer patients. The lipid raft marker proteins, flotillin-1 and flotillin-2, were first found in goldfish retinal ganglion cells during axon regeneration. They have since been found in a variety of cells, mainly on the inner surface of cell membranes, and not only act as a skeleton to provide a platform for protein–protein interactions, but also are involved in signal transduction, nerve regeneration, endocytosis, and lymphocyte activation. Previous studies have shown that flotillins are closely associated with tumor development, invasion, and metastasis. In this article, we review the functions of flotillins in relevant cell processes, their underlying mechanisms of action in a variety of tumors, and their potential applications to tumor molecular diagnosis and targeted therapy.

目前,由于我国公共政策的制定存在许多不足,科学意识与民主意识不够,以至于影响到了整个社会的和谐发展.公共选择理论是二战后兴起于西方的理论,它的许多思想都可以为我国所用,特别是在我国公共政策的制定过程中,如何实现科学化与民主化等,都有许多借鉴意义.
