基于数字图书馆的本体演化和知识管理研究(Ⅰ)——本体分子理论

语义网中的一个核心技术就是本体及其推理机制,随着语义网技术的发展,本体在各个领域得到了广泛的应用.本体在数字图书馆提供了一种全新的知识管理模式,较好地解决了知识组织、知识检索等问题.但是目前基于本体的知识管理仅仅局限于静态知识和绝对知识,对于知识的真实性、权威性这些问题也还没有明确的解决方案.本文针对本体实现动态知识管理与控制存在的不足,作者提出了本体分子理论.文章从理论的提出、理论的形式化描述进行了充分论证,论述了分子的核子是本体不可变的属性,离子是可变的属性,只要核子相同就同属一个本体.文章以知识管理为例,详细分析了动态知识演化过程和控制管理.

本文以品牌价值要素的构成为基本框架,主要从产品质量管理、客户关系管理和营销渠道建设三个方面,时国内几家主要广电媒体集团的电视购物业务品牌建设进行比较和分析,总结电视购物品牌建设的成功经验,并对国内广电媒体集团电视购物业务品牌建设提出一些建议.

融合SIFT特征和保局投影的人脸识别

提出一种人脸识别方法用于解决姿态变化对识别准确率的影响。首先检测人脸图像的SIFT特征,然后根据SIFT特征计算人脸图像间的多示例距离;基于此多示例距离,用保局投影将人脸图像映射至流形空间,最后在流形空间中采用K近邻方法进行人脸识别。该方法有三个特点：(1)采用SIFT特征减小了未知姿态对识别准确率的影响;(2)通过保局投影将特征变换到流形空间一个点,避免了复杂的SIFT特征匹配策略;(3)借助流形方法滤除高维特征中的噪声。实验结果表明与已有方法相比,在人脸姿态不确定的情况下,该方法能提供较为理想的识别准确率。     

十八大背景下推进大学生思想政治教育工作的思考

党的十八大胜利召开,不仅为高校大学生思想政治教育工作指明了新方向,同时也提出来新要求、新希望。本文结合高校学生工作实况,提出十八大背景下高校全面推进大学生思想政治教育工作的一些思路,以期为提高思想政治教育质量,提升大学生综合素质,培养中国特色社会主义事业建设者和接班人作贡献。     

On becoming a doctoral student: Chinese doctoral students’ socialization of capital and habitus in academia

Abstract

This study examines Chinese international doctoral students’ academic socialization into TESOL discourses and communities. Rooted in the academic discourse socialization theory, complemented by the notions of Lave and Wenger’s community of practice, and Bourdieu’s capital, habitus, and field, this longitudinal multiple-case study suggest the focal participants’ academic discourse socialization is mediated by their participation in communities of practice, different forms of capital, and habitus in exerting agency. The participants are socialized into academic discourses and communities through their interactions with more experienced colleagues. By participating in the communities of practice, the focal students gain different forms of capital and experience different degrees of competence and memberships. However, due to the inequitable power relations in the TESOL doctoral program field, each participant is socialized to varying levels of central, peripheral, and marginal participation. This study concludes by providing suggestions for action to be taken by university advisors, instructors, and administrators.

地方工科院校实验教学改革探析

实验教学是地方工科院校人才培养的重要途径,进行实验教学改革是推动地方工科院校人才培养模式转变的必由之路。本文从分析地方工科院校的现状入手,针对一些地方工科院校的实际情况,提出了完善实验教学的管理体制;拓宽实验教学改革的途径,优化实验教学资源;革新实验教学的方法和手段,体现实验教学“以人为本”的思想;提高实验队伍整体素质,促进实验教学的可持续发展等实验教学改革的途径。     

Transformation for adults in an Internet‐based learning environment—is it necessary to be self‐directed?

This research explores the relationships between self‐directed learning readiness and transformative learning theory (TLT) reflected by the Constructivist Internet‐based Learning Environment Scale (CILES). A questionnaire survey about adult learner's perceptions of Internet‐based learning was administered to adults enrolled in classes in community colleges in Taiwan. A total of 593 valid questionnaires were used for the structural equation modeling analysis. The findings confirmed a second‐order hierarchical factor relationship of TLT (technical, dialectical and emancipatory learning interests) from CILES. Moreover, the three domains of learning interests of transformative learning were proved to have a developmental relationship, moderated by the readiness of self‐directed learning for adult learners in Internet‐based learning.
