建构主义理论下的大学英语分级教学模式探讨

建构主义学习理论为大学英语教学改革提供了理论依据.文章针对我院的办学特点,学生入学时的英语基础,大学英语的教学现状,探讨了我校大学英语分级教学模式和教学改革实践,通过实践总结了分级教学中存在的问题,同时,对其不利因素提出了相应的解决方法和积极的建议,以促进我校大学英语的教学改革.     

找寻教师成长历程中的生命意蕴——一所基层学校教师发展个案的研究综述

教师的发展成长是一个充满生命活力的过程,是一个彰显人的生命价值意义的过程。本文以无锡市洛社中心小学40名教师为研究样本。通过对教师撰写的带有“个人自传”性质的人生经历的内容分析,从这些“典型”教师成长轨迹中梳理和总结出影响教师发展成长的主要因素。结果表明：环境机制是教师成长发展的外驱力：个体自为是教师成长发展的内动力;关键事件是教师成长发展的催化剂。     

当代大学生思想政治教育方法理念的人学化发展及取向

当代高校大学生思想政治教育方法理念在科学发展观“以人为本”要求的指导下,呈现出人学化发展趋向,这种发展趋向主要表现为三个维度,即人本化、人性化和人文化发展,其旨在追求服务大学生健康而全面发展、注重主导作用与主体平等沟通及重视建构“以人为本”思想政治教育方法模式的基本取向。

Heat shock protein 90 protects rat mesenchymal stem cells against hypoxia and serum deprivation-induced apoptosis via the PI3K/Akt and ERK1/2 pathways

Mesenchymal stem cell(MSC)transplantation has shown a therapeutic potential to repair the ischemic and infracted myocardium,but the effects are limited by the apoptosis and loss of donor cells in host cardiac microenvironment.The aim of this study is to explore the cytoprotection of heat shock protein 90(Hsp90)against hypoxia and serum deprivation-induced apoptosis and the possible mechanisms in rat MSCs.Cell viability was determined by3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide(MTT)assay.Apoptosis was assessed by Hoechst 33258nuclear staining and flow cytometric analysis with annexin V/PI staining.The gene expression of Toll-like receptor-4(TLR-4)and V-erb-b2 erythroblastic leukemia viral oncogene homolog 2(ErbB2)was detected by real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR).The protein levels of cleaved caspase-3,Bcl-2,Bcl-xL,Bax,total-ERK,phospho-ERK,totaI-Akt,phospho-Akt,and Hsp90 were detected by Western blot.The production of nitric oxide was measured by spectrophotometric assay.Hsp90 improves MSC viability and protects MSCs against apoptosis induced by serum deprivation and hypoxia.The protective role of Hsp90 not only elevates Bcl-2/Bax and Bcl-xL/Bax expression and attenuates cleaved caspase-3 expression via down-regulating membrane TLR-4 and ErbB2 receptors and then activating their downstream PI3K/Akt and ERK1/2 pathways,but also enhances the paracrine effect of MSCs.These findings demonstrated a novel and effective treatment strategy against MSC apoptosis in cell transplantation.     

Transgenic barley with overexpressed PTrx increases aluminum resistance in roots during germination

A transgenic barley line (LSY-11-1-1) with overexpressed Phalaris coerulescens thioredoxin gene (PTrx) was employed to measure the growth, protein oxidation, cell viability, and antioxidase activity in barley roots during germination on the presence of 2 mmol/L AlCl₃ on filter paper. The results show that (1) compared with the non-transgenic barley, LSY-11-1-1 had enhanced root growth, although both were seriously inhibited after AlCl₃ treatment; (2) the degree of protein oxidation and loss of cell viability in roots of LSY-11-1-1 were much less than those in roots of non-transgenic barley, as reflected by lower contents of protein carbonyl and Evans blue uptakes in LSY-11-1-1; (3) activities of catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GPX), ascorbate peroxidase (APX), and glutathione reductase (GR) in LSY-11-1-1 root tips were generally higher than those in non-transgenic barley root tips, although these antioxidase activities gave a rise to different degrees in both LSY-11-1-1 and non-transgenic barley under aluminum stress. These results indicate that overexpressing PTrx could efficiently protect barley roots from oxidative injury by increasing antioxidase activity, thereby quenching ROS caused by AlCl₃ during germination. These properties raise the possibility that transgenic barley with overexpressed PTrx may be used to reduce the aluminum toxicity in acid soils.     

基于因子分析法的高职学生消费行为影响因素研究

本研究以高职学生消费群体作为研究对象,通过因子分析法建立数学模型,进行实证分析。研究认为,对高职生消费结构和消费行为影响最大的是社会的因素,然后依次是家庭因素、校内因素以及自身因素。研究成果丰富了消费行为学的研究内容,为企业、社会、学校、家庭认识和把握高职学生的消费心理和行为取向提供决策参考。     

浅议仲裁条款独立性问题

仲裁协议大多表现为合同中的仲裁条款或作为合同组成部分的文件,其中,仲裁条款是仲裁协议最常见的形式.本文在论述仲裁条款独立性的理论纷争和实践运用的基础上,对我国仲裁法立法和实践中的有关规定进行了分析.     

机电一体化技术专业基于“2＋0.5＋0.5”教学模式的教学改革研究与实践

文章借鉴国际高等职业教育的经验,结合经济发展对机电一体化复合技能型人才的需要,以安徽国防科技职业学院机电一体化专业实施基于＂2＋0.5＋0.5＂教学模式的教学改革研究与实践为案例,详细阐述了该专业职业岗位的确立和人才培养目标的定位、课程体系构建、课程建设和教学模式改革、教学评价体系改革、实施大赛引领战略五个方面的具体内容。     

双吲哚烷烃衍生物的绿色合成

双吲哚类化合物主要由吲哚与醛(或酮)在路易斯酸(Lewis 酸)或固体酸条件下反应合成.双吲哚甲烷衍生物也可由吲哚和其它底物反应制备,如:吲哚和希夫碱反应等.但一些催化剂会腐蚀容器、易引发副反应,且使用后的催化剂也不能循环使用;大部分合成所用的溶剂有毒、后处理复杂;有的底物反应时间长;这些都不符合绿色化学的要求.比较各类催化剂和底物的优缺点,寻找绿色溶剂、无毒高效的催化剂及经济的双吲哚烷烃衍生物的合成路线,得出路易斯酸催化剂在离子液体溶剂中,吲哚与醛反应最符合绿色化学的要求.
