谈高职英语教学中学生自主性学习的培养

高等职业教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,该类院校教学的特点决定英语教学应以培养学生自主学习能力的为主。为实现这一目标,对学生进行学习者培训的方略旨在培养学生树立自主学习的意识和意愿,指导学生学会运用适合自己学习风格的学习策略,最终成为真正的自主学习者。

德国道德教育的发展历史表明,首先是历史促进了道德教育的传统理论或模式的不断重建、重新批评与考量,其次则是时代给予的挑战和要求.给宗教道德教育以适当的存在和定位、家庭教育与学校教育的紧密结合、于社会服务和闲暇中将道德教育理论予以内化是对德国道德教育的社会层面选择的考察,而对德国学校道德教育具体实践特点的概括和总结则是对德国道德教育的学校层面选择的考察.     

岁月悠悠事业千秋

<正> 1981-1988年我在高校图工委工作,推广普及文献课是我亲身参与研究、策划,并在一段时间内主持的重要工作之一。其间具体过程和细节已有晓明同志的专文回顾,我想谈的是当时何以想到要抓文献课以及开展这项工作的思路,对文献课今后的发展也有一些思考。     

Stabilization of switched linear singular systems with state reset

This paper investigates the stability and stabilization of switched linear singular systems with state reset at switching instants. Based on the dynamics decomposition of singular subsystems, a sufficient stability condition for the system with the given state reset is obtained. Then, the stabilization problem by state reset is investigated and an algorithm for computing the reset matrices is presented. The obtained results extend some previous works on both singular switched systems and reset control for normal switched systems. Finally, a numerical example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.     

Fixed-time outer synchronization of hybrid-coupled delayed complex networks via periodically semi-intermittent control

In this paper, the fixed-time synchronization between two delayed complex networks with hybrid couplings is investigated. The internal delay, transmission coupling delay and self-feedback coupling delay are all included in the network model. By introducing and proving a new and important differential equality, and utilizing periodically semi-intermittent control, some fixed-time synchronization criteria are derived in which the settling time function is bounded for any initial values. It is shown that the control rate, network size and node dimension heavily influence the estimating for the upper bound of the convergence time of synchronization state. Finally, numerical simulations are performed to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the control methodology by comparing with the corresponding finite-time synchronization problem.     

Stability and bifurcation of delay-coupled genetic regulatory networks with hub structure

In this paper, we study the local stability and bifurcation of a delay-coupled genetic regulatory networks consisting of two modes with the hub structure. By analyzing the equilibrium equation, the number of the positive equilibria is discussed in both the cases that there are inhibition coupling and activation coupling in the networks. It is revealed that multiple equilibria could exist in the developed genetic networks and the number of the equilibria could be distinct under the two cases of delayed-coupling. For the equilibrium, the conditions of the coupling-delay-independent stability and the saddle-node bifurcation are derived with respect to the biochemical parameters. The coupling-delay-dependent stability and the Hopf bifurcation criteria on the biological parameters and the coupling delay are also given. Moreover, the complexity of the algorithm used in this paper is analyzed. The numerical simulations are made to certify the obtained results. The multistability of the developed genetic regulatory networks is displayed. The different effects of the coupling delay on the stability of the genetic networks under different biochemical parameters are shown.     

Observer-based decentralized control of large-scale stochastic high-order feedforward systems with multi time delays

This paper investigates the problem of observer-based decentralized control for a class of large-scale stochastic high-order feedforward systems with multi time delays. By using the homogeneous domination idea and constructing the implementable observer, the decentralized output-feedback controller design scheme is firstly proposed. Then, with the aid of stochastic time delay system stability theory, the globally asymptotically stable in probability of the closed-loop system is verified by selecting an appropriate Lyapunov–Krasoviskii functional. Finally, an example is provided to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed design method.     

Ecological principle meets cancer treatment: treating children with acute myeloid leukemia with low-dose chemotherapy

Standard chemotherapy regimens for remission induction of pediatric acute myeloid leukemia (AML) are associated with significant morbidity and mortality. We performed a cohort study to determine the impact of reducing the intensity of remission induction chemotherapy on the outcomes of selected children with AML treated with a low-dose induction regimen plus granulocyte colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) (low-dose chemotherapy (LDC)/G-CSF). Complete response (CR) after two induction courses was attained in 87.0% (40/46) of patients receiving LDC/G-CSF. Post-remission therapy was offered to all patients, and included standard consolidation and/or stem cell transplantation. During the study period, an additional 94 consecutive children with AML treated with standard chemotherapy (SDC) for induction (80/94 (85.1%) of the patients attained CR after induction II, P = 0.953) and post-remission. In this non-randomized study, there were no significant differences in 4-year event-free (67.4 vs. 70.7%; P = 0.99) and overall (70.3 vs. 74.6%, P = 0.69) survival in the LDC/G-CSF and SDC cohorts, respectively. After the first course of induction, recovery of white blood cell (WBC) and platelet counts were significantly faster in patients receiving LDC/G-CSF than in those receiving SDC (11.5 vs. 18.5 d for WBCs (P < 0.001); 15.5 vs. 22.0 d for platelets (P < 0.001)). To examine the quality of molecular response, targeted deep sequencing was performed. Of 137 mutations detected at diagnosis in 20 children who attained hematological CR after two courses of LDC/G-CSF (n = 9) or SDC (n = 11), all of the mutations were below the reference value (variant allelic frequency <2.5%) after two courses, irrespective of the treatment group. In conclusion, children with AML receiving LDC/G-CSF appear to have similar outcomes and mutation clearance levels, but significantly lower toxicity than those receiving SDC. Thus, LDC/G-CSF should be further evaluated as an effective alternative to remission induction in pediatric AML.     

在线健康社区的用户持续知识分享意愿研究——一个集成社会支持与承诺—信任理论的模型

[目的/意义] 近些年来,在线健康社区变得越来越流行。然而,较少社区能成功地维持用户并激励他们持续的分享知识。本文将社会支持理论和承诺-信任理论结合起来,构建一个集成模型来研究在线健康社区用户的持续知识分享意愿的影响因素。[方法/过程] 根据获得的475份有效调查问卷,本文使用SPSS20.0和AMOS20.0检验所提出的假设。[结果/结论] 研究发现,信息支持、情感支持对满意度和信任均有显著影响,网络支持仅对满意度有显著影响。此外,满意度和信任除了对持续知识分享意愿有直接正向影响外,还通过关系承诺的中介,有间接的作用。研究有助于深化对知识分享行为的认识以及帮助在线健康社区的管理者更好地维系用户。     

欧盟数据保护官制度研究

[目的/意义]欧盟数据保护新规（GDPR）中的数据保护官（DPO）制度颇受关注。追溯DPO制度演进路径，剖析DPO的设置与具体职责，考察欧盟DPO制度实施与影响，不止关乎中国企业对欧贸易，更是我国相关规则体系构建的重要参考。[方法/过程]通过梳理GDPR中有关DPO的条款及相关过程文本，发现在GDPR规定的3种情形下，数据控制者/处理者应设置数据保护官。DPO的职责包括对数据控制者相关工作人员的告知和建议、监督数据处理的合规性、联络数据主体、同监管机构合作、数据处理活动的记录与归档、培训以及保密等。[结果/结论]设置DPO对于确保数据控制者的合规、减轻监管机构负担影响深远。欧盟DPO制度对中国企业/机构的启示在于：应按GDPR的规定设置DPO，并设计完整的数据保护监督流程；对中国数据保护监督及机制建设的启示包括：明确规定数据控制者应设置数据保护专门岗位和专业人员、对不合规的数据控制者给予相应的责任追究和惩罚、加强数据监管机构的建设。
